Coffeehouse chain that serves only fair-trade coffee and organic milk, plus sweet or savoury snacks.
Worst customer service ever! Overpriced bad coffee served with contempt and a temperature that could melt steel, when asked for a bit of ice or water to cool it down I was told no.... outrageous!
Very nice staff. Average coffee but bread and croissants are stale. They are not just yesterdays but many days old. There is no effort made to even heat them or soften them up. Go to Marquette which is 10m away and has fresh bread. Absolute waste of money.
Best hot chocolate I had in a while, better than Starbucks and cheaper as well.Staff is lovely and calm even when busy. This place deserves all the credits
I cant remember exactly what else I had, but this slice, which I believe was called a Marble Tinney, went down quite nicely while I waited for my connecting bus from the airport.
Handy little place to grab a coffee, especially if your in a hurry. Great coffee too.
I always used to get coffee 5days/week before work and it used to be nice. Now the coffee is more bitter, prices increased like everywhere. It just not the same at all.... I tried to purchase 3 days in a raw and the taste wasnt nice at all...
The coffee may be good but the staff is unfriendly and was just told today "I dont care" by a girl who seemed to be sort of a manager at that time (12:30pm). I dont recommend it. I prefer more customer friendly places. And please fire that woman, she is not a good fit for this job.
Around 8 staff behind the counter, ignoring the customers absolutely useless, dont deserve even minimum wage
Coffee was scalding hot, I burned my mouth
That taste of the coffee has dropped, its not as nice as it use to be. A few times now nearly half the cup of cappachino is froth☹ a rewards system would be nice for regular customers.
Waiting for my brother coffee at AMT is very nice lots of munches to be had enjoy to you all
Beautiful hot chocolate made with coconut milk 💚💚
I have been with my friend this morning at 04:30 and the staff has been rude. We ordeted muffin and they didnt gave anything to us. When I asked them again, they asked me to do the tail again.I advice to give a proper to the staff. Really poor customer service!
Always nice coffee, pitty that is no customers loyalty cards
Our order was completely wrong coffee was rubbish. Muffin dry.
We have been waiting more than two hours for the cafeteria to open, since google says it is open 24 hours, people come to ask the opening time, but they ignore them ...
On our way out from Dublin we had to kill some time and wanted a snack. Just as well we had time to spare because everyone moves in slow motion. Our visit was in the early evening and there was little food left.
Out of the airport, good place to wait have a real good cup of coffee
Quick service, friendly staff
Hung around waiting for the cafe to reopen for an hour 15 mins.. first thought it was just staff members break, then realised it wasnt reopening. Google says 24 hour, many website reviews say this too... My experience was not this. I cant say how the sandwiches, pastries or coffee was because I instead only got to stare at the cafe that looked partially open but wasnt at all. - from a distance
Coffee not bad but very slow service. 5/6 mins per coffee. Very frustrating
Love the creamy coffee AMT serve, one of the better take out coffee outlets. There is a remarkable consistency across all there outlets.
The trainee who served me an americano at around 7pm 22nd of February is somebody you should definitely be keeping 😉 she was so polite even if the word "receipt" was tough for her to say 👍
Nice place to seat and have coffee and cake , while you wait someone to arrive on T1 Dublin airport
I had a cappuccino my wife tea, it was very good and the staff member that served us was very pleasant.
The staff Samuel M and her colleague (Blonde hairwere rude. Please dont visit the cafe as they ridicule customers. Zero customer service.
Long ques as the coffee is really nice and obviously a lot of people want coffee before or after their flights
First time ...we thought the coffee was bad...we have it a second chance today.Big mistake. On a walking stick so couldnt carry a tray. They dont carry coffee to tables.6 staff behind the counter and they dont carry coffee to the tables. Its impossible.... Company policy. They wont get a third chance... And dont start me on the dirty tables .... totally wasteful attitude to plastic...And yes...SIX staff behind the counter. Every empty table dirty... No queue for coffee...Bad management and customer service at its best!!
Coffee is delicious, and great selection of bites and pastries, etc. But the service generally, and table cleaning, could do with some improvements. Still, if youre waiting on a delayed arrival, its not a bad place to hang out.
Best coffee at the Airport T1 . Can be busy but worth the wait. Nice pastries too.
Was really dying for a coffee... Received it 15 minutes ago, still cant drink it. Scalding. I said coffee is not supposed to be served at that temperature. She offered an ice cube and a horrid sly smirk to the so called BARISTA colleagues. Challenged her on that, no response. Its one way of dealing with issues. Last 6€ I ll be spending here.
Beyond appalling. Service was appallingly slow, coffee was weak and unappealing and environment filthy. Really one to avoid.
We were extremely glad that this place is open 24 hours when our flight was delayed and we missed our bus. 4 hours to kill in Diblin airport between 2.30 and 6.30am........
Friendly staff and the service is fab.Good coffee and snacks.A few of the tables have contact charging pads which is really helpful for passengers who have had a long travel and limited opportunity to charge their phones!Cards accepted.
Very friendly staff and great coffee. Also I love the paper lids for the coffee cups and compostable spoons!
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Lovely people. Damn fine coffee too.Great espresso and they know their stuff. This is what a coffee shop should be. ********
Open 24 hours a day. Good friendly staff. Good coffee too ☕️Revamp has been good. Lots of seats.
Arrived in airport from flight around 9 and a really happy smiling chatty irish young lady served me and made all the difference. Coffee good and so was the goats cheese quiche.
I do not what happened to my favorite hot chocolate drink but the famous " Hot Peruvian chocolate " is not anymore the same as before. I have already tried two time just to make sure that I was not just been "unlucky" the first time. But unfortunately the result is just a kind of watered kind of milk chocolate....
Friendly staff lovely coffee reasonable price in airports
Worst flat white I have ever had. €3.45 for a flat white (where did that price come from??!! So expensive!Coffee was bordering on cold, was pure milk with zero coffee flavour. Do yourself a favour, if you stuck in Dublin airport, go to The Marquette for a better coffee. Train your baristas better, give them better beans to work with. Will not be returning to any of AMTs branches.
Best coffee in T1&2 always stop by when going through. Staff are great too always smiling and friendly.
Woman working was very nice ans accommodating. Just off a delayed flight and on crutches. She was very nice even for the time of night. Fair play to her
Average coffee and rude staff treating travellers like sheep shouting next abruptly. Its nice to feel important but important to be nice as well
Nice coffee, but service too rushed.
The salesman is very kind. Great location at the airport. But the prices could be somewhat less expensive. 14 euros I paid for the sandwich and coca cola. :(
Friendliest, most welcome triple-shot flat white on the airways for €3...always looked forward to when I sprint from the plane to the Galway coach. Beir Bua!
I asked for a Danish pastry they had none, when I asked why do they not order enough? She said not her job, I suggested she tell whomever is doing the ordering to order more, she said yeah yeah yeah!I would have sacked her there and then. She is no asset to the company, if she dislikes the job that much......change it!!!!
Served by a really friendly guy with a beard and Dublin accent that called everyone "my dear" :great service AND a great cup of coffee!
Excellent, friendly and upbeat customer service. The man who served me (with a beard and Dublin accentis a credit to your brand. Really good coffee too.
