I booked a King Room with a Queen Bed and was given two twin beds that were disguised as a king, until I fell in the night through the two books. This hotel deliberately lies. It is a fraud and the people that work there are dishonest and part-time employed only. They will work with the local mafia to steal your stuff, but you cannot prove it as the door will not be broken. Soundproof ? Joke, the air-conditioning that supports the hotel runs directly in front of your window, making sure that you will not be able to sleep one minute. How could you, if your stuff is stolen , too ? Lawsuit pending!

I booked this hotel and flight but Puerto Rico was hit by hurricane Fiona tons of damage, deadly flooding, lots of rain and thunderstorms, and most of island had no power. The airline gave me a flight credit due to circumstances and I asked hotel for refund refused. I begged them to change the dates they refused that to. Did not try to accommodate whatsoever. So $450 is down the drain because I refuse to fly out during a time like this and you would think they would be understanding. We’re talking a freaking deadly hurricane.

Consistantly have issues with this hotel. First and foremost, they never have any parking ever. If you can find parking within a 1 mile radius, youre lucky. The beds are worn out and stained under the sheets. Many cosmetic issues with the rooms as well, nothing serious, mostly chipped paint and things like that.To call this a boutique hotel is the overstatement of the decade. This is a nice motel and nothing more.Once you factor in to the equation that the pool, is actually a broken hot tub, you can easily understand where 1 star is earned

Overall it was adequate for our vacation experience. Cons: I do wish the rooms where a little cleaner and the towels as well. Some of the rooms smelled of musty mildew/mold. Parking is non existent. I suggest using scooters or Uber. Positives: The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Hot tub is awesome along with the roof top terrace. Balconies on each room. Partial ocean views.

False information in their website, Expedia, TripAdvisor pages, I stay one day but, I dont think come back again at this place. They required from you to sign a release, where you accepte that they are not responsable for your staff in the room, for any injury. When I went to the room, I checked the 2 chairs and both chairs has the legs broken, the frame of the chairs completely damaged we did not use them for safety, the room dirty the curtains ripped, this was a terrible experience. When I did the reservation online they charged me for breakfast and restaurant services, when I get there for check in, they addressed me that they no longer had available the restaurant, dosent have parking area. I do not recommend this place. See pictures attached.

The front desk team was so sweet and helpful, the room set up was great and really clean. The hot tub is definitely the main character, open all night and the views to the beach are amazing. Absolutely booking here again.

I just called to try and book a reservation and this hotel is listed as pet friendly. Their website clearly states that pets up to 35 pounds are allowed and when I called to ask if I could bring my two chihuahuas the person on the phone immediately answered with no, thats not allowed. I didnt even waste my time and ended up booking somewhere else.

Check in and out was easy. I was able to drop off my bags until check in. Room was clean. Pool was nice. Steps away from beach. Little parking but that didn’t affect me because I walked/scootered everywhere.

I would rate this place as a -1000! So I am one that try to give folks and places a chance. But this place is HORRIBLE! It is not clean. The air conditioner wasn’t working. The fan wouldn’t work. After a long flight who wants to dela with that??!!Towels were dirty with stains and hair. We pulled back the sheets and there were mast stains on the sheets! Pillow case mast and again someone else’s hair. They stunk like sweat… just a horrible experience. I’m talking not even just basic clean. With the pandemic you would think they would be a little better. Very disappointed. The curtains were dirty and wouldn’t even close! We paid for Ocean View… no ovens view… just a site of a building… bathroom was dirty. When I emailed the manager to inform them and send pictures I have not gotten a response.I will say the front desk guy when we arrived Ricardo did try to help and fix but there was only so much he could do. He did leave notes for the morning but nothing. The day time front desk woman-Raquel was also very nice and trying to help but they wouldn’t listen to anyone. They had housekeeping come clean the room and change the linen but at that point I wanted another room! Even Had Maintenanace try to fix the a/c…I told them I wanted a new room or refund and I got nothing… it is sad as everyone has said how they rip people off and don’t care. BEWARE. The pictures are not real of how the rooms look. Watch out for the filters and the illusion!Very sad and disappointing. We left and booked another hotel. Large cabin this way I know if there’s an issue it’ll be addressed and I can go up the chain if there are no results! If you get stuck find a way to get out! Not worth the aggravation or risking your health!

Stayed for one night. No parking. No parking lots near hotel. Had to walk from far away parking to hotel with suitcase. No swimming pool towels. Warm water pool was great. Bathroom too small. Bedroom clean, confy bed. No elevator. Over all experience good but wont be booking again.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was extremely small, everything in the room was moldy, the WiFi did not work, and there were barely any toiletries provided. However, the best part had to be when the electricity was out for two days. I had to take a shower in the dark. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

At first I was worried because the awful reviews. I can say you should give the hotel a chance. Come HUMBLE. This is NOT a resort. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Don’t be stupid either. “Ocean view room” yes it is an ocean view room. The pictures that are being used are stock photos more than likely from the website forum they used. My room had a porch that you can see the ocean directly from. The hotel isn’t directly on the beach so of course it would be difficult to accommodate that fully. The staff works very hard! I saw them helping others constantly and cleaning. I didn’t have a chance to check out the pool but others seemed to enjoy it often. You need to ask for towels at the front desk. If you’re kind to them they will be kind back. I did see a lot of people with attitudes not understanding or reading how the hotel runs and that’s a you problem because they clearly state everything. If you pay attention, ask questions and read you do just fine here. It’s in a prime location! This is where all the action happens. You are 10 steps away from the beach. I was sad that their restaurant was closed down but covid has messed with a lot on the island so have patience when visiting and be respectful. The parking was difficult but what could you do? I would say parking was easier here than Boston, MA. Give them a try come with an open mind and you will do just fine. I will be back for sure.
