Service was slow. The girl who was attending to us (I forget her namewas an abrupt, feisty little thing, but I guess that comes with being a waitress at a dusky joint like Abbotsford Arms.On another note, the food was good; my buddies and I ordered some crumbed wings that would give KFC a run for their money, and a variety of sauces to go with. We ordered the bourbon BBQ dipping sauce, I think. It was smokey and delicious!We ordered a second basket of fiery wings with some fresh chips that came out the kitchen nice and hot and went down well with the cold brews!

This is great place to chill and vibe. The atmosphere is great, so are the patrons. Security is top class along with service. Toilets are well maintained and clean. You get a real sense of being in a pub, esp with great multiple dishes to choose from aside from the main attraction of their non/alcoholic selction of drinks to wash down your food. If you are around East london, and u miss this place..you missing out on some real fomo vibes. Pleasure visiting this place, looking to more visits from me

The big manager with the beard is an abusive and extremely rude individual and has such a bad reputation. A lot of people dont go there anymore because of him

Food and drinks are excellent so is the pricing. It just gets a bit crowded and you struggle to get your drinks. Barman is awesome though.

Hygiene must be attended, I will make sure BCMM wakes up to its responsibilities. I couldnt eat because of flies and I was told nothing could be done. I left so flies can stay period.

Disgusting service. Had a bar tender say that she doesnt have time when I was trying to order drinks form her. Then having stand and wait to be served for my drinks which felt like an hour clients that came after me got served before me even though I was trying to wave them over when they were free.

Festive English Pub, especially Thursday to Saturday nights there is a younger crowd.

Good atmosphere.Had a drink that didnt taste the way it should, but management quickly sorted it out without a fuss.The bar wasnt full, yet there were people waiting very long to place their drink orders.Would I visit the venue again? Definitely 😁👍

My local go to pub. The food is reasonably priced and portions are good (value for money). After hours on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening, this would be the place to be if you are looking to have good party time.

Ordered a chicken burger because my wife doesnt eat red meat but a beef burger arrived instead......Cant blame Mr Delivery as they are only collecting and dropping off. I took one bite not good at all. Typical bar food. Really disappointed! Wont be ordering again.

Their food is absolutely amazing. The waiters & bar staff are friendly & the service is top notch. There are big screens to watch the sport & DJs on weekends with awesome tunes to keep you on the dancefloor.

I would rate my service if I got any. Apparently the food here is good so I went to check it out myself. I got there and nobody seemed interested in serving me. Everybody just looked at us. A waitress walked right by us so we took a seat. Waited another 15min and nobody even asked if we wanted to order. I wish I could rate this 0 stars for non existant service.

A vibe pub like vibe with British memorabilia . They have black board specials, so if you feelin for a bit of junk food slash good vibes, go hear. Great to pop in for a mid week tipple

Great place for a late night hangout, the usual crowd is great as well as the staff, you can order food from here although most people just come for a drink, theres smoking indoors too so if you mind that, its not a place for you, theres a couple of tables outside if youd rather have the fresh air and a vip room if youd rather not be in the crowd.

Not impressed at all after the service we recieved on Tuesday. My gf and I arrived there just after 17:30, we ordered the cookies and cream milkshakes (which were perfect btw 5/5then shortly after we ordered our dinner which was suppose to be the chicken "oh deer" burgers with added mushrooms. After waiting 45 minutes the waiter came up to us and said he gave our order to someone else, he oppologised and offered us complimentary drinks while we waited for the order. We asked for another round of the same milkshakes. He later returned with 2 different milkshakes, which he thought would be a nice suprise...How giving someone something different from what they asked is a nice surprise baffles me...I accepted them and waited for the burgers. About 19:20 the burgers arrived, but it was not what we had ordered...it was a simple order of 2 chicken oh deers with added mushrooms, what we got was beef burgers. We were not impressed at all, I simply asked for 2 doggy bags, we paid our bill and off we went. After a service like this I dont think Ill be returning to you guys again. The 2 stars are just for the spectacular cookies and cream milkshakes that you guys prepared.

Food wad good. Its in a nice area and quiet. Fairly decent setup. I just really enjoyed the food. Had a steak the first time and a basket the second. Enjoyed both meals and a good place to meet mates for a quick drink and some food.

I hate giving negative reviews. But the number of times these guys run out of basics is just not acceptable. No Castle Light draft. No basic wines in stock. Monday nights is Burger special. Ridiculously attractive prices which is a drawcard but sadly youre told kitchen is closed because theyve run out of stock. I could understand this if the place was full but if there were 20 people that was a lot. And all complaining. Staff embarrassed and owners nowhere to be seen. So sad because so much money has been spent on creating a venue thats attractive.
