Aberdeen-Inverness is an all you-can-eat buffet open to students, faculty and staff, offers an excellent salad bar, and has been a regular stop for me & my foodie buddies! Heres a sampling of the delicious vegetarian options that Ive thoroughly enjoyed 🍽😋Sexy salads, wonton nachos, a buffalo cauliflower wrap from the salad bar 🌯, and a dish of tofu & broccoli!Gardein orange chicken, obligatory shoestring fries 🍟 and for a to-go item I requested a Bavarian Pretzel Roll without the ham. 🥖😋Yes, were allowed one item to-go, which is helpful w/ only an hour to walk to the restaurant, eat, and walk back; so that if we run out of time to eat or see dessert on the way out, we have something to enjoy at our desks 👍Prior to finding this location for AI Residential Restaurant, I posted a review and a few other delicious photos under Aberdeen-Inverness; including a picture of the sign from 2 years ago showg in the background, the construction of The Multidisciplinary Research Building 1 (MRB1). With my recent sign pic posted here, the completed MRB1 building is peeking in the background.

The restaurant for the University of California at Riverside. Lunch was around $11. It looks as a buffet style but the food quality was medium. Good for the hungry students
