Would not recommend to anyone. Food was basic, flavorless and not worth the price in any regard.

the worst place I’ve seen over last couple of years… half of menu positions are absent, poor service and card terminal only in the bar, so one needs to go there to pay the bill

Wasted 45 minutes waiting for the waitress that never came, we just left no one even noticed us. The host was on her phone the entire time and even when we asked where our waitress is she completely ignored us like everyone else in this place - zero stars is more suitable but google doesn’t have that option

Efficient place- good food, good service.

This place is the worst restaurant I have eaten and drank at in Israel. The service will not even look at you until you get out of your seat and chase them down the restaurant. The drinks tasted like flat soda. The food selection is all microwavable. If I could give it zero stars I would!!!

Do not recommend. The food and drinks tasted terrible. The service was horrid including arguing back with customers, missing most of the menu items, and not informing customers of changes in the food and drinks while ordering. Not to mention, prices to the roof. Save your time and money.

As a matter of fact the food was definitely OK. We sat "inside" and liked it, all right except for the uncomfortable benches which I found too hard to spend a little over 2 hours , on.But none of the above is the reason for the low grading! I think that42 Nis for a pint of local beer makes absolutely NO SENSE!

Very dirty. Moreover, we had to wait more than 40 min for order. The only positive thing is location and view. I dont recommend.

If I was able to give zero star for food and service, will do!DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!The service was horrible. We came and waited 20 minutes for someone to help us. The waiter left and told us to find seats. We wanted to ask if we can push 2 tables together and they all ignored us and moved on. By the time we sat down and decided what we wanted, we waited a while for someone to take our order. After ordering an eggplant, they came and said they dont have it.no problem at all, we asked for nachos with dip ( big mistake)!.20 minutes later we received salad, then another 15 for drinks, and 30 min later came bread.Then we received steak - came cold, chicken and fish- cold and dry, then another 15 min later- came Nachos ( big boat of nachos with small dipping dishes)…., the appetizers came after main course….Wine that we asked to try never arrived….Now we are sitting here after 1 hour from ordering, and one of the dishes that we ordered never arrived.After we asked to cancel, they told that it will come soon, and it came, but not what we ordered!I did ask to talk to the manager and he came…., he accused me that I yelled at waitress!I came on vacation and wanted to have good time with my family.I did not expect such service from well respected place, it was number 2 in Yelp !!!!

Terrible service, manager and extremely rude waiters. They have 2 types of menus with different values ​​for the same things. Plus the food is of poor quality. I am impressed by a place in the Port of Herzlyia with this kind of care and service. Dont waste your time and dont waste your money going there.

Terrible service. There was no hostess in place, so we had to “hunt” for someone to get seated.After we got a menu, we waited for almost 20 minute for someone to approach. I tried to approach by myself, but got a reply that “I will get someone to receive your order”. I got such replies 3 times before finally, after 20-25 minutes someone came. When it was time to pay, we had to wait for another 20 minutes. After they heard that we are going to pay only 5 percent tip because of the bad service, we got an angry reply that “minimal tip is 10%, you got everything that you wanted, what is the problem”. This is a joke, avoid this place.

They didnt have most of the items on the menu in stock and the service was terrible... but the food is alright and the marina is mice. Disappointing for a restaurant in the Ritz.

Mediocre food, awful service.Owner does not honor valid coupons that were purchased for this restaurant specifically.In order to pay with CC you should follow the waiter inside and type your pin code at the cashier.Was much better before the restaurant changed owners.There are much better alternatives just next door.

The waitresses were very friendly, but that did not help the place - we started with drinks and fish & chips, the cocktails were a disaster: cheap ingredients and nothing as expected. The chips were just tasteless - no taste at all (not salted at all and we had to ask for condimentsand the fish werent better, and were also one a few pieces. They were served with a bunch of roughly cut herbs pretending to be chimichuri, of all the things. We had to ask for a lemon and ketchup to be able to eat any of it. The rest of the menu looked boring, but if the fish & chips were the metric, it is probably also bad.

The View in Marina pier is one of the best… The foods was good and the service was great! We enjoyed a lot!🥰

The good: an amazing view of Herzliyas Marina pier (if youre seated outside, which we were). The waiters are friendly and are really doing their best, all things considered.The bad: food and management attitude. I ordered "Churiso sausages with Kraut cabbage" and got four sad-looking wieners with half-dried lettuce instead of cabbage (Ill just let the attached photo speak for itself). We also ordered a bream ("dennis" fish, only to discover (after 30 minutes of waitingthat its out of stock, and had to switch to bass ("lavrak"). The fish came out okay, albeit a tad dry. All in all, it took well over an hour to get our food served. When I complained about the Churisos, the kitchen admitted the absence of cabbage and offered to "compensate" me with *another* identical dish on the house. I politely declined and said that Ill gladly accept a dessert as compensation if theyre so inclined. They served me the extra Churisos anyway, disregarding my feedback completely :DAll in all - I think this place suffers from an "abundance of customers" poisoning, owing to the huge traffic coming from the Marina and the adjacent Arena mall and Ritz-Carlton hotel. As a result, my impression is that they dont feel they need to pay much attention to good service. In all honesty, I regret not having chosen McDonalds over this place.

The service was pretty good, and the food wasnt that bad either. The menu has a surprising variety of items and cuisines on it. The only food item that could be better was the plate of French fries. The seating outside was a bit shabby, with patches and age damage. The venue was actually adding new upholstery to some of the seats while we were there. The only complaint really was the quality of the cocktails that should definitely be better for the pricing, and tasted like a relic from the 90s.

The food was great and the service was very good. We were a group of 18 people, with ages ranging from 2 years old to 100 years old, and everyone found something they liked. The sushi was great, and so were the desserts. Our waitress was very nice and friendly.

I accidentally deleted my review:Said vegan options but there were none. They had 1 vegetarian dish. That’s it. The waiters also forgot to come to us multiple times and we had to ask for the check by going directly to the barVegan and vegetarian options are NOT the same.

A nice view, and a place to go for shade or avoiding the rain. Yet old and tired and in need of a make over. Dirty tables as hostess did not care. Staff variable with typically poor training and little to no personality. Food ok and price ok to.

Halumi salad came with cold halumi, which shouldve come hot from frying.Asked to make it properly, they just fried it again which means its just more greasy and gross.Service was slow and horrible.Doesnt worth your time and money.שרות נוראי ואוכל שלא שווה את הכסף.

Came here after checking into the hotel next door and after all day travel. This place is amazing. Right on the marina. We were sitting outside in one of the booths right after sunset. The atmosphere was incredible and then we looked at the menu and my girlfriend and i being vegetarian I wasnt expecting much. However, the food was amazing and they were incredibly accommodating with some allergies. This place is a must for great beer, amazing atmosphere and food.

Nice atmosphere for a drink but you expect a sports bar to be able to make a decent burger. Fries were under cooked and the bun felt dry like it was a few days old. Very poor value for money

We dined there with friends in the middle of the week at night and it was an awful experience. The meals are small and not tasty at all and the prices are very high and are justified at all! Avoid from this place for your sake.

Hour and a half wait for a meal, they messed up our order. I highly recommend to go somewhere else.

This place sucks, they pay their workers through tips. We left a %10 tip exited the restaurant and the waitress ran after us for an extra 10 shekels. True story.

Once upon a time it was cozy place. Now its veeryy very dirty bar with broken tables, with very very slow service and not tasty at all. Save your time and money. And they must close this busyness!
