AYA SUSHI in Bracken Ridge

We asked for tempura vege and instead got tempura prawn... understand the confusion so we pointed out that she has picked up prawn but she said no, we asked her to check and ultimately she realised. After that she created issue that she has used a bigger packing and we want only one sushi..we went in and literally asked for just one sushi so dont understand where she got the impression that we wanted more. Please be cautious if you are any dietary requirements and check before you do any take away. Horrible service.

Ive never had a good experience at this shop. Handling money then making food without washing their hands, rude service, over priced ($3 for a nigiri), dry and old sushi rolls, very little choices or absolutely no choices well after opening time. When I asked if I could order something I was told it would be a long wait because they had to fill the cabinet first. Dont waste your time.

avoid this shop, they are SO RUDE.... was called fat as I order alot of sushi when I queried price... I brought for my whole family..... they are all very rude at this shop... we wont be back....

Delicious sushi

Really great service, unfortunately my karagge chicken didn’t have salad like in the photo, chicken was chewy and it had way too much sauce to not have the accompanying salad.Way better Japanese ten mins up the road.

Very good service and staff, food is quite good. Only issue is that the staff dont speak English that well so you have to repeat yourself a few times, but thats alright.

Have gone for years and it is usually great but today popped by at 5 and got sushi clearly left from lunch, fresh salmon was dry like jerky on the tips and the avo had spoilt...I dont know if I will make the effort to drive there anymore which is sad because it used to be my favourite. Someone dropped the ball

Best Sushi in Brisbane, unfortunately i no longer live close by but when i do come back to visit i always stop in to get the teriyaki chicken rolls!

Food by order is so dry, no taste. Far from Japanese food. Front staff handling food right after the cleaning with bloom... Not hygiene standards there. But price is good.

Food and service is always delicious, wish there was paper option for takeaway instead of plastic though.

The food was good but way to much plastic packaging. You need to change to environmentaly friendly packaging
