Really good coffee. Had the buffet too once which was really decent and the food was delicious. I work in the area and keep coming back for the coffee.

Nice place to go. Signage is not very clear as to where to enter as well as parking. However the staff here were amazing. Food selection could be better a few more could be added as there is only scrambled eggs available. Would be great if there was a sign saying you could ask eggs be made for you as well. No pancakes, eggs bene or has browns which was disappointing, however great selection of juices available which is unlimited. Ambience of the place is cozy and warm, open dining area very spacious unlike some other buffet restaurants.

Ive never eaten at the actual restaurant, but they are cooking the food for the MIQ facility my family and I are in, and it has been consistently delicious, high quality food. Great job chefs, we really appreciate it!

Average buffet experience, but when you pay a premium price, I expected a lot more.There were a good few hot dishes available, and majority of them tasted good. Dessert selection was great.Unfortunately, the fried rice was overcooked and was like mush. There were not enough hot food choices available, and the majority of serving dishes were not topped up frequently enough.The staff, majority were great.Good food but not worth the price you pay.

Terrible. Went here for work event, buffet lunch to start, food was badly presented, slow to come out and just plain revolting. No care taken at all. Absolutely nothing positive about it.

We go here regularly because we get an Accor Plus discount and the food cant be beat at that discounted price. The menu isnt flashy, but the food is always consistently well cooked and comes in hefty servings, whether you order meat or vegetables. The bar across the way offers additional seating and some quicker options from the same kitchen. Word of advice: the pizza is better shared than as a single serving! We havent tried the buffet, but would expect the same level of food.

Its ok place to dine in....nothing to rave about..but if u want to spend money and go eat there...its ur choice

General great place to go. Food was nice and service was good. Used plates were clean very quick. However, staffs are lack of training and not paying attention enough. Initially,there was no one pouring water until we asked for, but did fill up every time we leave the table for food.There was a lego toy dropped on the floor, at least 3 staffs walking over it and no one pick it up until the receiption lady who are the only one into her job to pick it up.Food were replaced very slow, but it was fine considering a busy Saturday night. The order to grill steak was served very quick.There were lots of free parking thur the gate of the roundabout, but there is no sign of lights by the entrance. I assume lot of customers will be misleading to the paid parking on the other side of the building(main entrance). Also, the entrance is not easy to find.

Beautiful service especially the Chef John. Welcoming and refreshing. Kids area accessible for children of all ages. Open plan type setting and bar just across the dining.

12 work colleagues for seafood dinner at 6pm on Saturday 13 July 2019, no oysters available till requested - repeatedly, raw fish was overpowered by the chili, selection of meat once finished - replaced by nothing. dessert as expected was okay, except once the trays were empty nothing was replaced, neither were the dessert plates we had to use the large dinner plates, really, and we spent over $720. parking was far away (which you had to pay), where the hell is the entrance? Would I go again - dont think so

Lovely food and friendly staff.

The food quality was excellent, not many options though. Alot of side plate dishes like cheese greens salami bean sprouts etc. Sushi was the best!! Service was lacking but mind you it was a busy night, our plates didnt get cleared until we asked because we needed the space. Receptionist Grace was so lovely. Restaurant itself is beautiful and well clean.

Most Foods are delicious but the mussels werent that great tonight (they were dry and not pleasant to eatthe rest of the buffet was excellent.

Food was good but the buffet was slightly overpriced in my opinion. For a special event its a great place to go.

Nice burgers, pizza and oh my God their seafood linguini is to die for!!! Great selection of beers, both local and international. You dont have to be staying at the hotel to fo here. There is a little walk needed and the car park is usually full early but there is pay and display parking close by.

Buffet is huge and staff are friendly and helpful but they lack training.

I have been visiting this restaurant for years & used to love the food but now am very disappointed with the new menu. Hardly any choice & although it was a Monday it was quite busy & they were short of staff so service wasnt that great either. Overall will thin twice before going back again.

Really enjoyed our time here. Food was amazing and tasted fresh. Theres a little play area which kept our kids occupied. The service was AMAZING. We were nicely greeted in the beginning and always had someone checking to see if we were happy or needed anything. Great customer service. We were also the only ones in the restaurant which was lovely. We will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend. A+++++

This is an excellent place to go with a group of you. Especially if you go on a buffet night (contact them to find out which night and what the theme is). We love Thursday night seafood. Wide range of seafood + chicken, ham & usually pork roast also available. Been many (10+ times over 3+ years and staff are very friendly helpful and food always excellent.

Terrible chicken burger - the flavour was bizarre, it was soggy not crispy, and had a big wad of unrendered fat across the meat. Underseasoned as well. How can you get something simple so wrong, for $24!

I tried almost all meals here during my three weeks business trip. Spanish brined pork is absolutely delicious. Buffet on Thursdays is decent. Good coffee.

see Seeger McLeays review below, mine will be exactly the same. Mediocre, just mediocre in every aspect and definitely not worth $40 per person (we got a $79 grabone voucher). We had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated even though we had a booking in advance. Our plates were sitting on our table for half an our and no one would even care to collect, a couple were sitting next to us and the gentlemans food never arrived even after an hour!! the scene was cringe to watch!. Disaster

Bought a coupon for the buffet. If you like salmon you get drunk of it. They also have steaks made to order included in the buffet

A very disappointed night! $79 grab one deal but the food was so below average that we wouldnt even pay $79 full price for it. 1st of all, we had to pick a day when we purchased the voucher. When I phoned to book, only 8pm booking available. I asked to change to another day as its too late for our little one to have her dinner but there was no flexibility whatsoever. We had to bite the bullet and went for the 8pm sitting, the displayed food was very limited and poorly presented! Unlike described on their menu, there was no prawns, no maam bread, no scallops in their mornay, no ham and many of the desert items were missing too. No one has at any stage come to check if we could like to order any drinks. The curry chicken was extremely dry. There were no labels for any of the sauces on displayed so you have no idea what they are. There werent even a decent salad or vegetable dish on offer: cabbage coleslaw, plain cucumber, chinese bean sprouts (who serves raw bean sprouts?). Only decent things to eat there was the whole steamed salmon and oysters. If anyone wants to have a buffet dinner, I recommend you to go to Valentines instead as you have much better choices of food there. To top it off, I became violently ill when we got home. Its likely to be caused by the oysters. Never ever coming back again!

Regret coming to this place. Thought it would be good but wasnt worth the money i paid @ $40 per person. I Wouldnt want to come back here.Pros- Some of the food tasted good. Was not very much selection though.Steak was cooked well to my liking.Cons- food wasnt stocked up well. Ice cream was melted and staff checked it but didnt do anything about it. Some food looked unappealing and sloppy even when stocked up.Some Staff looked bored not bothered and unprofessional. Took a long time to clear dishes. Felt like they were avoiding clearing our table but happily cleared others. Disappointed in their service.

Nice and clean restaurant, bought grabone dining voucher, food is mediocre, steak is yum, grill to request.fried rice?i wont call it fried rice, and the food different from the photos on advert.In saying that, the staffs are friendly and helful, 4 stars to the staffs.

Dinner was absolutely amazing. Having the opportunity to dine in for the second time was great and received the same results as previously. The pure energy and calmness from the restaurant and the kitchen itself, definitely contributed to the evening and how it was spent. Thank you acacia for the great service and most of all the amazing food.

The entrance is very difficult to find. Google map is giving wrong direction.Ambiance is good very cozy and quite. not crowded.Few choices of food, sushi doesnt look appealing. but the oysters is SUPERB! Fresh, big and sweet. The dessert section is awesome. But I didnt see the sugar cone for ice cream (sad)We are very excited to visit acacia its our first time here.Were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. And to our surprise they provide slice of cake with happy wedding anniversary written on it. The lady who assist us clarissa add enjoyment to our celebration. Shes very accommodating and even help us take our photos.I will definitely recommend this restaurant and reassured we will come back.Suggestion: please put more lights on the buffet table to make the food attractive.Thank you once again.

I ordered the chicken fajitas and they were amazing - spicy, delicious, well presented and served sizzling in the pan. Service was mediocre but friendly. No water was served with my meal.

Food was bland tastes like they dont even salt the food. No flavor best thing about it was the dessert and that was the icecream which was probably brought in other than that meh.

Waited over an hour and a half for nuggets and chips for my son and a chicken meal for myself. OTHER people were served their food before us who arrived after us!! Disgusting service and RUDE staff!

We flew into NZ in the evening and got to the Hotel quite late. We ate in the restaurant. The food was very nice, the price OK. But the most outstanding was the young waiter who served us. Faizal was friendly, welcomed us to the country, gave us tips on what to see and where to go. He is obviously well trained in hospitality and has left a lasting impression on us.The other staff were friendly and helpful, but Faizal was exceptional!
