ALE! bar in Prague

Excellent beers, very fresh batch and the place is cozy. Got there with a local, totally a bar for beer tasting only good sh*t! Also the music was footgaze/indie rock/alternative rock/post punk, really nice atmosphere!

Great beer bar to get the best Czech ales! Currently one of the best places in Prague to get great variety of ales. 8 taps and some additional bottles (also to take away). The staff is extremely friendly and gives you good description of the beers and advice on what to choose. Definitely recommended for any beer/ale enthusiast! 🍺🍻😊

SCAM: The place is pretty and smells nice but the bartender (he had a curly afro and glassescharged me twice for my drinks. First i paid by card and when i went to take my stuff to leave he said there was a problem with my card and told me to pay again. I did it and checked the app and i was charged twice! I showed it to him and demanded to see the paper from the machine and he showed me and it was written it went through the first time! he started stuttering and apologized, HE TRIED TO TAKE THE MONEY!!!

good beer (small local breweries mostlyat reasonable prices, cozy, great music selection playing at reasonable volume (you can vibe with sonic youth while actually hearing what your friend at the other side of the table has to say wow). Will be coming back.

The beer was good but the bartender added 0 value here lol. Atmosphere are kinda eh…there are way better craft beer bars so I’d suggest to just skip this one and follow google to a better place.

If you grew up in the 80s, on underground music from the 60s and 70s and still keep your love for beer developed back then, dont come here. You wont want to leave again.

Small place, funky smell and very dark inside.

I gave no tip by mistake, when paying by card and the waiter was very rude and complained. There was hardly any table service anyway

Great little local craft beer place

A cozy taproom arranged as a living room. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is warm and pleasant. The place offers a selection of rare craft beers, mostly ales.

Excellent variety of ales on offer. Friendly staff and live music. Different guest ales every night. I would highly recommend it. The owner is very hands on and loves interacting with his clientele.

Nice variety of not that typical czech microbreweries beers, worth a shot, if you are not that much into a lager type, but into a apa,ipa,stout czech beer!

A great local craft beer bar. As the name would suggest, its mostly IPAs, but luckily they keep a few extra non-pale ale beers on tap for those of us who arent huge fans of ultra-hoppy brews.The service has always been great, too!

Yes, its a tiny bit more expensive than most, but the beer is kept exceptionally well, and they have a very good selection; but this is an Ale bar, so expect IPAs and some surprises. Their selection is always excellent..

My favourite bar on my weekend trip here - on the correct side of the river and comfortable with snacks and quality selection of beers from Czech and alcohol free versions.

One of my fav craft beer places in Prague! Always top notch selection and friendly staff. A true hidden gem for spesh beer lovers.

I swear there are 5 of this exact same bar around town: craft beer for over 70 Kč a glass, ales + IPAs, quiet rooms, no ambience, cheap tables, & basic decor. Unfortunately this is not one of the better ones. Avoid the absinthe sour too.

Great bar with a superb selection of affordable (mostlyCzech craft beers. Went twice and both times received a warm welcome. A great fridge with an interesting selection of beers can also be found here, as well as a simple but delicious menu of snacks serving as a perfect accompaniment to the beers. The music was excellent too!

Small craft beer bar with pretty nice selection on 7 taps and dozens bottles in fridge. On taps are usually Czech micros like Raven, Clock, Permon... Just two rooms with few tables and bar. Small and cozy.

Very nice place with great bear and nice service, definitely will visit again. Eventhough the beer might be more expensive (~50 crowns for small bear and 70-80 for large one)

A great little local bar with a wide range of microbrews. One stop shopping for trying a variety of Czech craft beer. They will do a flight of 4 or 8 beers (go for the 8!)

You are in Prague, want to taste some Real Local Beer... This is the place you are looking for! The best Craft beer collection, everyone will find at least one on tap which fit her/him taste.The place itself is pretty quiet, bartensers are nice to foreigners(not like all the others in the city)!

Wow! Just popped in this place on a whim. Had one of the best IPAs Ive ever had. Pretty small though and the lighting could be more intimate.
