La ATENCIÓN ESPECTACULAR, MUY AMABLES CORDIALES, LES SOLICITE INFORMACIÓN DE lugares y fueron contundentes, el LUGAR muy BONITO, ASEADO, VOLVÉ

There were BED BUGS in my room which I noticed around 3-4 am. I told to the guy working at night what happened and even showed him the bed bugs. He said they have no other room available so since 4 am I stayed without place to sleep. No devaluation of money for the terrible night I had there.

BED BUGS!I feel compelled to write a warning to other travellers, but my experience at the Panela Hostel or Aguapanela, was probably the worst one I have had. I got a room there on Saturday, and I had had the room for around 2 hours when I saw a BED BUG on the bed.I took it out to a staff member, and he confirmed to me that they had had cases of infestacion, but that they had taken some precautions. I then herd that two other guests had reported this. I was really upset. I was offered half handed solutions, and I could not speak to the manager. I had to take all my things out of the room, and sort them out in the communal space. I had to wash what could be washed and put in the dryer, but I got no answers on what I was supposed to do concerning my backpack or the wool clothes I had that could not go into the dryer or be wahsed in warm water. I was told I could change rooms, or get a refund. This was very disapointing, but I moved buildings, to a different room. They apparently have two locations.I asked again to talk to the manager, but was told it was not possible. The next day, after having spent the Saturday evening without all my clothes I met another staff memeber, that was also not helpful. The solutions I was offered were insufficient, a simple google search showed that those measurements do not kill bed bugs, including putting the stuff out in the sun, or using normal bug spray. I was told I would be notified when the manager came to work, but learned later that that was not the case. Then I was told I could meet him at 10 on Monday morning, so I waited. Come Monday, no manger, no solution.I think they do not take this problem seriously, and I would recommend everyone to just STAY AWAY. Bed bugs are serious, and they seem to not care, and that might be part of the reason they have this problem.All in all I am dissatisfied and upset.Horrible experience.

Reasonably nice hostel. Although there were creeping bugs in the toilets. The room was clean but lacked enough sheets for both beds. Luckily it was quiet during the night, however, our window was unable to close so we were constantly exposed to the noise outside.

Nos acomodaron en habitacion doble extremadamente pequeña. Ademas huele a caño. El baño pasa un olor horrible a la habitacion. Por lo tanto no pudimos dormir en toda la noche.

Confortable, gente sencilla y muy amable

Nice location and the open kitchen is ok BUT- There were only 2 toilets working for 2 dormitories (14 people).- The 6 beds dormitory with curtains is supposed to be more expensive because of the privacy offered however one bed didnt have any curtains and we had to pay the same price- Moreover, they was not enough space to put 6 backpacks in the dorms, floor was always a big mess- And there was only one light working over two so 2 beds were always completely in the dark (had to use my headlight all the time to see something​!...)To top it up, after agreeing to pay the morning when we would leave, I was awakened at 11pm to pay and the guy wanted to give me 40 pieces of coins as change... They didnt even apologise. Not nice and even less professional!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, there are plenty better options in the neighbourhood!

Excelente ubicación, las personas que atienden muy amables, en cuanto a la limpieza la cama que me asignaron tenía sabanas sucias y me dí cuenta ya Al momento de dormir por no revisar cuando nos entregaron. El aseo de la ducha podría ser mejor, el precio es muy bueno, pero no por ser económico quiere decir que entreguen las camas sucias.

Aunque no aconsejo hospedarse en habitaciónes que den a la calle por el ruido...

Nice chilled place, quiet. Popular with locals on weekends. No one speaks English.Very loud in the mornings, cleaners make an awful racket basically yelling, laughing. Even on a Sunday after everyone has been kept up late.Had some washing done there, super quick service and after a dispute they did it cheaper. But although I asked for low temperature got my dress shirts back shrunk. 😑 thanks..They do offer a free salsa lesson with a joint owned hostel which was not popular but we went and actually had a great time!Pros and cons!

Om te beginnen ... vriendelijk personeel. Het verblijf verder erg slecht. Kamer die wij kregen was klein. Kwaliteit van het bed en gordijnen bijvoorbeeld niet om aan te zien. De badkamer was ook niet voldoende...kwaliteit van de materialen erg slecht. Internet (wifiwerkt slecht. Voor de rust moet je er ook niet zijn, veel lawaai van muziek van eigenaren. Kortom..blij dat we weg konden. Niet aan te raden. Verder is de ligging van de hostel goed.

Calm hostel which felt more like a home. They were working on the deco when I was there so it should look nice by now. Not a party place at all but nice to hang out.

Falta um pouco de organização nos banheiros.... cozinha sempre com os itens sujos e area comun pequena e sempre quando chove molha toda área comun

Personnel très accueillant et hostel bien placé. Par contre, un petit effort à faire sur le ménage, lentretien des salles de bain (la porte de douche côté femmes était casséeet une révision des lockers serait bienvenue. Si vous souhaitez une bonne nuit de repos, passez votre chemin mais si vous souhaitez sortir cest bon !

I was in this Hostal for a few days and really enjoyed it. Its really close to the park so everything is possible by foot. The bathroom could have been cleaner but in all a great place to stay.

Buenas camas y baño, balcón para fumar y cocina espaciosa y con comedor, bien ubicado.

Un hostal nada lujoso, pero cubre necesidades básicas. Hay habitaciones compartidas y privadas, en las compartidas cada cama tiene un enchufe doble cosa que me parece muy importante. Esta muy bien ubicado a una cuadra del Parque El Poblado

Es ist ein sehr kleines gemütliches Hostel. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und die Betten gemütlich. Ich hatte ein etwas kleines 6er Zimmer, aber habe gesehen dass auch ein anderes 6er Zimmer existiert das was größer war. Dennoch kein Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator. Für Personen die oben in den Hochbetten schlafen sehr unangenehm, in der Nacht müssen die Türen offen stehen bleiben, sonst hat man keine Luft zum atmen im Raum, wegen der Wärme des Klimas und der Personen.

horrible, the receptionist left at 1 o clock and everybody could enter in the hostal, smell of marijuana, beers everywhere and drunk guys awaking me up with the light and shoutig, a window not closed so the noise of the club near is inside the room.. also the place was dirty and i had bed bugs:::so do not go there!!!!

Everything was good for a really good price. The only thing they can improve is the music volume (too loud with no need sometimesand the cleaning of the bathrooms. Staff was really nice and friendly

hostel muy agradable y central a la vuelta del parque poblado.te cobran por persona la noche a 25.000 si vas con un grupo de 6 personas te puede salir un poco mas barato. muy seguro limpio y te sientes como en casa

Tremendo! Re bien ubicado, el staff el re mejor! Y está todo cómodo, todo prolijo y no le falta nada, solo horno para cocinar pan o pizza
