Aarhus Street Food - Food court in Arhus, Denmark
A bit crammed, but always lovely. Duck It can do no wrong with their food. Wish youd get some slightly more useful wooden picks for the fries.Nice outdoor areas.Prices can be a bit steep, but generally the food is good quality at Aarhus Street Food. Excellent variety.
There were so many options here that I had a hard time choosing. I got food from The Everest Kitchen and an ice cream bar from the ice cream place near the entrance. Both places did not disappoint. I would love to come back to Aarhus someday to try more of the restaurants.
Everyone from Aarhus goes often to this place - to grab some food and enjoy a good, lively atmosphere.. especially great with friends
Variety of good food and good beer. Different booth, self service.
Super nice place to have a relaxed dinner and to grab some food.
Always cozy and surely everyone finds something for his/her taste
I had high expectations, as the place was recommended. It is OK, but the Caribbean inspired food stand was disappointing and too longer time than the 10 minutes they told us it would take.
I was in Aarhus for a week on business and ate here every night, partly because the “food market” set up is less awkward for the lone traveller compared to sitting in a restaurant, and also because there was so much choice! There were lots of vegetarian options and most places had English translations. The market was busy and thriving every night I went, so it was helpful being able to to order in advance via the website to collect later.I think my favourite meals were the pasta and falafel, although the pizza and burritos were pretty good too. I also had an ice lolly from Popsicle (the cheesecakes aren’t vegetarian, which is a shame as they looked amazing).Overall I would definitely recommend Aarhus Street Food to anyone.
Collection of street food outlets. Visited on the trip to Silkeborg so only one visit. Had a burrito which was very nice. Our taxi driver suggested this would be a good place to eat and thanks for the tip .
Very tasty burgers! This place has a good vibe 🤘🏻
Very nice place to eat lunch from different countries with different styles. Prices are okay and.wuality surely varies. We had Caribbean jerk chicken and a Falafel salad. Both delicious.
Very wide choice of food and drinks. Close to both train and bus terminals.
Nice food and a great place to have a beer.
This place has alot of ambiance and draws a huge crowd. Popular with groups too. A hangout for drinks. Lots of food and drinks choices. Most stalls have a wait at peak hours. Maybe as it is street-styled, dont visit with too much expectations on quality, presentation or freshness when it comes to the food.Gritty walls, bench styled free seating. Drafty inside on a cold day. Expect floors to be a little dirty with overflowing rubbish bins and sticky seats and tables. Its self-serviced. There are reams of complimentary paper towels available for cleaning up.Somewhat restaurant prices.
Nice ambient for a Sunday lunch or dinner. A lot of options for choose: Mexican, Japanese, burgers, Asia… and more ! I. Arrive late on Sunday but there was live music… so a must in town!
I like the concept of food halls and also this one has great variaty and the food is excellent value for money. However this place is only open until 2100h and is way to overcrowed. They should have rather have less stands and more seating instead. It is an absolute struggle to find a spot to sit here.
Yes, this is the place you go for your Aarhus-dating/dining.
So many cuisines in one place. I guess everyone will find his taste in this place. It was full of people when we ate but nothing unpleasant.
We had some really nice food here when we visited (duck burger, falafel wraps, pasta and the popsiclesand found the venue to be absolutely fine with a big choice of vendors. There is something for everyone here and it was a good place for us to eat with 2 small children. The only reason Im giving this 3 stars is because its basically the same as any other street food place that you can find in any other city in any other part of Europe (or beyondwith broadly the same selection of food so theres nothing particularly unique or special about it.
Absolutely loved it! Food is delicious. A lot of variety. Good prices. We tried The Burger, Chicken Tacos and Chicken Ho. Tasty 😍
A wide selection of different foods makes this the perfect destination for group dining as theres something for everyone. I had the Korean Fried Chicken this day, quite spicy for my taste, but not bad at all.
You are sure to find a tasty meal there. Order is easy to do using your phone. You have an extremely large choice of food, traditional Danish meal, fusion food, fantastic pita, Crispin fish and ships. You can also find a great choice of tap beers! A great place to share a good moment with friends!
Did not like it here. The air was all filled with smoke and intense smells and nauseating. Prices are too high for what it is - mostly simple food prepared by untrained teenagers.
Great food experience. Lots of options, reasonable prices, happening vibes..we tried isreali, Mexican and African vegetarian food.
I don’t really get the point why such street food court became popular in Denmark but seems really popular. But the food is really not good or terrible. At least the ones we tried some ramen noodles… Certainly not worth the money. I don’t really recommend this place unless you just want a quick bite without any expectations
Great selection of foods from all over the world. Had the adanna kebab grill plate from a Turkish stand, and it had just the right taste in the meat with some great hummus. Couldve maybe had a wee bit more spice, but still great.
Lots of food choices. Settled on the fish and chips, the Haddock is from the Faroe islands so it was a must from me 120Kr. Beer 55Kr.
Excellent food, great vibe, was so good we ate it before we got a good photo.Ate it so fast. Loved all the dishes I gotDrinks was awesome!
Very well located place where you can find a diversity of tasty food.
Some amazing food stalls here! Visited a few times during our stay. Had a delicious Ban mi @ one of the Vietnamese stalls. Pizza 🍕 was great and there is a great selection of Danish beer. The IPA was super! Also, try before you buy. There are lots of tasters at the stalls so you can sample some of the food before you decide what you want to eat. We visited on a Sunday, there is a really nice atmosphere, great for day drinking or eating out with family!
Awesome experience with food from all over the world, nice location. Definitely a mandatory experience if you visit Aarhus
Really amazing food, quite beyond the normal expectations of a food hall (which are normally expensive and not so tasty). Even though Aarhus seems to have a miniscule number of foreigners, even the ethnic foods were great! I really enjoyed "Duck it" and the stall with the traditional danish tarts.
Koreaan food was perfect. Had to wait a bit to long, but it was worthy. A full plate for only 95 dansk money, 12,5 euro, is very very cheap. I really forgot the name of the food but examples are displayed at the corner.
Great place, full of life and lots of choices. Have a wander around, pick a favourite or try several. Loads of seating around outside and enough benches inside to be able to find somewhere to sit at all times. We got a pork ramen, which was excellent. Theres a big selection of beers to choose from, everybody seemed happy and the atmosphere was very nice
We’ve been to 3 street food places in Denmark and this was the best! Lots of choices in food and drinks, not too big portions so you can try out multiple dishes! And not too expensive either.Must visit when in Aarhus around dinner time!
Such a cool vibe ,good hangout spot to chill with friends/family.Variety of food French, Carribbean,Asian etc.Food was yummy,I am sure will visit again
Amazing place to try many different type of food (from Italian to Greek, from french to Korean). The environment is pretty cool and kinda affordable for Denmark. Its often full of people, pretty and colorful and they have some nice events outside, especially during the summer :)
Amazing place, craft local beer, coffees to chose, food from Everest to Korea, within Danish, Mexican and many other countries. Excellent customer treatment and good deals. Highly recommended
Lots of versions of street food from different places. Local versions are not necessarily resemble the original. Food mostly inexpensive. Mid week around 7 was very busy. Lots of places to sit indoor or outdoor.
A place where you can find very diversed food! Which is something rare and amazing for Denmark. Can’t tell which one is the best on price/performance balance because haven’t tried it all yet but a place wprth going and trying new dishes.
We totally loved it. Huge variety of food from regions all over the world. Nice atmosphere, regular prices (compared to Aarhus/Denmark). Just missed some more vegetarian / vegan options.
Fantastic street food and super sweet woman serving us 👌😀
Loved the place! Tasty, stylish, great atmosphere:Will come back again😍
OMG!this place is amazing! Food from all around the world.Cosy atmosphere and delicious food.Warmly recommended!
Very beautiful place 😍 and variety of foods cosien from different countries like Jamaica, Japan, USA, Arabia, Tahi etc. I tried the Jamaican 🇯🇲 food 😋 😀 was really tasty and the staff are really fun to talk to. Yes they have fish 🐟 and Chips 🍟 too in case you want a fishy food 🤣🌷🙏 if you plan to visit 😉 send my regards to the Jamaican staff.
Enjoy!A very nice place with a lot of different tastes and not too expensive.Do not hesitate to try caribbean and duck trucks 🤩
Nice vibes at this Street Food market. It’s close to the main station of Aarhus, very central. The offerings are great (Thai, Nepalese, Grilled cheese, Arab, Greek,…and the location well designed. It was not too crowded, but well attended. We had a great time there. I really liked the popsicles right by the entrance.
Im here to discover the culinary diversity.Street Food in Aarhus is the best place for that!I love to pamper my taste buds in this place!
Great selection of food. Reminds alot of papir ø r. I. P in Copenhagen. Only minus is that its very hard to decide on what to eat due to the many options
Budget friendly great street food, which is very welcome for a traveller in Denmark as everything is pretty expensive! There is a lot of variety: Chinese, sushi, Mexican, Italian, French, Caribbean etc etc. There are also bars and dessert stalls so you can get a mixed 3 course meal.Everywhere takes credit card like most places in Denmark. It was very lively and a good atmosphere, its also right next to the bus station and fairly central to easy to find.I chose the Caribbean place which was nice honest food which a bit of a kick! You could eat the for a month and not eat the same this twice!
