Very bad service..lack of empathy and felt like they were giving away food for free. Do not recommend if you want to be received well. Usually dont give negative reviews but I think this management has to understand that customer is the king.

In a world of tourist traps and fake experiences this is an oasis.This is as close to authentic (to this regionas it gets. This place has been around for more than 50 years at least. Portions are massive and cuisine is what is typically served here.

Possibly the best restaurant in Aveiro.Its been around for over 60 years.Waiters are professional and the food is fresh.If you want a full Portuguese food experience thats traditional, come here straight from the city. Its 10 minute drive or uber..

This is the perfect home made portugal kitchen restaurant. It has years of experience, we usually order the "Frango Churrasco" that is a Portuguese speciality for take away. But you can also have great lunch dinner inside. Is not a touristic place but if for some reason you are passing by and want to try real Portuguese food try it here.

Was there with my family one of the best places in Portugal to have barbecue chicken.

Another iconic place in a must visit for all Humans in this area.This price of been around for 50 + years and is home to a lot of dishes revolving around chicken.They are famous for their charcoal chicken.The desserts are amazing and you get a huge serving of it.

Because people eat late here in Portugal, the restaurant was empty when we walked in. It quickly filled up and for good reason. The food was spectacular. The sucking pig was outrageous. It was accompanied by thinly sliced potatoes and an awesome salad.

The food is very good and the decor is a traditional one.The take-away service, at least on lunchtime on Sundays, is chaotic! The queue is huge. Go as early as possible to make sure you dont wait almost an hour for your request!

I love this place! Despite the fact that it is huge and is often very busy, the service is quick and friendly and the food is always delicious and great value for money. It is extremely popular and it can sometimes be hard to find a parking space but it is well worth it. I always try to come here at least once whenever I am in Portugal and I highly recommend it! There is free wifi too!
