ACCO Accommodation Akureyri reception in Akureyri

We stayed for one night in a double room with a shared bathroom. I will most certainly not be returning. Here are some of my complaints.- The mattress is way to firm, so firm that I actually dreamt I was sleeping on the floor.- Every time the "lobby" door would open or close, our door would rattle in its frame, giving away an awful sound.- Theres a shared bathroom on each floor. The bathroom was so small and tight, I believe I developed claustrophobia for just going to the bathroom once. It was like putting in a straitjacket.- Breakfast in The Berlin coffee shop downstairs was very good although a bit pricey. We even got a 10% discount for being guests of the Acco. But the cooffe shop shares a stairwell with the hotel, so our room always smelt like toast and bacon. Not a bad thing for some people, but it gets old, fast.Im going to give this place two stars, one for the location, which is really good. Right in the heart of downtown with loads of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.The other star goes out to the price of the room, in a country so expensive, it was a really fair price. "You get what you pay for" really applies in this context. But i dont think I paid for a rock hard bed or cloths that smell like a dirty diner on route 66.P.s. There was an incident at around 12 am, where another guest tried to get in our room. Reason being that he had booked the same room, the same night as us. His booking information said room 31 just like mine. Not his fault, it was the hotels fault.

4층건물에 엘레베이터가 없지만, 그것 빼고는 최고의 숙소! 안에 인테리어도 훌륭하고 가격대비 엄청 넓고 깨끗해요 그리고 시내중심가에 있어서 돌아다니기도 굿굿

硬體設備都很好！但住在2樓，除非你能夠忍受星期五到星期六，每晚的音樂聲到半夜3點，還有喝醉酒不肯離去的酒客在外面喧鬧！你就可以假日來入住！

Stayed on 4/F , nice apartment and very clean ! Noise is acceptable (maybe we stay over during weekdaysremember to call their hotline in advance to get your door code and key lock code.

저희는 7명의 대가족이 Acco Luxury Apartment에서 묵었습니다. 침실이 모두 3개인데, 더블 침대가 2개, 싱글 침대가 2개 있고, 거실에 소파베드가 있습니다. 그 외 욕실이 하나 있었습니다.식기세척기, 전자렌지에 오븐까지 갖춰져 있고 주방용품도 다양하게 구비되어 있어서, 음식을 해 먹기 편했습니다. 세탁기에 빨래 건조대, 다리미 판 및 다리미까지 있어서 그동안 밀린 빨래도 할 수 있었습니다. 또한 주방 및 거실로 연결되는 공간이 매우 넓어서, 가족이 다 모여서 생활하기에 아주 편했습니다. 바닥 난방이 상당히 잘 되어서, 맨발로 다녀도 발바닥이 따뜻할 정도였습니다. 걸어갈 수 있는 거리(800m 정도)에 큰 마트인 netto가 있습니다. netto의 대각선 방향에 있는 olis 주유소에서는 무료 세차도 가능합니다.다만 건물에 엘리베이터가 없다 보니, 짐을 들고 올라가야만 했습니다. 건물 바로 앞 노상 주차장에는 낮 시간(10시~16시동안에는 15분만 주차 가능하지만, 바로 옆 쇼핑몰 앞 주차장에는 낮 시간 동안에 1시간 주차가 가능합니다. 저녁 시간에는 주차시간 제한이 없습니다. 주차비는 무료이고요. 어차피 11시 이전에 체크아웃을 해야 해서, 전날 16시 이후에 쇼핑몰 주차장에 주차하고 다음 날 11시 이전에 출발하면 아무런 문제가 없습니다. 저희 가족은 10시에 출발할 예정이어서, 쇼핑몰 주차장이 아닌 건물 앞 주차장에 밤새 주차를 해 두었습니다. ^^

Most memorable stay in Iceland! Its a 4 floors apartment without evelator; washing machine without dryer; smart tv without reception, DVD player without DVD and most if all no northern lights. Btw, more expensive then Seydisfjodur.

Vam agafar un apartament per a sis persones. Tres habitacions, bany complet, estança sala destar-menjador-cuina molt ampli. Molt modern i confortable. Ens hi vam trobar com a casa. Lúnica pega és que no hi ha ascensor i has de carregar a pes les maletes.

Very nice budget accommodation in Akureyri. Tidy and clean rooms with shared bath on each floor and a common kitchen with all amenities on 3rd floor. All the common areas are also very clean. Located in the centre of Icelands second largest city and 1-2 hours drive from various attractions such as Husavik, Myvatn, Dettifoss. Good cafes and restaurants around.

Nice apartment with new decor exactly what it shows in the picture, no elevator but that’s a norm in many Europen country’s,this place was fully equipped like a house with everything very spacious luxury this place will be the only place I will stay when in Akureyri Iceland 🇮🇸, anyone complaining about parking and elevator and one bathroom, then I would like to say welcome to Europe “US North American”S are spoiled “

The location is good. Management is not very helpful. Add said free parking on premises included. When we arrived there where no parking spaces and the streets where blocked off. We had to use public parking which was nearly impossible due to a festival. So we needed to walk through town with all our stuff and a bad foot. Rooms are noisy and we didnt get the room we booked. All in all I would not book it again.

Wonderful location, very small space! Served its purpose well though, and it was cool to be in the heart of everything. It was also nice that even though you share a bathroom, theres a sink in your bedroom

Zimmer war doch sehr klein. Es bestand aus einem Bett und einem Nachttisch. Dusche war angenehm groß - Toilette und Waschbecken jedoch nur mit geschlossener Tür wirklich nutzbar. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, was spätestens dann ein Problem wird, wenn eine Gruppe Studenten um 0.30 Uhr duschen geht.Die Lage selbst ist einwandfrei. Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants usw. kann man gut fußläufig erreichen.Es gibt keine "Hotelparkplätze". Parkplatzsituation ist aber trotzdem ok. Von 16 bis 10 Uhr kann man in der näheren Umgebung umsonst parken. Von 10 - 16 Uhr darf man nur begrenzte Zeit parken (variiert zwischen 15min bis 2h - ist gut ausgeschildert).Im Cafe Berlin (gleiches Hausgibt es übrigens 10% Rabatt, wenn man hier übernachtet.

Si esta limpioSi es centricoSi tiene baño con duchaSi hay 1 silla y 1 papelera en una mesa de escritorio tipicaNo hay ascensor y la cocina compartida esta en la cuarta planta.No hay neveraNo hay hervidorNo hay teleSolo hay un dispensador de jabon en el lavabo, no en la duchaLos enchufes realmente escasos, desconectando una de las 3 lamparas puedes enchufar tus cosas.115€ reservado hace 3 meses, ahora cuesta 160Todo supongo sera por tener baño privadoPero es con mucha diferencia el sitio mas espartano de los visitados hasta la fechaOJO hablo de las habitaciones dobles, no de los apartamentos con cocina incorporadaLo pero de todo fue no poder dormir nada hasta las 5 de la mañana, se oia sin parar a gente hablando en la calle y coches con el escape modificado, fue absolutamente imposible dormir, la ciudad por otro lado no merece la pena en absoluto la visita, es mejor parar a dormir en cualquier hotel de los perdidos por la carretera.

Super położenie, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, przytulne pokoje.

Centrally located spacious apartment. We were in apartment c. Was a little loud, could easily hear the footsteps above but the group above us was very quiet. Includes a washer machine stove,oven toaster, kettle.

Etwas chaotisch Buchung .. hat aber schlussendlich alles gut geklappt.Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Zimmer etwas eng aber alles da was da sein soll. Bad und WC wird pro Stock geteilt (ca. 15 Betten/stock)

Extremely bad bathroom and not enough bathroom. Need to wait over a hour to take a bath.Towels free provide on the day 1 but rejected to provide a new towel on day 2.
