The coffee is a hit or miss.Nice comfortable rooms and good customer service. The card machine doesn’t always work which can be inconvenient.

This is one of the best place to chill with family & friends as well when in Mwanza City. The place is well organised,good garden as well as best food services.

It is a nice place to have fun and to refreshing mind, also lodging services are the best. I had a great time when i visited Adden palace hotel.

Hotel workers helped us with our luggage right away. Very pleasant. No attitudes , no problems. Check in was fast and pleasant. We had just came from long bus ride and long day of traveling on bus and plane so it was so nice to have such nice service like this. Front desk personal knew his stuff. Quick and helpful. He also made sure our luggage got to our rooms. Room was nice and clean and beautiful A.C in room , hot water, warm blanket. Nice room. Small tv but we didnt care we dont come to Africa to watch tv. Shower is spacious. Furniture in room is nice. Outside noise is quiet. We showered and went to bed big day tomorrow. Hotel is quiet and so is noise out side. Would def stay again. My mom and friends were here last year . my first time. Thank you hotel employees for nice service. You all are hard workers. Hope they treat you all good. You deserve it.

PROS:Everyone was great at this hotel. From the reception to the restaurant employees, I felt welcome. The room I stayed in was a reasonable price and it was very nice for that price. There was hot water in the room, the AC was great and it worked perfectly. There were both English and Swahili language channels on the tv.It also helped that they offered a complimentary hot breakfast buffet from 6 am to 10:30 am. It wasnt the best, but for the price of my room it was more than I could have hoped for.Most importantly of all, this hotel is only a 5 minute taxi ride from Mwanza International Airport without any traffic. I doubt it could be more than 15 minutes with traffic. I will definitely be coming back here again. And I will also tell my friends to stay here.CONS: There was a sign in the room that said the hotel offered complimentary pick up and drop off from the airport. I found out this was no longer the case when I stayed there on Nov. 27, 2021.Also if the hotel moved up the checkout time to 11 am instead of 10 am, that would be perfect.If not for these two minor issues, I would have given my hotel stay a 5 star rating. Keep up the good work, and I will be coming back here again.

This is a beautiful budget hotel. The food and rooms are good. The only downside is that the hotel is close to a busy highway and theres a lot of noise from the cars passing by.

Loved the pool and the restaurant but the high light is most definitely the spa!!!Amazing Wema is an excellent masseuse and we came back twice in one week!!! Dont miss it!I didnt stay in the hotel but saw the rooms and would come to stay next time Im in Mwanza.We did come for the pool and restaurant. The restaurant has a pleasant garden with nice breeze and the wifi is strong.

ROOM is clean and good facilities and staff is good, also breakfast is good. But Im surprised at wash room. Washbasin water is come to floor. Is it normal? I cant accept room charge and this facilities.

I judge a place by the state of the toilets and I must say this place super-impressed me. Just for that I would give it a 6 star if I could. Plus the service is good, ambience is on point. Food takes a while so its definitely not a place for those in a rush.

If you are traveling to Mwanza, this is one the places to stay. Was here on work and I enjoyed my stay.First, it is very close to the airport and the CBD. This made my time management between the office and the hotel very easy. Also, I was not worried about getting late when I was leaving.Second, I loved their ambience. From the rooms to the outdoor settings by the bar or the pool. It was all perfect. I spend some better part of the morning on my last day reading by the pool and also relaxed in one of the hammocks.I also loved their food and the service. Their staff was very friendly. They helped me get around and also helped me get taxi when I needed.The place is also affordable. Strong WiFi so you are able to work and also keep in touch with your love ones.

My wife and I are here for one night. We arrived from Kahama. And were flying toDar Es Salaam tomorrow morning.This hotel is nice. It has a nice and welcoming and greeny front with an elevated storey building.Our room, which is 120,000 TS is fare. There is a small refrigerator but it doesnt work. Exchange your dollars and pay in the local currency.It has a nice queen size bed. The room is small and its not really for two people.one person is just right.I will recommend this hotel but make sure you reserve a larger room if you are two adult and with a child. Or just a couple.

Its a really cool place, very close to the airport.It is also close to town.The food there is pretty good.The service is also good.You have to wait a while for the food though

Amazing staff, very affordable, clean rooms,towels and beddings, staff are friendly always eager to help, free room service, ecellent internet.....going for a late dip will let you know how the experience was.....and its close to the airport and away from the city noises....give it a go you aint gonna regret.....Got a new home away from home in Mwanza both for work and pleasure.

Nice surrounding. Just outside the distraction of town. With services such as Gym and Swimming Pool. It is always a cool place to stay while enjoying nice views and town diatraction

This hotel is in stark contrast to the more expensive one I moved from in Dodoma the week before. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and it had an overall feel of competence and care. When I return to Mwanza next year itll be first on my list!

A good and convenient place for a one night transit stay in Mwanza. The rooms are really good. The service isnt that great. One day breakfast is good. The next breakfast can be awful!

For me being in Africa for quite sometime, I can say that this hotel offers the best value for money- great amenities, great food including buffet breakfast, fresh seafood especially samaki, respectful and very hospitable crew, superb bedroom mattress and interior design. Worth a stay there for only Tsh90,000 per night stay for a solo person.. totally worth the price! Thanks for the General Manager, David for always being so accommodating!

Nice hotel, not far from airport, right along the main road. Room was very nice. Small property but the use it well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Outdoor dining area is nice and popular on the weekends. Pool is small and there were lots of people on Sunday afternoon. Good pool for kids. Not really a fancy tourist hotel like some places in Mwanza, but this one is nice. They seem to have several ngo and foreign company guests. Price is reasonable.

Wonderful place to be. Good ambience with well trained waiters, chefs and Bar tenders to provide you with all types of delicious food ( all cusine , all types of drinks (foreign and local). All staff from managerial to lower levels are all generous and caring. Not forgetting free WiFi, swimming pool, gym, airport shuttle. Arround 2km from Mwanza Airport.

This hotel is 10 minutes drive from the less traffic part of Mwanza, has clean rooms, good customer care, a swimming pool, good security, a restaurant with good food and a nice secured car parking. Their prices are affordable.The place could be ideal for people who have extended stays, business people and early flight catchers.
