Family water park with swimming pools, 25m-high slides, a kids' paddling lagoon & palm trees.
Do not recommend .. waste of money
We were here on monday. Not so crowdy and staff was very kind all along the way, from parking, thru entrance, on sliders and in restaurants. I bought tickets online, so we avoided waiting in line. But in the morning there were just two families on the entrance.Just little tip - need more mini pools for cleaning feet between zones.
I love love love Acquatica Park. A must visit when ever you are in Milan. The best place to enjoy the splendour of Summer ☀️
I was over from Wales in the UK and the park was excellent plenty for all to do.
I like it, but a big expensive.
Very nice 👌
Pleasant stay with 3 year old baby.
Very enjoyable and fun place to go. This is not a huge water park, but that doesnt matter because what they have is plenty. There are lockers here, you have to pay €5 and they keep your ID, until you give the locker back. There are also sunbeds here which are a must really and they cost €3 each.Bathroom facilities are a bit rough as mentioned in other reviews, some of the kids do also tend to try cut in line etc and the staff dont do anything about it but other than that its very fun and well worth a visit
The slides were Nice, although the food was served cold and tasted like microwave food.
Nice place for the whole family
This is the great place. Its sunny, beautiful girls dance, people swim, kids are excited!
Best place to have fun with family and lots of waterides
It was a great and best experience .We had fun And the slides were good and enjoying too. Too crowded in the month of July. It can reach with a bus . There is a bus stop in front of the place. And there are also a small boutique and souvenirs store. They sale also a swim suits and bikini’s.
It was extremely beautiful and fun for my kids
There are a lot of missing parts or broken. You going to get hurt one way or another. Need a lot of maintenance and I mean A LOT. Somebody will get really hurt someday.Like if you try the Crazy River you will pump the head to the bottom. If you try the big blue waterslide, you will hurt your back in the end of the slide, and really hurt your hips and have pain in stormach. If you try the big slide you can hit the wall and the end. Dangerous place for all. No one really can speak in english, but hey, we are in Italy, so learn a little bit Italian 😊But to at these to the side, we have a Blast and Relaxing day. If you want to cool down and kids having fun and doesnt mind that place its not clean, that place have everything.Just have fun, just like the old days😊
wow. what an experience. from the holes in the ground for toilets to the pressure of the crazy river, i am truly astounded.firstly, you have to pay for sun beds but people don’t seem to pay and still use them. so don’t bother paying. secondly, the food selection was better than expected however my friends half eaten chicken nuggets were swiped by a fiendish yute 😡. speaking of yutes, they constantly pushed in front of others in the queues and stole the rings. inexcusable! also don’t pay for rings there are free rings available. toilet situation seems provincial seeing as it is 2022. quite literally cubicles with holes in the ground. the rides on the whole were sometimes daunting but fun. we especially enjoyed the blue slide. i would recommend to a friend 😌
Nice place, a bit expensive
I had very fun there the water park is not big which means if you are young you can be by your own and the slides are really fun the only problem is that kids who is 8 or 7 years old and they are not 1.40 can’t do a lot of slides
During June, July it is better to arrive after 14.00. Around 16.00 all summer camps leave and it becomes less crowded. Food is a bit expensive, so bring your own panini. 5 euro for a safety lock. There is no pool for swimming.
Not many adult rides but you can have fun !! Food is not the best, I suggest eating out in a restaurant near by the camping area !!
It was fun and enjoy and relax 11🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩😍🤩🤩🤩😍🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍
Staff not very welcoming- good atmosphere overall with lots of animation and slides in the weekend- food and drink expensive- highly recommend to pack up lunch box
I had so much fun! The rides are super cool and undeniably enjoyable!Sadly, the ticket fees aren’t that much affordable (plus, extra con factor, it rained that day). Nevertheless, this is still a wonderful place to spend for a vacation with friends and family.
I went Monday after 16:45 and there were no queues at all and entrance fee was only 10eur at this time. Slides are really nice and unique! From the negative side - you have to pay 5eur extra for the locker, there are no proper showers and actually no requirement to take a shower before entering. Also there is no deeper pool for just swimming.
There are no pools for swimming or deeper than your bellybuttom, so many people like there are no covid restrictions, lines for slides so long you wait for eternity. Not enough lockers, that if you dont come after opening you have zero chance to get one. The overall area is small with very limited amount of shadows. Toilets are old, ugly with none maintanance it seems with not a proper toilet bowls like its not 2021 already. All this for 22 euro for afternoon ticket each person. The worst waterpark I have EVER visited. Totally not worth it, dont reccomend it.
Too many people, no lockers available, no proper swimming pool or deeper than your hips. Too overpriced for this. If I could give as a rating zero I would.
It was as you expect from a water park in Milano. Food is below average for Italy, better bring your own. Nice and clean. Water was around 22 degrees even with the weather was 27 and sunny in start August.
Best waterpark in whole Italy. It is near city center of Milano, so getting there wont be a problem (by car or by public transport). Unlike other simmilar waterparks in Italy you wont have to pay for parking, locker or deck chair as it is available free of charge for everyone. Also if you have a disability (as I do haveyou wont have to wait in queue, nor you will have to pay for admission - it is free for disabled person and his/her companion. Even food prices are reasonable and like others here is only one restaurant, when other waterparks have more restaurants than pools/atractions. Entarnce fee is among the lowest you will ever see anywhere in Italy. Also pools are heated so you will have a great time here.
The Parc has seen better days. For kids under 10 there are not many reasons to go to the parc because for all the slides you must at least be 1,40 meters. The attractions which remain are for toddlers. The tickets you buy die kids is 14 euros s and way tot expensive. For adults there is a lot of fun to experience. Several big slides are the most fun.The Parc lacks maintenance. Especially the showers and changing areas are old and dirty. The italians leave their rubbish behind so its a haven for wasps and flies.
This water park is very nice. There are many slides and pools. The down side are some of the employees. For example at the lazy river there was a long line that I waited and many people kept repeating after they finished the ride with their boats. This caused the line to be longer and the employee didnt care. When it was my turn I finished the ride and the my mother and I went to repeat like the others but the employee stopped me. I was angered and disappointed that she had glasses AND STILL COULDNT SEE. She is very blind. The next down side of this park is that for males you have not have a shirt to go on rides. I feel that this makes people uncomfortable and feeling that people are body shaming them. SMH this water park I feel that this should be changed. Some employee also told me to take off my shirt even when I was not on the slide. I just took it off annoyed and angered. Please change this. I would come back only if they actually had better rules and employees. Thank you.
It’s really bad bad bad baaadddd plllaaccee we payed and the did not put us in because we are not waiting some biking but we were wearing swinging soat and swing top and short even though they have a sign that says that we can wear a swmig short
Nice place, had everything you need, restaurants, showers, and toilets. Would recommend :)
We visited this place last Sunday and this particular staff (MALEIN CHECK POINT area was very very rude .I asked politely for a selo tape and this VERY UNHELPFUL AND VERY RUDE MAN rejected me straightaway.Luckily the FEMALE colleague overheard what i asked for and she immediately intervene and assisted me inside and took the time to get the tape for me.And i am very grateful to that female staff for being so helpfull.I hope she will able to read this.Thank you senora..
Great place to spend with kids and family members, different types of rides available. You dont know time when you are inside, you can a have lot of fun. Cost wise it is high,
Cool slides for all ages and lots and lots of pools to spend time in with kids :bring flotation aids and have fun!!! A few things to improve would be: 1a couple more slides available for kids under 6yo or 130 cm 2whats the thing with floor only toilets?? Still, a great place for a day of splashing family fun!
Clean park, water cold but not a problem we had 2 twelve yr old children who are tall so were charged adult price got to knock a star off for toilets (still a hole in ground)think that bit dated good day thou
Very good water park and a lot of slides. Food is basic pizza and Burger and about 9e with chips and drink. If you dont like noise of kids, this isnt your place. One minus Star comes from too cold water, at least for my taste.
Great park, freezing water... could work on how the lines work and renovate some old slides.Food selection / options is low.But great value per money.
Overcrowded, long queues, kids without supervision (summer camps?). 10-20min queues were in most of attractions. Toilets/showers needs desperately renovation.
Kind stuff, clean, there is bus passing front of but u have to buy ticket befor and there is resturants inside but most of the users they are childs or teenagers specially in water games
Lots of fun. More then enough slides for a full day at the park. Id advise you to bring your own food and drinks. Prices are high and staff are unfriendly
Nice for adults and kids over 10. Less for the ones below 130cm of height. Water was very cold, the choice for dinning is limited to fast food. The staff is very nice though.
Water could use heatingWe where there in a say with 35 degree air temperature but the water was like freezing.y kids didnt wanna spend to much time in the water at a time (3y and 6y). Bump it up a couple of degrees and its a different story. Be aware they start pulling people to the exit at about 1830 ish in order to close at 1900. Rental of lockers was very expensive, consider leaving your things in the car and show up in your bathing clothes with a T-shirt on top
Acquatica park was in a word, amazing. Disregard the reviews calling it dirty, a scam, or too expensive. The slides and attractions were so fun and well worth our time. My boyfriend and I are 18 but this park is good for all ages as long as youre tall enough to ride everything. It was super clean and the staff was so nice. Some of them didnt speak english but that was no problem because they would call over someone who could to help explain rules/safety etc. Were tired of the Acquatica park hate!!! This place is top notch!!!
Great place to spend the day variety of rides and good food. Only downfall was the bathrooms as there are no toilets... Just holes in the floor!
!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!We paid €17 per person thanks to an IKEA discount. A tiny wardrobe with a metal key (that you have to carry around and make sure not to losecosts another €5. The rubber thingy that must be used for 2 of the most fun rides costs another €5 PER HOUR.There are very few rides, theyre all tiny and uninteresting, made for little kids. Some are WOBBLY to the point I didnt want to risk going down them. The swimming pools are essentially non existent. Theres a tiny one that is deeper than 100cm, 2 more for kids.Absolutely awful experience and a disgusting expropriation of visitors money.
Its nice.. Although the food couldve been better.. The people who work here, most of them dont speak any other languages then their own.. Thats a bit of a pity.. Anyway.. Nice park and allot of slides..
In my own opinion their were not enough water rides to spend some time but the water was very cold. Towards the end their was one thing that made me feel better that was the swimming pool at the start of the entrance.
Despite some minor details, this is a perfect acquapark to spend the day with the family. Lots of different slides and areas. All quite clean and organized. Showering and other small details leave you with that taste that the overall experience could be improved, but shouldnt make it less likely for anyone to visit.
Cool place for a weekend break, close to the city (some 45min with the busand the highway! Some of the attractions know to be dangerous so be careful :). Also, a lot of teenagers running around and doing crazy stuff so stay alert :)
