Always my favour shopping spot within Rawang area. less crowed and convenience for access.

Parking rate increased. Changed to cashless parking payment only. Should allow cash n cashless! Supermarket n Kaison are pleasant to walk n shop. Easy to get tickets in TGV but I prefer human interaction. Small mall for neighbourhood customers. More toilet stalls on 1st floor. A few shoplots are empty. High height per floor (not stuffyand isnt packed w ppl/sardine

Our go to mall for everyday shopping needs. It has got some really good brands

Yup went to Aeon Jusco getting some groceries. Am not happy, everything are very expensive, prices went up abit ridiculously. I blame the government for this.

Although they are trying to digitalize parking systems by changing ticketing to TnG, most visitors still prefer printed tickets and causing long queues (at the entrance near main road). Would be better if you visit on weekdays to get your groceries after working hours, less crowd and shorter queue.

Been awhile since the family went to this place. Still pack with people and the usual shops.

Its an nightmares if you were a supplyer or delivery guys to AEON store not a professional store management

After dinner, went to buy some groceries but then they only left salmon steak😌 I guess crispy skin salmon is out of the menu for tomorrow lunch at home.

Rubbish place with rubbish service. Aeon used to be quite well trained but now…left lazy and unprofessional staffs. Hope the HQ can notice how bad the service now.

Toilet facilities need improvement. Not many seated toilets available. Most are locked as broken and not available for use. Has been like this since I started visiting regularly in January 2019. Only 1 cubicle on ground floor and 1 cubicle on 1st floor actually working and in use. When cleaner is cleaning none available. Ample time to fix what is broken I think. What is the problem? Update 16/10/22. Still only one cubicle available for seated toilet 😅

Community mall for those staying around the area. Good for the quick shopping for essentials.

Awesome. Spacious. Many shops. The Jusco itself has varieties to choose of.

Please upgrade your parking system. Always causing heavy traffic at carsome parking entrance

Good enough For locals daily use stuffs with fair price.A No No luxury nor unique stuff.Definitely not for outsiders/visitors.

Grocery place since 2010, but now gt more option to go, rarely come here, should add some new reatraurant so can increase customer flow

it is a nice shopping mall with a variety of brands in different levels...it is a big mall..

This is a pretty old shopping mall. The facility in this building can be seen quite old but functional. The mall only have 2 floors as shown in the directory. Beside having a floors of Aeon in the building, there are also restaurants and common stores in the shopping mall.This place is very suitable for the people living nearby to go shopping or buy groceries. There is also an arcade centre in the shopping mall and some grill meat restaurant so i believe this place is also a good place for friends to hangout.The shopping is not too big which is suitable for people that are not convenient to walk too long and they have a variety of stores in it.

Arrangement of food groceries are excellent, easily assessable. Only the counter cashiers seldom or not practising to smile and greeting customers. Something need to be done to motivate the counter cashiers to greet customers as one of the priority to multitask. Enjoy to meet the customers will make your daily tasks interesting and vice versa. This place is within walking distance from the Metro Prima MRT station. Its quite a nice place for shopping and an excellent place for dining out.

It had a food court, post office, money changer, Pharmacy, Supermarket and Departmental store. A lot of other outlets that sells clothing, shoes, socks, health care products. Parking is free for 2 hours for Aeon members and is cashless ( need to have Touch n go, credit card)

So terrible!Poor of the parking ticket system.Why remove all the ticket system to make ppl trouble while tngo and credit card unable to pass thru due to system error!

Intended to purchase one usb. But one of the staff informed that I have to wait until the person in charge (PICcame back from their break. Two PIC go for a break together and theres none thats responsible to unlock the usb. Mind you that it was 2:45pm. And theyll only be there at 3:20-ish pm.Such a bummer 😮‍💨

I went to buy a portable gas stove. I wanted to ensure that its in good working condition prior to making a payment, but employees treat it as electrical item and want me to pay for it prior to testing it. I refused and I insisted that the item doesnt use electricity but a loaded gas canister. They tested for me in the end and brought me to cashier without informing me. Very disappointed with rude service rendered to me. Your incorrect interpretation of your posted instruction isnt my problem.

I visited many time this market .. And love this market.. Anyways now today i leave this kepong areas... Missing kepong

Have many stores option but no McD. The parking when peak hours is hard to find, need to go when it just opened, 10 am.

Its always busy... They do have a lot of stuffs at a reasonable price and they have a TGV cinema to enjoy your time.... Overall its an ok place

Visited this place yesterday. The area us big and clean. However, the connecting walk way to Mrt Metro Prima is not fully and properly covered. When you use the walk way, be prepared to get drenched during rainy days.

Ample parking available (not free). A convenient go-to place to get your groceries in the middle of Kepong City. Suitable place for a quick family outing & friends meeting with TGV cinema on top, game arcade & book store ready. Wide range of HALAL & NON-HALAL eateries available. Next to main road, within walking distance to MRT Metro Prima & bus stop.

Nice to window shop and gaze at shops for goodies... o! Dun go on weekends as parking are limited but if you are adventurous, go ahead, squeeze thru & enjoy bumping into your friends... you will be surprised! For me, I prefer weekdays... less crowd & more parking lots!🤪 happy shopping!🤗

went at weekends, cash counter at food court not available, need pay at bakery counter need to que very long..the Laksa counter also no small note to give balance claim management also no mone...building very old..first floor got many restaurants

Price discrepancy. So troublesome need to go to customer service to dispute. The supervisor cant override at cashier payment counter. End up I cant fully utilise my voucher without top up cash.

The ground floor food court has a stall called Sizzling & Claypot. I ordered the sizzling mushroom chicken while my son the sizzling black pepper chicken. Both had tons of pepper on them. The same experience I faced on my last visit. Dont the foreigners who cook them try their food? Without any supervision, this is what you get when you let someone prepare food that they dont know how it should taste like. Management should spot check to ensure what they are serving meets the quality standards for the price we pay.

There are two ways to park. Indoor or outdoor. Outdoor is limited but closer to entrance. Indoor is confusing but you can find a parking easier compared to outdoor. More entrances are opened now. Kaison just opened. The food court has many variety of food. There is also a TGV for people to enjoy.

This is my favorite shopping mall at kepong area and definitely will get there for groceries and essentials goods when needed. The cinema at top floor are the best for less density among other cinema at KL. area.

Monday at 16:20 at metro prima Aeon. 7 peoples lining up for payment. The entire 2nd floor has only one payment counter and one poor guy handling cashier and product check.Where are the customers service and Japanese service industrys efficiency?Took me 20min to pay for 2 bags of soils. I wonder why..

had lunch at old town white coffee. the mall is Convenient, clean, easy parking easy access overall good

My all time trustable place to do shopping some groceries for my home. Collection of fish is huge. Very systematic and well managed.

The environment is good and comfortable for local shoppers, the Aeon department store is spacious.

Extremely poor service provided by AEON, being the first in q, with long waiting, witnessing their workers playing among themselves, ignoring customer waiting for services.Dont they have some basic discipline? Or they hire their staff for watching videos and chit chatting?Post RMCO update: absolutely no way to keep social distancing, we are forced to use lift which is overcrowded.

The malay lady incharge weight machine just simply keyed the grapes price.today have promotion cheaper.She went to check when go back to the counter just keyin the price..lucky I didnt trust her just reconfirm the price again its cheaper..its consider not honest business such a big company.Her mistake but customer have to pay the penalty..please be more serious in this matter.tq

Great place to eat and shops. The management did a great job to keep the place fresh and well maintained. Might not be the best shopping center but definitely a great example of a community hub.

2 floors of shopping and many chinese restaurants plus aeon food court. Small shopping complex and pleasant for a family outing.

A good enough mall to serve the Kepong community. In fact it does a pretty good job in sustaining the businesses with frequenting customers. You can drop by for food, leisure, entertainment, you name it. With anchor tenants such as Aeon, Popular, TGV or Daiso, you can expect this community mall to stay for good.

Convenient, accessible by Selangor bus, lot of pharmacy, restaurant, fast food, HV supermkt, HV upgraded new escalator
