AC Hotel by Marriott San Juan Condado in San Juan

Loved this stay for my birthday trip! Was so clean, walkable to everything, service was amazing, have a spot on the beach just a short walk up with towels and chairs/umbrellas and the rooftop e the pool is so pretty! The room was ready when we flew in at 12. I recommend the Marriott app it tells you when everything is ready makes traveling less stressful! 10/10 recommend our flight on the way home got delayed And they held our bags after checkout so we could go explore some more!

I hesitantly booked this hotel after the many negative reviews but I’m so glad I stayed here !! This place is beyond my expectations. Calming and relaxing vibes . My king size room with balcony was just amazing. The security protocol at the hotel is wonderful. The check in and out process was smooth. The staff were awesome. The rooftop bar/pool was everything I wanted. Microwave and Ice machine conveniently located just by the elevator on the floor i stayed.In my opinion,Book this hotel Without hesitation !!

Convenient to San Juan airport.Unfortunately hotel doesnt provide transport.🙁Professional and courteous staff and personnel. Helpful and attentive.Mobile check in and check out.Conveniently located in San Juan.Accessible to public transportation and convenient for Uber pickups/drop-offs.Travelled with a group so reserved 4 rooms and 1 suite. Made reservation months in advance and requested the rooms together or at least in same vicinity; but they could not accommodate our group for this which made it inconvenient especially since kids were involved.🫤Rooms extremely cold but very clean and good size. Unable to adjust temp, only turn off air conditioning which barely took off the chill.Some of the room furniture worn need to be replaced. Balcony furniture not very comfortable.Penthouse pool and bar area are very nice but seemed small for the size of the hotel. Service from the bar was slow but good when order received. Seemed to be lack of staff coverage for that area. A hot tub wouldve been a great addition to the PH area.Good amenities... pool, gym, business center, parking, room refrigerator, television, common area microwave, elevators, and convenience market.I would recommend.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are very nice. Special shout out to Gabriel from second shift who was so helpful when I experienced trouble with my reservation. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Its near many good restaurants and walking distance to the beach. The only thing I didnt like was the $22 per night self parking I think thats too much. But overall I give them 9 out of 10.

A week long family stay for two. The room was confortable but too boutique style if you are traveling with kids (not this case). All employees were very nice always offering their service. The pool and lounge chairs on the roof are great places to spend the day/afternoon. Good location if you want to be close to restaurants businesses and the beach, but not if you want disconnect from the city life.

EVERYONE was AMAZING! Francisco decorated our room because we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. Edgar Garcia checked us in when we arrived and was so helpful and friendly. Checked in was daily to ensure we had everything we needed. Zabrina took great care of us as well! Hector and the parking team were so friendly and always had our car ready when we needed it. We enjoyed everyone and everything during our stay! We can not wait to go back and will recommend to all of our friends and family to stay here when visiting!

Zero complaints. Josue and the entire front desk team were incredible. The hotel is sleek, centrally located, and gorgeous. The pool is tiny but there’s a giant ocean literally steps away. Public beach access but also you can reserve chairs at the front desk. It’s not attached to the property and we never found where you go but you definitely can do it. Just ask. Rooftop bar was wonderful and la bodeguita in the building is great. Open strange hours but great. It is NOT part of the hotel though. We couldn’t use our room charge.
