Room was clean and spacious, friendly, and helpful staff. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here a few years ago. The rooms were nice, but worth noting there was no A/C in the summer. Instead the windows were opened to let in air.
Fantastic place. friendly staff, great facilities, and comfortable apartments
It’s really good hotel to stay and the convenient utilities are really nice. The bed is also so cozy and you don’t have to say that the location is good too.
I dont recommend staying here during the summer. The AC is not working and they will tell you that it JUST broke - accidentally - during your stay, but when you check reviews from a year ago they are saying the same thing: that the AC is not working. Also, they will not compensate you properly when you cant sleep at all because its almost 40 degrees. In my case, they refused to discuss an appropriate discount with me, because i booked through a 3rd party portal. So i had to contact the 3rd party portal and then they had to contact the hotel and of course the hotel offered just a ridiculous 20% discount. The 3rd party portal says they cant do anything about it, because the hotel wont offer more compensation. And the hotel refuses to negotiate with me...Just take any other hotel in Berlin if youre staying here in the summer and save yourself the inconvenience.
AC broken during 35+ degrees heatwave, couldnt sleep. Because I booked through a 3rd party provider, hotel refused to talk to me about a compensation, saying I need to talk to the 3rd party provider. 3rd party provider refusing to talk to me about a compensation, because it was an issue at the hotel, not with them + tell me the hotel is refusing to provide an appropriate compensation. I do a lot of business travel and have been on 100s of trips, this is the worst experience I had so far. Really disappointing how the hotel handled this.
AC doesnt work, I dont recommend staying here in the summer.
The spa and wellnes center was constantly occupied by small children ( including babies where I dont think the sanitation was build for it, the aircon was not working during our 17 day stay. We expected from a conference Hotel something different, was more a family resort....
I couldnt sleep for the whole duration of my stay in the hotel because the AC was broken during an August heatwave with 35+ degrees celsius. The hotel offered me a 20% discount, which is ridiculous. The only reason I booked the hotel was to sleep there and I was not able to sleep. You literally had one job. Whats the point of staying in a hotel that you cant sleep at? Im extremely disappointed by the service.
Perfect location next to a major hospital and university. Right off a main line a few blocks from the metro and a taxi stand down the street. Clean rooms and great service, also a nice little bar on the corner.
Good location, but the air conditioning does not work. Seems to have been a problem for 2 out 5 nights we are booked. Poor.
We have stayed in the hotel in 2019 and had a very good experience. In 2022 it was the total opposite -From the cleanliness perspective, which was the most important for us and we were very pleased from in our previous visit, this time the bath was full of mold and the toilet was cracked. The staff also used to be very nice, but this time we were very disappointed - every morning at 8 am, there was a lot of noise coming from right outside our window, as a new deck was being built. This caused us to not be able to sleep past 8 am each morning. When we talked about it to the receptionist, she said she is not aware of this, WHILE THE CONSTRUCTION WORK WAS STILL ONGOING. This was very confusing, and seemed like a way to avoid compensating us. We explained that we cannot sleep like this and that we were not even warned about this going to happen, but the receptionist said that she didnt know it was going to happen either, so they could not warn us. This, again, does not make sense, as someone had to let the construction workers into the hotel in the morning. We talked about this to another receptionist, but they said this was already being taken care of by the previous receptionist. In addition, the laundry service was not available this time, which was also disappointing, but much less important for us in the overall experience.
Air conditioning doesnt work at all.The room is dusty. It is not 4 stars.
Great location, hotel leaves a little to be desired.I chose Adina because it was modern and in a central location. It also has air conditioning which was important to me as I love sleeping in a cold room (very easy back home in the UK!). The location is great with the tram only around the corner and it’s only a 15 minute walk to central station.Sadly, after going to reception to ask if someone might look at our air con which wasn’t working, we were informed the air con in the whole hotel isn’t working and they’re waiting for someone to come and fix it. If I had know this, I wouldn’t have booked 4 nights at the Adina. I wish we’d been informed of this before our arrival.I was very touched they provided a dessert and card for my fiancés birthday so they’ve gained a star for that.Staff have seemed quite abrupt but nice on the whole. Parts of the hotel and our room feel tired. Could do with more than 2 coat hangers each.I probably wouldn’t stay here again without the promises of the air con working and the rooms wrong revamp!
Very spacious, clean and quiet. Great location with walking distance to most Mitte attractions, near the m5, m8 and m10 tram station. Staff is really nice. Highly recommended!
Great apartment with views of the tower and the Riechstag we walked everywhere so location was perfect. Fit a family of five in very easily. Very clean. Awsam Harga was so helpful and friendly to us over breakfast. We would definitely recommend
Great hotel. Room was very spacious and clean. Spa area was nice and quiet. All of the staff were very friendly. Good location as it’s close to the central station.
Great find in Berlin. Apartment was spacious and fantastic value for money. Extremely clean also. Pool and sauna facilities are great also.
Very nice apart-hotel with perfect service. I can recommand this to everybody who is gisting Berlin. Good size appartement with full equiped bathroom. Breakfast was perfect.
The reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient, as was the hard working barman/waiter in the restaurant. The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is great, being less than a ten minute walk from the Central (railStation.
A fantastic apartment hotel with everything you need, the location is well connected and the hotel in general is clean and comfortable, the gym and pool are perfect and we’re always quiet when I went.My only issue is the parking spaces are limited, I was lead to believe I had reserved a space however on arrival in the evening was told it was full, a hassle when you need to take lots of luggage to the room, the staff in the end were helpful and let me use a loading bay for the first evening.Overall it’s a great hotel especially if you aren’t driving and need to be in this area then I don’t think you could do better.
All the comforts of a4-star hotel in a spacious apartment with convenience and excellent service. Very clean. The sauna and pool were closed due to COVID and the restaurant was only open for breakfast and dinner due to reduced staff during my visit but I loved my two weeks there. Price was very reasonable too, especially for an A/C apartment in the highly prized Mitte neighborhood. I found the buffet brunch a bit disappointing but it was adequate.
We stayed for about two months and during the stay, the emergency alarm sounded twice at 11 pm. Is incredible. Any smoke in the apartments sets off the alarm. If you want to be calm, I do not recommend this hotel. And nobody gives explanations. Information is missing.
We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the stay so much, we proceeded to book another Adina stay for an upcoming holiday. The staff were efficient and helpful - we had 2 reservations and they helped ensure a seamless transition, and even provided an early check in as our rooms were available. The room we booked was clean and brightly lit (studio room), comfortable for both of us, with a great hot shower. The location was less than a minute from the bus stop and a bakery, less than 10 minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket and thereabouts to the Berlin Central station so we had a wonderful time. Only issue was the proximity to the hospital, which meant that ambulance sirens were quite frequent.
Horrible experience I’ve ever had. The women in the reception desk is a racist. We are Korean and fully vaccinated living in Nuremberg. She gave us the room for disabled and she pretend it’s just a normal one. We request to change the room and finally checked in but with smaller room. Can’t believe this happened. We stayed in Adina apartment in Nuremberg and it was nice experience that we chose to stay another one in Berlin. But I won’t ever visit Adina apartment again.
One bedroom apartment for a week, generous space, well equipped, clean and quiet. Perfect location for station and sight seeing. Very quiet room. Staff polite and helpful.
We have stayed in this hotel a few times and would thoroughly recommend. We stayed in a studio apartment this time although it was still spacious, had a kitchenette and lots of storage space. It was very comfortable even if it did take a few attempts to get the air con to the right temperature. We had breakfast included in the price (although this was a special dealthat was composed of a good selection of continental meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries, hot food and hot/cold drinks. There is a happy hour on every night between 5-7pm with cheap cocktails and there is a gym, sauna and pool on site (small but does the job!).The receptionists were very helpful and friendly and allowed us to keep our case in storage as we had a later flight. Also the location is very close to the cental station (Hauptbahnhofand there are bus and tram links right around the corner.
Lovely hotel. Breakfast had large selection with kids eating free my ten year old boy ate his body weight in pancakes. Staff couldn’t be more helpful to all requests. Room modern and spotless . Pool area was really clean and my kids loved it before we headed off for the day. Public transport in Berlin is absolutely brilliant so having a stop invalidenpark 2 mins walk away was very handy . I will definitely be back
I have no words....Hotel overall was excellent with their cleanliness, restaurant .... breakfast was classy... location is spot on too.. BUT MOST OF ALL service was above and beyond MICHAEL on reception is tooooo Excellent; he is friendly, helpful, always Positive, can do attitude, I really don’t know how he keeps his calm and is always smiling with super speedy outcomes and goes above and beyond to provide by far the best service.!! He is an asset. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Thank you Michael :)
Wish all hotels would be like this format. Decently sized spacious rooms, refrigerator and microwave included.Clean, comfy beds, desk for work, sofa for TV.This has got to be one of the best hotel Ive stayed in long time. Brown pillow smells like prior guest and need to be washed. Otherwise this place is idyllic!Pool is very small only for 2 people to do laps... it’s busy all the time. But there is an indoor pool!
Amazing hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Ideally situated to explore the city on foot, but just outside of the hustle and bustle. Pool and sauna are open until 11pm so great for late night relaxation after lots of walking! We didn’t stay for breakfast but it looked like there was plenty of choice at the buffet. We’ll be back!
Excellent hotel. Our apartment room was very spacious with well-equipped kitchenette, washing machine, dryer etc. Very comfortable and extremely quiet at night, which is important for light sleepers like us! Breakfast was an extensive buffet (try the soaked muesli). Perhaps a bit expensive but very good. Meals in the restaurant were also excellent and it was generally quite quiet in the evening. Swimming pool is small and rather cold! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning staff try to come in quite early so put your do not disturb sign out if you like a lie-in. If you are wanting a bath, start filling it about 15-20 minutes beforehand as it takes ages to fill!We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Berlin.
