بنسبة لحماة فندق كبير ولكنك لو خرجت خارج سوريا ستكتشف بأنه فندق مسكين وضعيفطبعاً الحكومة السورية تتبع سياسة تهميش لمحافظة حماة منذ زمن بعيدمع اني لست من حماة ولكن أشعر بأنها محافظة مظلومة وغير مخدمة مقارنة بدول جوارلو أنا هذه المحافظة في أوروبا لجعلوا منها جنة ولكن مسؤلينا في سوريا كلهم فاشلون ويتبعون نظام رشوة والمحسوبية والفساد لذلك غير قابلين للتطوير

Afamia al-sham hotel is one of the oldest hotels in hama city and the most luxurious one. The hotel is located in Al-Hader area near Al-Asi square. It is classified as 5 stars hotels in Hamas Tourism Directorate. It consists of a main building of 8 floors, a swimming pool, tennis court, a gym, and surrounding great gardens. The underground floor is a large wedding hall, the "Omayad Hall". Also there is a near-by restaurant that belongs to the hotel management called, the "Tarras Restaurant", which overlooks the banks of Assi river and two ancient Norias. The service is great and the working stuff is very collaborative. One of the best hotels to stay-in if your touring distination is to Hama.

When u enter the lobby u get the illusion that the rooms are going to be amazing...theyre not even close to acceptable.for a 5 star hotel. The basic rooms are tiny, and you cant open the window during the winter, so in case it gers hot doe some reason the maintenance will ask you to rurn on the bathroom light so that the ventilation might hopefully suck the heat out of the room..Breakfast is less than a minimum, not rexommended at all
