Coffee shops where people with special needs are hired to serve. Great service, loved the idea and overall the place was really nice, and good wifi to work, however, food and drinks were average. If you try something standard like coffee you can spend your day working 😍

An amazing place that supports people with Down syndrome. They serve you with allot of love 💕 transparency and friendliness. Very clean, professional and full of positive vibes.

If I could, I would give this place 10 stars. Great spot with friendly ambiance and delicious drinks and desserts. I would like to thank whoever owns this business and gives an opportunity for their special staff to shine. Dont waste your money on stupid Starbucks and make your money count where it can make a difference

You can’t not love this place. This coffee shop in zalka offers a warm and loving Vibe once you walk in. The decor is beautiful and the staff is really the best. Their drinks are tasty. I love how we are asked to pick a quote of the day from the basket after we make a purchase, really helps brighten ones day.

30.09.019 - first visitthis coffee shop is located in the heart of Zalka (between the highway and the internal road of Zalkas souk).the place is really clean (including the toilet - which is handicap friendly).the coziness helps you be productive and the coffee is really good / affordable.

This was my first time at Agonist and I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the coffee shop. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and encouraging (they even had us pull out little affirmation papers). Id highly recommend coming and supporting such a blessing of a place for the community.

I love it ! Really nice and cool place, the staff is really friendly :even extra friendly ! You can get a coffee, desert, sandwiches or a salad, and for sure a good time with the staff and friends. I would pick this place over any of the franchise coffee shops (DD, Starbucks...)

Nice authentic café, with super kind staff. We had a long walk there, to get breakfast, but we didnt know they dont serve breakfast. Its a pity. But the 🥐 were really fresh and tasty.

A great incentive to employ people with difficulties. I was amazed how close the waiters ans waitresses are! They’re really friendly and create this beautiful ambiance.Their coffee is really nice! I’ve tried the iced mocha with almond milk and it was really tasty! The experience is an real eye-opener, so it’s definitely recommended.

A coffee shop with a mission... you might think that you wanna visit the place just because it hires people with iron will... but the place is really good, great hot chocolate (better than dunkin and starbucks), the muffin is good and the prices are very fair... you get a bonus hug from the team :)I loved it and will be back very soon :)

Very affordable prices (nearly nothing), compared to other coffee shops..It was a really great experience, highly recommend that everyone visit this place and live this experience..Even if the place was crowded, its worth waiting to have an empty table..

Such a nice cafe that’s making a difference to the local community. If you’re visiting Beirut, it’s worth the cheap taxi/Uber just to come and enjoy the bright venue as well as giving back to the community as the staff have disabilities. The blended drinks are also unreal, especially the kitkat one 😍

The concept is built around presenting the handicap people as helpful staff in the coffeeshop. They are a real heros challenging their mental and physical problems to serve us with the best coffee and food. I encourage everyone to go and support them.
