Al-Madina Al-Monawara St 189, Amman, Jordan, Wādī as Sīr
Abu Jbara - Falafel restaurant in Wādī as Sīr, Jordan
Great restaurant, delicious food, affordable prices. The restaurant is in a large area, and their services are excellent
The food is great but stll think its too much money to pay for such kind of food.
The hummus and the falafel was delicious but I myself would have loved it even more if they had meat as well. The service was just fine, there was alot of workers but the one that took our order was in way too much hurry and we were barely able to finish our order before he went away. But overall it was a nice experience.
Very over rated with sky high prices, prices higher than a five stars hotel restaurant, the service is rubbish as you have to shout to waiters when ever you need anything as they keep on staying fast away from customers and ignoring any sign, you will actually paying for the service 5% of your very expensive Bill then they will add the tax which is making over the limit expensive..Just avoid this restaurant and go to a 5 Stars hotel restaurant as it will be cheaper with a better service and much better atmosphere. Not recommended AT ALL.
Authentic Jordanian breakfast restaurant. Good taste and reasonable prices. The service was good and fast. I recommend it for people who think trying traditional food of the country is a must. Limited menu selections what’s still done in a good way.
Best place to get the real falafel taste especially for Vegetarians who will feel comfortable as the restaurant is fully vegetarian
Very expensive for a simple humus and Fool plates, in addition to 2 flafel.expensive also the cup of tea that i drank. The humus and Fool were taste not flafel. No brown or diat sugar or black bread for diabetics.
Must visit if u r in Jordan. One of the best restaurants for local food it is famous for its falafel, humus, fool and others
Excellent food and service.
Top place for hommus and falafel, cleanliness and fresh ingredients are the core of this business… highly recommended as the best taste in jordan
The place is clearly targeted for tourists only. Extremely overpriced and the taste of everything is average at most. Servers have no patience and just want to get their shift over with. Many other falafel and hummus restaurants that taste better.
The food deserve 4 starHowever the behaviors or the employees and the service are very bad and rudeUnprofessionalSo slowNot respecting the clientsThe table was dirtyMost employees mask face , not smiling or welcoming uAfter o pay he through my card on the tableNeed to improve your employee behavior and professionalism
Amazing food, best falafel I have ever had. The prices are not high at all but man, the food, omg!
Amazing food and the vibes of the store is very good and alive ... food taste is authentic and is 2nd to none .
Excellent food quality , service is good "they take 5% tip". Very clean I recommend it
Food is so good but , I can’t believe there is no plastic bags to hold my items
High quality restaurant. Almost all vegetarian foods. Must visit restaurant
Visited Almadina Almunawarah branch on a Thursday...almost packed...Greaaaaaaat place ...far ahead of competition...Food taste and quality are excellent...Service is quick and professional...Pricey place but definitely worth the extra money...
Their food is fantastic but theyre so stingy they charge you off you want olive oil on your plate otherwise they put vegetable oil(زيت القليtheir portions are tiny
The food is slightly overrated. The hummus wasn’t anything special. I had the falafel kaak sandwich but couldn’t add anything in it such as onions, cucumbers or pickles. Still, I enjoyed the taste of the fresh sesame bread with the falafel. The thing is you’re getting a sandwich stuffed just lettuce and falafel. The staff is super creepy so that ruined the ambiance. Also keep in mind you cannot take anything to go when dining in for whatever reason. As a tourist, that to me was very annoying.
Clean. Neat. Spacious. Good quantity. Original taste of hummus. Pita bread is freshly baked. Falafel rules! A bit pricy but worth it . (For 2 tea, I hummus, one fatteh we paid 12.3 JD)
The best Falafel and Hunmus
Always abu jbara is my opinion for a family tradition breakfast.. a bit expensive, but well deserved.Same taste every time . But the bread was better before
Parking was easily available at the back of the restaurant. Order was fast and easy for take out. Falafel was great as usual. Humos and fetteh were average.
Delicious Jordanian food.Limited menu , they are specialized in hummus.clean place and good service.Crowded and busy all the time, they should settle the noise issue .No smoking area, they close it. Which is something I didn’t like. 😞
A luxurious restaurant, excellent in presentation, and one of the best restaurants in serving hummus and falafel at all
1. Hot and fresh “ Pitas “2. Heathy breakfast with humus3. Falafel are yummyVery nice dinning experience for Middle East food
SO SO GOOD. This is a Jordanian must eat-in (or take-out…whatever you wishrestaurant. The food IS SOOO DELICIOUS. The service is welcoming and helpful. Their food is unlike any other. Their falafel and appetizers are freshly made. Definitely recommend if you’re in Jordan.
Felt like its a bit expensive, but the taste is amazing and they know what theyre doing.Staff were helpful, the place is amazing and cleanSo many verities you can go with, mostly its delicious.Love to go back again on my next trip to Amman.Enjoy the food 😋
Abu JobaraAs simple and efficient as it can get, take it directly to this place if you want to experience the traditional hummus and falafel dishes Jordan is famous for. A very spacious seating area that is well ventilated so you don’t worry about leaving the place smelling like food. The service was prompt and efficient and every person working there knew how and when to do their role. Not a cheap place for such traditional food, but if you wish to have a memorable experience about local food then this is the place. Be careful not to order large quantities because they don’t have food to go so you will have to eat what you have ordered if you don’t accept it being thrown away. Bread is served fresh and adds to the delicious experience, but again don’t ask for much of it if you don’t want to leave some behind. Expect to pay around 10 JD per person.
Not recommended.Only good thing: cleanliness.Bad things- Extremely weak menu (no egg items, no traditional items like Galayyaeh, etcyet the prices are premium.- Customer-hostility: they don’t pack your food to go, they’ll charge you money for extra olive oil despite the premium prices.Food quality was actually bad. Falafel was dark on the inside. No pickles were provided.
Very good vegetarian options at budget prices and what experience locals eat. Freshly made pita breads still puffy and fluffy filled basket.Good for a meal or snack.
Great place to eat Jordan 🇯🇴 dishes 😋 👌 😀 👍 🙌
The place is claenes and organized, the staff is good and helpful the seat is very nice the atmosphere of place is good and the taste of falafel and hommus is very good and tasty and have many choices and the taste of bread very very good baked now and get hot price not cheap but good
The food is goodprices are highFalafel is sooo goodFatteh in samani was cold ..I didnt like that they dont keep your food tKe away .. they are not responsible of it !
Nice place, nice food. BUT it might be just a bit expensive( just a bit )
The most beautiful thing about this place is the great atmosphere that makes you enjoy your meal and make the whole experience worth it, along beside the tasty and delicious food ofcourse 😍😍😋❤
First time for us here, 100% on cleanliness and organizing, social distancing measures are followed strictly. People preparing the food behind the counters are compliant with the highest health and safety standards. The food itself is divine, absolutely spot on.Presentation, flavour portion size all fab!
Service is fine, but can be improved big time. The food taste of falafel and hommos is great. However the foul below expectations. It has no taste. The prices are bit high, however the service fees and taxes to be added to prices shown on the menu.
The best and tastiest Jordanian breakfast dishes (Hummus, Foul, Falafel, Msabha, Qudssia etc. This is an upscaled restaurant in Amman serving these local dishes and sandwiches. Be prepared to stand in a queue, but it is well worth it.
Overpriced Restaurant for traditional Arabic breakfast, though very small quantities, many of which are mixed with other ingredients, for example "Fool" in few quantities is mixed with Tatbeleh sauce to make it look as a full dish, but their own baked bread is surprisingly delicious when served hot and their Falafel and Hummus are really palatable.
Authontic traditional Hummos Foul and Falafel restaurant ,Clean and tasty ,U will get the best taste of Falafel there ,Fast service although staff has a bit of attitude ,But over all experience is good ,The only bad thing about this restaurant that its way over priced for such traditional food
OMG can’t describe how good the food isOh and tee bread maaanIn loveI just wish they had pickles and potato chips lol
Had an awesome experience, the most delicious Falafel in Amman! , Tho I give it 4 stars for the high price if you eat inside the restaurant . Loved it.
Excellent food, amazing service. Such friendly people working hard to give you a welcoming experience ,,. Definitely worth a return visit. But i dont like the rule of the resturant
Very aggressive superviser that makes you feel they serve food for free and a very simple menu that doesnt leave any room for diversity. The food quality is good, nothing special though, the service is fast and the rest of the staff are friendly.Still, you can find the same quality and service for a lesser price anywhere in Amman.
Great restaurant, we went there as a family of 9 people. Price is good for the taste, quality and service, around 5 JD per person.Tou should know that there is extra 26% fees on service and tax. Place is big and you will always find a table, we didnt wait more than 5 mins to set down. Food was on the table in 10 mins. Bread is fresh baked, flafle is hot and crunchy, tea was amazing! A great place highly recommend.
the best Hummus you can get within 500miles. I would even say the best Hummus ever. Clean place, fast and friendly service and excellent food. you can taste the high quality of the engriediences. A place to go for all who love Arabic food.
In terms of food, its great. I love the falafel sandwich! Its super delicious. The only thing is that it can get super crowded. But its great for a quick bite. The key is that they use fresh ingredients.
أكلهم ممتاز، لكن تمنيت الشاي يكرن بنفس المستوى،أنصح بزيارتهم خارج أوقات الذروه،قائمةوالطعام عندهم محدوده الخيارات وقت الافطارFood is fresh and taste great. I wasn’t impress by the quality of the tea. Staff were nice but very busy. The restaurant usually is crowded, I recommend visitors to avoid coming during rush times.Their menu is limited.
