The garden is absolutely gorgeous! Grant was an incredible host, he showed us all the different flowers, turtles and water lilys. The amount of hard work that goes into keeping up the garden is unbelievable! Thank you so much for your work! Definitely one of the highlights on St Joseph Island.

A true hidden gem of St Joseph Island! So peaceful and serene. The owner is great and lovely to talk to. Lots of turtles in the ponds too!!! 😁

Beautiful gardens carved out of a natural woodland, pretty bridges and archways along a winding trail. Pond with lots of frogs turtles and minnows

One of St.Joes Islands best kept secrets- great for anyone who enjoys a beautiful garden, nature walks, etc. - A must see & see often as different plants are in bloom.

Visited Aug 26/18, late in the flower season. There is a mix of garden cultivars, some not native to Canada, and wild native ferns and wildflowers. There woodland trails and trails through the managed gardens. Perhaps one on the more remarkable observations is the fact that owner, Mr Adcock, actually calls painted turtles to a bridge - and they come! Well worth the visit. I am told that it can be buggy during early and mid summer.

Grant was very welcoming. The garden wasnt in full bloom when i was there but it was so calming & relaxing.

What a wonderful experience. Grant took his time to show us around the gardens for over an hour. A beautiful spot. Donation on the way out to help him purchase some new seeds is all that is necessary. Dont skip the opportunity to visit if youre on the Island.

Would be a wonderful place for Hobbits or elves to get married..... But bring bug spray

One of my favorite places to visit! Feed the turtles with the caretaker and have him walk you through the garden.
