Went in at 9am to get my tire repaired and was told to come back at noon came back to be told we no longer preform that service tank you for wasting my time 0-10 don’t recommend better places off post for tires and maintenance work tried to use them for convenience wouldn’t do it again

I had an excellent experience here. Had my oil changed, oil filter changed, tires rotated, wind shield wipers replaced, cabin air filters replaced, and my brake pads inspected all for 155€. I dont even work on baumholder anymore but Ill make the drive to have this shop work on my vehicle. The staff is so nice and so accommodating. Ill definitely be back!

My daughter was charged through the wazoo for an oil change. She paid but said next time shell go to YT to learn how to do it herself. Everybodys got to make a living. Moving forward.

My check oil light came on while driving into work. Since I just got the oil change a couple weeks ago from here, I came back. The front desk and mechanic brought my car in first and took care of me right away. I may have to leave another review based on why the light came on in the first place, but right now, 4 stars for customer service.

This is by far the worst car care center Ive been to in 23 years of using AAFES. They lost two of my wheel caps and blamed them on people stealing them off our car while it was parked in the driveway. Who steals wheel caps from minivans? Inside the bays, it is so dirty. Wouldnt use them if I had another choice.

They have everything you need, if not they will order it for you.1 star though cause I lost $3k to a car that one of the mechanics sold to me and refused to take care of me when I tried to bring it back.

They have a wide selection of oil filters here ( a lot more available in the back if you dont see yours on the shelf). While the prices are higher than youre used to paying for oil in the U.S., they are better than I have seen locally.

The gentlemen are very nice and helpful. Just wish they actually carried some of the parts my 2017 common car needed. You would think but. Theyre pretty quick as long as they have what you need.
