spacious rooms with all the modern amenities in the middle of the old city. great for business trips yet perfect for taking a much needed break. you can step outside and experience the citys vast dining selection. or take a quick trip to the supermarket downstairs and prepare your dinner in your room with the fully functional kitchen.

Stayed for 7 days. Im satisfied with my stay as the room is comfortable and clean. Their room is big and complete with kitchen needs. The staffs are friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended.

Accessible

It definitely looks good as the photos, even better if I may say. They have well-designed spacious rooms with well equipped kitchen. They also provide free water.. The downside were just there were some small insects flying in the bathroom and sometimes over the bed. There were also ants on the kitchen counter. Might be a good time to have some pest control. Our room was near a parking area and one of the four nights we stayed, it was a bit noisy though it did not last long. Another thing that could be improved is the breakfast. Twice we went there and the buffet barely had anything left, perhaps a need to improve the estimate. Ive never seen a breakfast buffet hotel that was almost out of rice or have chafing dishes with only four small pieces of ham left. What I like the most is that they have small reminders for guests to be conscious and more eco-friendly. I just wished the housekeeping also follows the towel rule because I left mine hanging on the rack to avoid unnecessary towel change but they still changed it. But I loved how concerned the housekeeper were even calling us to make sure if we didnt really want our room cleaned for the day. I loved how accomodating and helpful all the guards were in assisting us with hailing a taxi specially when it was raining. The location is very good and close to Chinatown and Plaza Libertad. You can easily walk around an explore nice spots around the city. Despite some minor flaws, I highly recommend Citadines Amigo.
