A One Hotel&restaurant in Thākurgaon

So many cockroaches from bathroom to towel to the sleeping bed. The receptionist was very rude when i asked for them to help clean the room. She mumble to herself in thai which I couldn’t understand

***SOLO TRAVELLERS BEWARE***Staff is not to be trusted. They stole money out of my room straight out of the safety deposit box on two occasions. They also thieved my belt and clothing. Cockroaches Dont go here

Very good commensurate with the pricing, very near to Bangkok hospital.

Nice large rooms, a little dated reflects a lower price market, but clean and nice.

Dont stay unless its your last option.Many stay here for test and go but its not worth the trouble dealing with the reception and staff here. Says 4 star but see a guest house with better services.

Hotel that I chose for quarantine returning to Thailand. Was clean, prices for room service for a little bit high, little hard to find out from staff what to do with quarantine stuff. But all in all I guess okay.Return to the hotel for my second night for quarantine requirements. They seem to be a little confused as to what was required. Room clean, mostly quiet did have a little bit of noise from people slamming doors early in the evening. would not recommend eating food here as it is over expensive. Walk down to 7-Eleven and picked up everything I needed at a reasonable cost.

This is an okay hotel. I chose this hotel because I had to do a quarantine when I return to Thailand. It was still quite expensive for what you got. Food at the place is just astronomical priced. Good thing I only had to stay one night. Would not recommend it unless youre flushed with money. There are better and cheaper places around.

First of all I been to Thailand many times before so I had an idea what to expectWe stayed there for 1st night of test and go. Ride from the airport attest was great. Hotel check- in was not good and they did not supply any information on when to expect test results or the food service. In the morning we got a bowl of fish soup ( keep in mind we paid over 300 for this roomI called the front desk to ask for somthing we could eat. 3 calls and 2 hours later we got breakfast. Because we where not allowed to leave the room it too 3 calls and 3 hours later to get a straight answer if our test was back.. room was just ok, very old and outdated. Front desk staff where not friendly as the Thai people normally are.

Very poor service, non profitionalsI already booked paid full and the embassy didnt accept my papers, Ihave called for one hour them for cancelation of my booking 10 days befo3 arrival but simply they cut off the line after hanging me without reply, they r repling only when Iwant to pay , if you book they you simply wasting your money you will not get it back

The worst hotel ever. It says it is 4 stars but they do not even worth a star. Service here is such a nightmare. Dont go to this hotel if u do not want to regret the poorest choice of your life.

The worst service ever.. staffs do not know English at all, not even a bit.. they do not reload utilities in the room even after we complained.. it’s better to have no food rather than eating theirs.. the worst hotel

Poor choice of AQ.Front desk staff doesnt have service mindAs quarantine place for airborne-disease should not let anyone smoking in hall way or connected ventilation.(The rule is forbid but no staff care to lookafter).There are delays in every information you needed to know about.No staff care for your well-being at all.The room is clean. The food is fine.I reviewed in good intentions for this hotel to improve their staff.

The bathroom wasnt clean at all, sheets and couch had stains on them, room was filled with cockroach. Old furniture. Room isnt even maintained properly. The staff werent helpful at all, we had a very hard time trying to communicate with them. The food was ok. Definitely will not be coming back.

Very high price to quality ratio. Everything has a hidden tax, so the price for such low quality is terrible. Youd be better off eating at the 711 around the corner. Room had ants, but the "friendly" staff wouldnt acknowledge it. Anything bought in your room is 4x the price and they wont let you replace the exact same item from the 711. Its away from everything, so you will either need your own car or get taxis all the time. Would not recommend.

This is a nice hotel, with a good room, good places to eat, great staff. The only thing is that without a car, it is tough to get around. There is no public transit nearby. Taxis refused to take us to the downtown area, or shopping areas. We booked this hotel as it seemed to be close to the international airport. But there were no Taxis early in the morning. We had to leave at 5 a.m.. thankfully, their concierge offered to take us there, although they dont have airport shuttle service at the hotel. He was super nice about it and very punctual. I would give him 5*
