Aguada Del Mar in Mayagueez

Es una facilidad muy agradable, su accesibilidad a la playa es excelente. Tiene áreas para mejorar como los baños para invitados, están ahí pero no son funcionales. Un área espaciosa para estacionar y la piscina son un plus.

Ubicación del lugar perfecta,atardecer hermoso, casa por dentro limpia, lo único que deberían de remodelar el área del fregadero, gabinete roto por debajo,tubería del desague del fregadero se despego y empezó a votar agua,camas muy duras sonaban mucho,tapa del inodoro, tenias que aguantarla para poderse sentar en el inodoro, hay un pequeño sofá cama muy incomodo,picina estaba con limo por dentro, necesita que le den un buen mantenimiento,por lo demás, se paso bien

Pobre o ninguna limpieza. Piscina verde y sucia. No satisfecha con mi estadía, esperaba más. El entorno hermoso y comida cerca y deliciosa.

Great spot, close to a lot of bars and rest.( By carNice pool and beach in the back yard but not the one to go in.

We stayed at Piedra Point, Aguada del Mar. Beautiful. Pet Friendly. There is everything what you need for a relax vacation and getaway. Private and calm. The pool is only for you, not sharing with any other guest. We want to return. Our dog enjoyed the freedom running a lot through the fence yard.

On a total of 5 day trip to Puerto Rico we stayed in 2 Beach houses the 1st one we rent through Vrbo in Rincon the Beach Hideaway, where we spend 3 nights, though the house was not luxurious but it was nice,with a beautiful ocean view, comfortable and clean.And we rent this place Aguada Del Mar through Airbnb for 2 nights.At first we were excited for the beautiful ocean view and everything looks ok, except when we get there, there was a dirty broom in the kitchen with lots of dusts and hair, but later at night we saw lots of roaches roaming around everywhere, on the dining table, kitchen counter, kitchen floor and even under the bed frame and mattress,and then they keep coming out from different places for the rest of our stay, which made our stay very uncomfortable especially with a toddler, because roaches means there is a serious sanitary problem going on with the house and they carry lots of diseases.The bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and made loud noises due to broken frame and disturb our sleep for two nights.In short it was dirty and unhygienic, so its hard to enjoy beautiful view when you are uncomfortable and in a mental anguished, luckily our stay was short here, somehow we managed it.Before posting the review we contacted the host and mentioned the issue: no reply.Contacted Airbnb: no action taken !!

I was there with my daughter and a friend, we loved it. I enjoy taking a walk by the beach. Also the swimming pool, small but comfortable. Hopefully we can visit again.

You can’t get put a pool closer to the beach than this location. Edwin the property is super friendly and easy to communicate with. High recommend

Place it’s not for relaxation at all . If you rent from Friday to Sunday get ready for all day all night loud music/car racing up down bikes it’s a main road for Party people. Aka Chinchoreo. The first apartment had no private door at all only the second floor so if you rent the first one get ready to not leave nothing outside . You share a pool the size of a small suv . Parking it’s super hard only 2 small cars and if you happen to have crazy people like we just had the parked between our 2 cars blocked me I had to knock in door 6 am to get out . Also you have to walk between 2 other houses to reach the so called private beach .definitely or a relaxing vacation house . Great views but can’t relax

Great location. Super nice beach. Ok pool.Comfortable. The kitchen is a little bit old, so, do not expect too much of it. In general the place was spacious. Balcony that allows magnificent views. 10 steps from a beautiful beach...is literally your backyard ...I did enjoy it. The owner provided cleaning supplies and coffee filters, supernice extra towels. I will definitely come back there.

Necesita mantenimiento urgente!

Este sitio estaba muy sucio. Nos quedamos solo un día y salia excremento por la bañera y por debajo del inodoro. Nos culparon de tapar el inodoro con papel y nadie había usado el baño. Las camas rotas y el matress del cuarto principal con un huevo en el medio. Había una gotera terrible en el segundo cuarto,en el medio de las camas. Todo lleno de telarañas, por todas partes. No tiene playa. Lo único bueno fue la piscina. Este lugar NO se lo recomiendo a nadie. MALISIMO

El 2ndo piso con muchos desperfectos. Poco cuidada para ser un Airbnb. Estacionamiento sumamente incómodo para auto grande, como opción, dejarlo en la calle.

Me encanta. Se lo recomiendo a todos. Vuelvo otra vez.

Excelente todo hermoso en las bellas costas de aguada

Espacio para vehículos buenísimos, habitaciones cómodas, todo para colgar hasta 4 hamacas y con acceso a la playa en 15 segundos. Excelente para quedarse en mi opinión 4 adultos aunque con el espacio exterior puede hacerse un party de 30 personas.

What an amazing casual beach house. Just what we needed to get away for 8 days. Very close to town but just far enough away. The kids loved the pool. It is very safe. The property manager is helpful and attentive. Just what we were looking for.

So far everything is great. Some little issues with water pressure but only in the evening. Our host Edwin has been more than helpful. We couldnt have gotten a better place for our stay.

Nice private get away from the hussle and bussle of the hotels and city life. Close to Center City..Beaches and Stores are only a few minutes Drive away...its Furnished and is two bedrooms with 1 bed in one room and 2 beds in the other...right on the ocean you can hear the ocean waves at nite...very nice for sleeping.
