AU FARE in Port-Vila

Pretty decent woodfire pizzas, really tasty crusts but the toppings are a bit lacking. The Family pizza is quite large, I would say the regular size is a more traditional large size (my family pizzas were sticking out of the box). I got takeaway, but from what I could see the eat in experience looked quite nice.

Le site est bien pensé et on peut profiter de la beauté des lieux avec des plats soignés et délicieux. Pas de bruits de voitures, cest propre et la vue est magnifique.

Pizza was nice and the side seen was splendid with sunset along the sea front except the building was licking with rain water

the best restaurant in Port Vila. A combination of general pizza restaurant and a gourmet French restaurant. if you want a good foodie experience then just ignore the laminated pizza and salad menu and look for the daily double blackboard gourmet menu. We had the best time here. And the most professional and friendliest waitress on the island works here, she is called Suzy. Thank you!!

I did a reservation for 2 and it was wonderful to seat at only 1m away from the water.Very exotic relaxing atmosphere , we admiring Port Vila by night and the fish in the water. But most important was the food!!! FantasticVery good welcome!

This place is a total disgrace !We had to wait 1h45 minutes to get our food delivered... yes it’s island time, but don’t take that concept too far.30pax sitting in the restaurant, 5/6 chefs in the kitchen. Are you for real?Yes the staff apologised for it, and we got given some pate to munch on -which was really average quality, but at some point this is not acceptable!You can’t expect us to think you are being slammed.In regards to the food, well again total disaster ! We order the seafood platter, asked for the items to be GF, and everything came over cooked.What a shame !!!! We also think some of the seafood wasn’t fresh.We got a discount on our bill, 1000VATU -not even 10%, but we didn’t ask for it tbh, we just wanted to leave this place ASAP.We could tell the floor staff were embarrassed because of the situation, so I guess some people are aware of what’s going on....

This place was lovely! We ordered the seafood platter for 2. Amazing lobster, coconut crab and lots more seafood paired with delicious dipping sauces. Couple that with some refreshing cocktails and a beautiful sunset view!

Absolutely the worst steak I have ever had in my life under cooked full of fat and grissel could not even cut it thankfully they didn’t charge me for itBeers were cold on the plus side

After spending most of our time in Vanuatu on smaller islands and enjoying island food, we decided to indulge a little on our return to Vila. We stopped by for pizza and cocktails. We were lucky enough to get a waterside seat and enjoy the pretty harbour views. We shared a pizza and it was just the right size for us. Cocktails were reasonably priced and oh so tasty!

Every restaurant on the waterfront is overpriced, but we preferred this one the best. Beautiful views and the food was pretty good.

Service was great. Beef wrap was unbelievable tasty. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. A really relaxing place with views to die for.

Horrible.We paid 3200 vatu for a seafood basket and there was 3pieces of small fish and chips.The plate was cold and the fries were oily.

Mon restaurant lors de mes sejours a Port Vila!Cuisine française soignée. Personnels souriant, Cadre sous un faré au bord de mer.Toujours bon : tester le carpacio de thon , et surtout ne pas rater le plateau de fruits de mer dun rapport qualité prix imbattable . Pour les curieux le steak (filetavec fruits de mer que J adore! Pour les amateurs il y a de bon desserts.

Nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant après notre arrivée à Port Vila, et nous navons pas été déçus. Laccueil est chaleureux et la cuisine savoureuse. En bord de mer, le cadre saura vous faire apprécier cet instant de détente et de plaisir. Les prix sont abordables et un bon choix de boissons et de desserts vous seront également proposés. A noter quavec le Pass NC, vous pourrez prétendre à une réduction de 20% sur laddition.

Lovely restaurant with great ambience. On the day we visited there was a local dance performance and we absolutely loved it. Great place for couples!

Was in Port Vila from the 10th of Oct to the 17th.So booked dinner at Au Fare restaurant for Tuesday night, I can say the service was very poor. When we arrived we ordered our first drink, then meal and no one asked if we need second drinks. After dinner I ordered a glass of cointreau for desert and I did not get it , but was charged into my invoice.If the restaurant is busy that is acceptable , but the restaurant was not too busy, has we could see 2 waiter & 3 waitress standing behind the counter talking.

On a pas eu le temps de goûter leurs pizzas cuitent au four. Mais la viande est bonne !!

Lieu chaleureux, très bon accueil, personnel souriant, le patron fait le tour des tables pour prendre contact avec ses clients. Bon rapport qualité prix. Animation musicale variée avec chanteur.

Une vue magnifique. By night cest juste fabuleux. Nous y sommes allés par 2fois. Les huitres sont pas cheres.Les langoustes sont dans des cages en mer...à la demnde des clients le personnel nous les montre...trop peu pour moi leurs pates sont cassées .Le seafood platter est top du top seul bémol ils mont servi dans un verre en plastiquequi sentait le lait ...une orreur autrement le reste était super

Endroit bien mais baisse de la qualité/quantité pour les pizzas depuis plusieurs mois. Je commande ailleurs maintenant.

Beautiful place, right on the water. Very soothing atmosphere, romantic at sunset. The food is delicious and staff very friendly.

De la bonne viande. Le service vraiment super avec des serveuses souriantes et attentionnées. Il y avait un chanteur qui jouait ce soir là, vraiment bien. Ils prennent le passport gourmand.
