I reserved 1 room for 3 adults. On the pictures the place looked great, the rooms looked spacious and the location seemed to be convenient. Or if these 3 only the location was true.we arrived late due to roadwork. There is no one in reception area, a dirty hallway greets the visitors. The entrance door is always open, we just walked in at 11:30 pm and found the key in the rooms door . Anyone could have done that. The room, where do I start?! The view is nice from the room, the beds are comfy . And that is the only good thing about it . The room is so small, two of us had a hard time to move around. Originally, I reserved the room for 3 adults. Its a good thing our tall son couldnt come with us, the loft would have been way too uncomfortable for him .TVs are in the common area but not in the rooms. The bathroom is extremely small. Undressing and dressing is a test of flexibility. The loft. The ladder to the loft is dangerous. The space between the loft and the ceiling is about 36 inches. The breakfast is delicious. However, everyone has to touch everything to get to the food. The toast bread is in a bag, the coffee, the creamer is in a pitcher, the jam is in a glass jar. It is unsanitary to serve ourselves. Especially nowadays.Honestly, its a highly prices hostel. For this price I could have done a real hotel room, and I wish I did.

The rooms are really nice with the wood carved furniture and loft! They served sourdough waffles at breakfast with different sides to choose from, theres a guest fridge for you to store your food, and theres extra towels, blankets, and toilet paper in the hallway that you can grab anytime. Its a good location with just a short walk from the Sealife Center and Waterfront Park. The staff is really nice too! We stayed two nights. I would definitely stay here again the next time I go to Seward!

Clean and comfy room. Nice and quiet. Great location. Accommodated us leaving our luggage before rooms ready and then after checked out. Went the extra mile for us when we left a phone by offering to bring it to train station. Yummy breakfasts.Only draw back….ran out of hot water in shower one morning. My husband had no problem so possibly isolated issue.

Need better blackout window coverings. Very small room but comfortable bed and decent shower. Being able to eat breakfast at another site was great and loved the owner and manager! I would definitely stay in one of these B&Bs again!

Nice Inn! My kids loved the loft, it might be a bit small for adults though, but perfect for kiddos. We had a very good homemade breakfast. The night was a bit cold, a heat source would be nice even in the summer.

The rooms were clean and charming. The loft was a little small for adults but was still great for my 11 and 14 year old boys. The staff was super friendly and helpful; they helped us plan our trip and even put together breakfast early for our fishing trip! The breakfasts, esp. the homemade bread, was great! Would highly recommend!

Great view, very clean and cozy room. It’s a beautiful older building with lots of charm. Our children loved the loft. The staff were so sweet and accommodating and treated us to an incredible breakfast. The price was great and allowed us to stay and have money to play in Seward.

Super cute and cozy place within walking distance to food, activities and sightseeing options. Smaller rooms, but well accommodating with breakfast made to order, and extra blankets or towels at the ready. Laundry options in the building, too. TV room was a nice little hang out, outside of your room. Staff was great and very friendly. It is on the second floor of the building, so pack light (though the desk girl carried ours all up for us!The lofts are nice extra space, but the ladders to them are a bit tight, considering the age and character of the building. My nephew loved it, my mom not so much. Haha. Id definitely stay again if Im back in Seward. It fit our needs quite nicely. (The picture is looking towards the loft ladder, with my back to the double bed and window. Wish Id taken more.)
