After Hotel in Montevideo

The heater in the room did not work. No hot water heater for tea. Nice walk on the nearby beach and public jogging sidewalk. Close to shopping and places to eat.

El hotel en general es correcto! Buena limpieza, habitaciones un poco chicas e incómodas para estar más de dos días. La presión del agua en las duchas es insuficiente. El desayuno está muy bueno, es abundante y variado, lo mejor: el horario extendido para poder desayunar.

Hotel bem organizado, localização muito boa.Não dou 5 estrelas pelo café da manhã bem fraco e pq 5 dólares uma garrafa de água é loucura!!

Me senti muy cómoda en el hotel. La habitación super insonora, se puede descansar muy bien. Como volvía en barco me guardaron el equipaje y pude pasear todo el día luego del check out. El desayuno tiene algunos puntos de mejora pero a grandes rasgos todo muy bueno.

One of the top and best hotels in Montevideo Uruguay. However, they lack few things like no variety in breakfast menu, same things are there every day. Even though kitchen menu is also same for everyday. They dont provide kettle as well in the rooms.

For two weeks we had exactly the same breakfast - even the order on the tables was the same. I will not mention that couple of time they served old tomatoes (which are the only fresh veggie served).But today they exaggerated - breakfast are from 7 to 11 and at 9 we asked for bread because there was none - and the response was they run out of it so we need to manage with something else. SERIOUSLY? 4* Hotel? you don’t even have a kettle in a room, and the contact was falling out of the wall. Definitely will choose another hotel next month for my stay - you’re not worth it 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The location is great - just in walking distance from Rambla and the port. Although Rambla wont be viewable from the hotel rooms itself, specially if you are staying on the lower floor.Rooms are clean and amenities are there, the only serve breakfast though, so mark your dinner and lunch spots.The staff is courteous and helpful.

The view from the hotel is really nice. Just next to the beach. The food variety is not so much but they provide neat and tidy area to dine in and enjoy.

As like many of us, I’ve been working remotely for the past year. With winter approaching in the North East, I decided to travel back to my home country and spend the summer months working remotely, while visiting family..A good friend of mine, recommend the After hotel as I was looking for an affordable, but nice place to stay for a full month. From the start, the staff was very accommodating to my requests around what I needed in terms of accommodations, like a fridge, a work station in my room, etcThe hotel is just one block away from “la rambla” which is a great area to run and exercise during the summer months and also very close to shops and restaurants in the city. In addition, it has a pool and a gym that opens up to a fantastic terrace where you can hangout and enjoy a great view of el “puerto del Buceo”.During my stay there, the staff made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of, while at the same time maintaining all the safety guidelines required due to COVID. The employees are friendly, attentive and always ready to help not only me, but other guests as well.I will highly recommend this place to stay and please say hi to the guys from me if you go!

An amazing hotel. A bit pricey, but they offer a good service and location. The room didnt have a balcony though. That would have been nice.

So far, so good! Ive just checked in, but I can say service is very good and the people in the front desk are very helpful.Id say 4.5, not 5 stars. Why? Well, I believe there is always room for improvement... the gym, for example, could use a revamp...Other than that, the location is very good (near the Costal Protection, so a good place to runand near a shopping mall!

dirty. small. cheap. had we not paid in advance wed be leaving right away.

Room not ready at an already late check-in time, very inefficient service causing crowds at a tiny reception.Disgustingly stained bed sheets with pubic hair, bathroom smelling real bad, small room, windows really dusty, pillows completely filthy and smelling like sewer.If you want to ruin your marriage, this is the place.

Best hotel with highly affordable prices I have seen in a long time. Repeptionists were always friendly and helpful. The close location to the "Montevideo Shopping" lets you have a great day even if its raining.

Helpful staff. Great location. Near the beach, restaurants and bars as well as a small shopping mall. Also close to one of the pick up/drop off pointa for the tourist bus.
