This place is not far away from the city proper. The guest house is located at the third floor. Room is clean and with private CR. The dining and living areas are common for all of room occupants. There is an unlimited supply of drinking water. Breakfast is included at the very affordable room rate. Accommodating and friendly guesthouse staff. Wifi connection is strong and fast and free. To be safe, do not leave valuable things in the room since they clean the rooms everyday. Water smells quite of metal but not dangerous thpugh and can still be used (this will be explained well by the staffOverall, we had a nice stay.

This guest house is very nice to stay at ilo-ilo city. Very clean, you love to walk barefooted from cr to sala cum lobby, kitchen, stairs and terrace. Stairs from groundfloor is slip free with gates so safe. Guests will have keys for the rooms and a key for the gate. Staff is courteous and accomodating. Laundry shop available in the groundfloor.

Definitely a good catch! Just a few kilometers from SM City Iloilo. Their services and facilities definitely exceeded our expectations and beyond excellent. Fast and free WIFI! Unlimited clean drinking water. People are very accomodating and hospitable. Feels like home!!! Sumptious breakfast. Well maintained and very clean place. You can walk around barefooted. Excellent for overnight sleeps + breakfasts.
