Good spot to sit back and relax. Enjoy fresh air and food picnic for locals. Located right opposite Phayao Lake. No alcohol comsumption allowed here.

The sculpture is nice but, it is the lake and Phayao which make it worthwhile The journey to there was a fun. Spent 1 afternoon, 1 nite & half the next day. Red lotus blossoms on the lake, take a row boat!!
