Aalborg Familie Camping - Strandparken in Aalborg

Recently visited on a road trip around Scandinavia. Booked simply online and arrival was very smooth. Our pitches were well placed and spacious. Facilities are superb. Showers are managed via a pre loaded card with plenty of time per use. Toilets, washing up and laundry facilities are also top notch.For campers the front of the facilities building homes multiple kitchen appliances and seating to allow those to stay out of the weather and cook larger meals.The site also allows access to a great network of cycle paths and the very nearby island ferry and enclosed Fjord swimming facility.These are definitely worth a visit as both the town and surrounding area are beautiful.

Goede camper plaats. Sanitair schoon. Prima losplaats chemisch toilet en afvalwater. 2,5 km naar centrum

Ideaal om Aalborg te bezoeken. Heel vriendelijk ontvangst! Niets is te veel! Twee keer van plaats gewisseld en dit was geen enkel probleem. Heel goed onderhouden. Sanitair proper en de keuken is voor velen waarschijnlijk een enorme troef. Kraaknet. Voorzien van plaatsen om af te wassen, fornuizen, ovens, magnetrons. En buiten een bbq die gebruikt kan worden. Ook fijne plek aan de camping om te wandelen. Met het buitenzwembad net achter de camping.

Hyggelig og total velholdt. En lidt mindre campingplads som er meget pæn. Tæt på centrum og havnen i dejlige Aalborg.

Wonderful little camping not too far from the center (30 minutes walking but bus stop is right outside the entranceand right next to the fjord park, a free little gem in Aalborg, which we loved- its the one in the picture. The toilets are well designed and always clean, the communal spaces are tidy and well equipped (the children playground is incredibly nice and the communal kitchen is simply amazing, plus the external area with different barbecues is absolutely lovely- picture number 2 lol). The staff is nice and ready to help, and the price isnt bad at all considering both the offer and how expensive the city is.Would we ever be back in Aalborg, well know where to stay!

Skøn lille plads med central beliggenhed. Faciliteterne pæne og velholdte. Tar dehen igen, helt sikkert.

A beautiful place, really well maintained, clean and modern facilities. Wish I could have stayed longer than one night, its an easy walk or cycle in Aalborg which looked lovely as I drove through it!

Mugg og sopp i madrassen på utleie hytta vi leide. Sanitæranlegget er bra, rent og pent, burde bare vært dobbel så stort evt vært 2 da det ikke er stort nok mht antallet brukere.Hagemaskinene er i sviv fra klokken 07:00 så ikke forvent å såv lenge om du våkner lett.Jeg vil ikke anbefale denne plassen videre. Beliggenheten er bra, og potensialet er bra, men kreves en del. Prisen er alt for høy

Fine sanitæranlegg, gode plasser til vogen og bobil generelt en bra camping og kan anbefales

Hyggelig, velindrettet og flot vedligeholdt campingplads. Sød og hjælpsom vært der har styr på forholdene. Alt er meget rent og ordentligt. Dejligt at komme tilbage hertil 👍

Veldig fin camping. Nye sanitæranlegg med godt renhold. Hyggelig og servicevennlig vertskap. Nærhet til by og strand.

Väldigt tajt...vi fick plats precis till husbil och inget mer..man kunde nästan höra grannen när de snarkade på natten ju..

Der Campingplatz ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind sehr sauber, aber für die Hauptsaison viel zu knapp bemessen. Außerdem scheint es auf dem Platz darum zu gehen, die dicksten Campingmobile zu haben. Hängt sicherlich auch mit den hohen Preisen (390DKR pro Nacht zusammen.

De har for få bad/toilettet i forhold til pladsen. Når det regner kan vandet ikke komme væk og store dele af pladsen er oversvømmet. Men pladsen holdes rent og ordenligt. Mangler måske et sted hvor man lige kan købe lidt ind

Very nice and well maintained camping, close to the city center. Sanitary facilities were modern and clean, even though there were not that many showers and toilets, but it was enough. I liked the family bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin. The lady at the reception seemed stressed and therefore wasn’t very polite in my opinion. Please take care of your health and take a break when possible :)

Koselig camping sentralt i Aalborg. Kort vei til Strandpromenaden med badeanlegg og sentrum med sine shoppinggater.

Good camping. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything available at the campsite or very close by.

Camping is gelegen aan het strand van het Limfjord. Prachtige plek. Grenst aan openbaar, gratis zwembad, dat mooi en spannend is ontworpen, vooral voor kinderen. Camping Aalborg heeft 200 plekken. Heeft een prachtige keukenunit waar koken, afwassen en eten goed mogelijk is. Ook buiten zijn campingtafels. Er is een kinderspeelplaats.Tot zover positief.MAAR! :Negatief: er zijn voor de hele camping 3 dames wcs, en 3 dames douches. Hetzelfde aantal bij de heren. Het zit achter dezelfde deur, dus je kunt in de rij staan voor douche, of wc. Je gaat niet voordringen omdat je bij de wcs een wastafeltje is.Familiekamers zijn ook beschikbaar.Volstrekt en volstrekt onvoldoende voor 200 campingplaatsen.Mensen staan zowel voor wc als douches in de rij.Dit gegeven maakt dat ik 3 sterren eigenlijk nog teveel vind, maar vooruit, de rest is goed geoutilleerd.

Flott camping, men alt koster...Kjekt med fjordparken rett utenfor området, når det var 35 varmegrader....

Gepflegter Platz mit verschiedenen Stellplätzen für Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobil. Sehr nettes Personal an der Anmeldung. Aber für diese Größe an Campingplatz zu wenig Duschen und auch Toiletten. Die Familienduschen mit Toilette sind dafür geräumig. Nachts hört man manchmal etwas Lärm vom nahegelegenen Strandbad, das zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen ist. Die Preise sind auch sehr hoch und WiFi (obwohl schlechte Bandbreite und Verfügbarkeitist nicht inklusive und nur für einen Benutzer.

Slitt plass. Liten lekeplass. Hektisk resepsjon. Ingen kiosk på plassen.Pluss for nærhet til flott offentlig badeplass.

2 km away from city center and 200 m from the beach.Friendly staff and lots of good and clean facilities.Great playing area for kids, good grills, super nice kitchen with microwave, gas burners, family bathrooms and the pitches are green and tidy. It is the best camping place i have been to so far.You have to pay for showers with a card u get at the time of entry. You would use the card also for access to come back from the beach.its next to couple of small museums, nice for kids.Bakery 500m away and spar super market is about 700m.You will see lot of norwegian cars/campers here and place is popular so book in advance.

Very very friendly people & the campsite is absolutely great!! - even better than the one at Legoland 😅and loving the feel of 6pm at 11 pm 😅- in ❤️ with Denmark

Sehr gepflegter Platz mit der Möglichkeit Plätze mit Holzterrassen zu bekommen.25A Stromabsicherung. WLAN muss man zukaufen. Ist mit 2,50€ am Tag, bei einer Woche Aufenthalt, ok für eine gute Qualität. Kurzer Weg zu einem tollen kostenfreiem Strandbad. Fahrrad und Wanderwege sind prima.

Klasse Platz große Stellplätze toller Service. Sanitär sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gerne wieder.

Flott plass med god og sentral beliggenhet. Dessverre ikke veldig hyggelig vertskap. Det drar ned noe på opplevelsen.

Mooie camping. Vriendelijk ontvangst.Ruime camperplaatsen. Douches en toiletten zijn schoon. Alleen te weinig.WiFi is niet gratis. En dat zou gezien de prijs voor een overnachting wel gratis moeten zijn.Buiten dat is camping wel een aanrader.

Vielen Dank an das Team vom Campingplatz! Der Platz ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Sanitäranlagen und die Küche wurden immer in topsauberem Zustand vorgefunden. Der nah gelegene Bäcker ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten Aalborgs sind zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad schnell zuerreichen.

Het is een mooie camping. Heel vriendelijke ontvangen ligt aan de rand van de stad. Afstand tot het centrum is 2.5 km.Schoon met goed aangelegde paden. Sanitair modern en ook schoon goede douche gelegenheden lekker warm met thermostaat kranen. Afwas mogelijkheden genoeg en ook kook gelegenheid. Het is wel een prijzige camping maar dat kan je verwachten bij deze stad.Het is echt een aanrader.

Schöner Campingplatz nahe der Stadt .Mit Bus2 in 5min . Alles sauber und nett leider wenig Toiletten und Duschen .Drshalb Andrang am Morgen gross.

Very good camping, the common places are also very clean and nice. The only downside is they charge you an extra to access shower. But they are also clean.Good camping close to the center of the City

Looks really nice, well located and affordable. Only huge downside are the showers. First off you need to pay for them seperatly. That would be okay if they were good which is what it looks like. But when you start showering the water stops after 2 minutes. Swiping your card again wont work. You just stand there with shampoo still in your hair.Fix this and it would be 4 stars!

Great place for family day out. Many options for kids and youngs to play and enjoy. Fjordpark cafe itself is okay for something to grab. Nearest Aalborg Street food is great if it is open.

Very clean and nicely situated campsite. The vestrefjordparken is a nice refreshment in the summer and you get free entrance in the war museum next door. The city center is also reachable by foot. All in all a great pick

Great campsite, nice reception. Not cheap, but it shows. You can have a nice meal nearby at Street Food. Bit of noise from the road,but that is to be expected on a citycampsite. Lovely showers🥰

Very expensive. They have a policy of putting smaller vans on tiny nose to tail pitches across from the toilet block to leave larger pitches for big motorhomes. Our tiny pitch was not large enough to put the awning out or even sit out comfortably on our chairs. Very noisy too opposite the toilet block. Not enough toilets and showers for the size of the campsite. I certainly would not recommend this site particularly if you have a small van. At the end of the day there were many larger pitches not filled whereas our small van section was full and we could not exit our row due to bad parking by another customer. It must be a fire hazard to park vans so close and allow someone to block the exit to the row!

Nice quiet camping site, clean showers and kitchen area is very convenient. Friendly staff. Safe and secure family environment. Perfect for cyclist traveling around Europe.UPDATE: 9/20/18I initially give this campsite a 4 Star but now that Im back home in the U.S. writing about my 2 months experience riding my bicycle around Europe I have to give them a 5 Star rating. The reason, they have the best bathroom facilities and kitchen area compare to 17 other campsites I stayed in Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, and Austria. So CONGRATULATIONS and Thanks Again!!

Perfect campsite. superclean douche and toilet.

Camp with all possible facilities (except sauna).With tent, electricity and car you pay about €40,= pro night. Not cheap but if you see the large and hypermodern kitchen, the clean sanitary, the saltwater swimmingpool next to the river and the large pitches you know why.The camping is also situated next to, and even partly around, an army museum.No free showering but if you pay for a camping pitch, you get a "creditcard" with 15 minutes of free showering. Each 4 and a half or 5 minute you have to wait about 30 seconds before you can use the showering cardreader again, reckon with that if youre washing your hair!Is the card empty than you hear the cardreader bleep several times.When you go to the reception for upgrading the card, you pay DK20,= for each 5 minutes of showering.You also need the card for opening the fence, when you come from the swimming pool and walk to the campsite over the museumpath.Are you going to swim in the river (actually a narrow fjord that connects the Northsea with the Balticum, filled with salt water), watch out for jellyfishes, sometimes there are plenty of them!9/10
