I would like to point out the staffs professionalism.I went here because I saw 10% disc for all belts & wallets for 1pc purchase, and 20% off for 2pcs, and 30% off for 3pcs.She forgot that, I had to show her the tag and she gave the 10% off.My belt original price was IDR 165k. I paid with 200k cash, she returned 35k. After she revised the price with 10% off, price became 149k. But she gave me change 31k to me. Which is 200k- 149k = 51k. She supposed to give me 51k change not 31. And all the calculation she was using calculator. Unbelievable. I just walked away from store because I feel bad to again, correct her. I mean this is her job to calculate correctly to earn customers trust!By the way I went around, the store is large, beautiful setting with large selections of ladies bags mostly. Price are not so expensive, but I see the quality of their bags are vary. I can see some bags are type of that can be worn out easily, by time even if you dont use it. So nothing so special with their products, and with poor professionalism of the staff, I recommend you to go to other local leather store.
