Agerari Georgian Cuisine - Restaurant in K'ut'aisi, Georgia
While you can definitely order things for just yourself, this food lends itself to sharing amongst the table. An absolute must here is the Cheese Boat - served in a bread bowl with an egg yolk in the middle of the cheese, the mixed up dish is rich cheesey goodness. The Lamb Kebab are delicious juicy pieces of meat served over fries and seasoned to perfection.
Authentic Georgian Cuisine 🇬🇪 , finger licking taste. Best Georgian food in town
Expensive prices, very bad service, worse quality. Worst culinary experience in whole Georgia. Avoid it
One of the best Adjarian khachapuri I tried. But green home made lemonade I did not understand. If you add syrup or any extra bottle lemonade, this is the cocktail..But khinkali damaged everything! We were waiting really long for it, long after we finished khachapuri, even though ordered same timeAnd it arrived not cooked! The dough was not cooked, cheese not melted. They position restaurant as georgian cuisine, so I expected them to know how to do it.
If you are looking for a place to have dinner at, keep searching. Poor atmosphere, careless waiters and meals that are far from definition of tasty. You can find much more cosy and welcoming place to dine at here.
delicious food and good service
Very delitious food (thanks to the chefs!...but a bad waiter service. All 3 waiters works bad, dont write down the orders, forget it, do not know details of the dishes, they sit in the restaurant next to the table and look into a phones, chat between each other. One of the lady had broken blouse, looks not higienic and not estetic. I reccomend the owner to review the service staff.
A very nice place to taste local Georgian food. There was a good selection, even several types of khinkali (local filled dumplings). I had some khinkali and the kebab, which was indeed delicious. The waiters were very nice too, service was reliable and fast.
Perfect place to eat Khinkali in Kutaisi. Place is very nice, filled with nice georgian songs that creates really authentic atmosphere and makes you really feel how it is to be in Georgia!
Nice & tasty dishes
Great flavours and good prices. They had generous portions and very friendly service. I loved their beef khinkalis!
This is the place to go to have khinkali in Kutaisi. Service is quite good for such a place, we werent expecting Engish-speaking, smiling staff here but we did. Khinkali was excellent and the prices are excellent. Decor looks a bit tired and having a working POS would be convenient.Overall however you cant go wrong if you want to have your khinkali seated comfortably.
Stylish, great food and knowledgeable staff who can point you towards the perfect wine for your meal
I also ordered eggplant pomegranate but it was served with no pomegranate, ha! The Khinhali was ok, service wasn’t great. Bit stuffy, they could to do with an AC.
Food was delicious, and the cappuccino is the best in Kutaisi!
Try their "bean in a pot", its the best bean dish Ive ever had.
Nice place with good food.Service is lacking, they served the 3 dishes with 10 minutes in between, meaning that the hot dishes became cold while waiting for the rest of the order. Also, the fresh vegetables were covered with chilli? I wasnt informed about this weird behavior which made it almost uneatable.
Service is not speaking English or Russian, in fact waiter havent told me a single word. There was wind coming from the ceiling - probably air condition, not reccomended.
Great food and great serviceThe waiter was very nice and knowledgeable
Good restaurant polite English speaking staff . Quality food. Highly recommend
Not the best restaurant which you can find in Kutaisi. I choose this restaurant because of concept (Gergians can understand thatbut it is only what i like there.I ordered chicken barbecue and that was hard as stone and also so small! Waiting tome was so long. Also Staff was loud and i was sitting at table where wasnt light at all. So if there is no other options then you can visit this restaurant. I was disappointed.
Bad staff attitudeLong waiting timeThe food we received was not good at all, the bread was old and hardHalf a hour after taking our order the waiter came to tell us they need 50 more minutes to prepare the khinkali we ordered...
The food was really delicious. The restaurant was full, at first we were happy to get a seat. Unfortunately, it was much too noisy. Loud music from the speakers so that the guests only had to speak louder. Accordingly, I did not really feel comfortable. The service was good, at least tried its best. However, the waiters were extremely stressed and could not pay enough attention to the guests. In this combination, unfortunately, a negative impression remains.
Good location, good food, we enjoyed the outside terrace right at the street. Tasty wine, tasty khinkali
Very good and tasty Georgian food, nice atmosphere, kind people.
I dont recommend this place. We waited 45 minutes for the food and it was terrible (the dough was raw and the potatoes were not salty enough). Whats more, after that we got food poisoning.
The khinkalis and the mushroom chashushuli were quite good, but the service was definitely not what we expected. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, it took some time for our order to be taken, and the waiter seemed like he had better things to do than to serve us.
Best bread in town! Nice food and friendly staff, they were very helpful and attentive. There are some negative reviews about the languages spoken by the staff, but I got three waiters in different opportunities, and they all spoke very good English. The bread is definitely one of the best I could get in Kutaisi.
Food is horrible. The ingredients on the menu not the same as the real order. Wine is super hot. We ordered the Khinkali with cheese they brought with meat. Chicken soup smelled. Very very rude staff. On check they put dishes we didn’t ordered. No conditioner and very sweaty inside and hot as hell.
Slow crew, forgot to bring a ordered beer. Food doesnt arrive at once but in multiple rounds etc.
Food is good. Not perfect, but just good. But very very slow service. None of two waiters spoke English and also they didnt speak Russian. We waited for dishes for more than hour! We were surprised that the most long time took to cook mushroom soup )). Finally after one hour of waiting and asking several times we got our soup but it was too spicy and we couldnt eat it.
This place was recommended by a local and i was not disappointed. The khinkali here were amazing!! Possibly the best Ive had in Georgia. Bravo
Two visits🟢 Nice and good service🟢 Tasty Georgian food🟢 Nice and clear place🟢 Cheap and good🟢 English friendly🟢 Helpful and friendly waiter, we needed some change and waiter did run to the market for it and we got some advices about Georgia 👌Total: 10/10✅
Horrible service and mediocre food. Came here for dinner. Ordered the lobio and eggplant with pomegranate for starters. Lobio is watery and no flavor. Eggplant had no pomegranate. Waiters never cleared the plates from the table. They brought us warm white wine and then took 20 minutes to bring ice for the wine. The kebab took over 40 minutes and was overly well done. In the end the waiter said sorry we don’t take card so you have to pay cash. Don’t come here
Delicious Georgian cuisine 🍽
Food was good. Khinkhalis at a good price point ( under 1 local currency, as usual 5 minimum orderservice fast. They speak Georgian Russian and English ( enough to get the orders in at least). Also they have a 10% service fee added ( they state that on the menus so that’s niceeven with the 10% it’s at a great price point and one of the nicer places in Kutaisi to go for lunch/dinner. A lot of locals also so that always a good sign.
Good Georgian Wein and Food
Khinkali were the best we had so far. We also had bbq which was very decent. Definitely will go back.
Unbelievably slow. Ordered a stewed beef, pot of beans and a tea. Waited for 40 minutes, nothing showed up except for the tea. The next table with 6 people ordered after me got the food. Sent waitress to check, but no result. Left the restaurant with empty stomach.
If you are in Kutaisi try this place. Khinkali are the best I have tasted in the region. Other meals are really made with true Kartvelian love. In the photo - mushroom snack which I enjoyed the most.
The best restaurant in Kutaisi! We came here several times and each one was great. Food was tasty, place clean and nice service. Totally reccommand it!
It was ok. Food was good in the end but the experience was difficult. I think maybe a lack of English speaking (trying to establish what was vegetarian. Also other odd things like no serviets on the table. we went once but opted to try another place on the other evenings and generally had more pleasant experiences elsewhere. In general it’s probably ok depending on who serves you and what you are looking to eat. On a side note- sitting outside is a pain as the Marshrutkas que opposite and pointlessly blow their horns for very little effect.
Foods are good and customer service is also good. But most of the foods in the menu are not available.
Great place! The waiters are very very friendly and the food was magnificent. Well worth visiting if you are staying in Kutaisi. I went to both here and El Paso, both great places, but I had one more day to visit only one of the two for a secon time and I chose El Paso. if that says anything..
Everything was wonderful. 5 stars.
The staff here spoke extremely good English & were incredibly helpful when it came to choosing an item from the rich menu. If you want to try local Georgian cuisine, this is certainly the place to visit! Its location is also very central & in the upmarket and modernised part of the city. The prices are also extremely moderate in light of this.
good place to visit with friends and try some traditional food. big assortment of dishes and good portions.at this place you can find also traditional drinks - chacha, vine and even beer 🍺.officiants understands Russian and English - and its so comfortable.I like it 🤗
Comida tradicional de Georgia excelente para vegetarianos! Excellent traditional Georgian food, vegetarian friendly!
Good Georgian food, a little difficult to communicate in English.
The Best "khinkali" in the world :The best place and service.. Strongly recommended ;)
