The management is shocking. The pizza was alright but overpriced. We raised a small concern with the manager and his reaction made a small issue into a big issue. Further, the restaurant is on the entertainer app but you won’t be able to use the app there.

Their were out of almost 60% of the menu items, totally inconvenienced. But their cocktails are amazing

The place used to be better .... instead of leaving the headache up to the customer please go back to back to the older menu with proper pizzas. They were delicious.

Had a lovely visit to this place. Lovely vibe and food. Visited on a chilly day but their outdoor heaters made us feel comfortable outside. The drinks tasted amazing and the food was super tasty. Services was fast on food but a bit slow for the drinks. Wait staff was super friendly and attentive.

MorningMy family and I went visit your business for the first time we enjoy fire made pizza and since it was the closest to our home we decided to go and try it out the lady that served us was friendly and very welcoming .I than asked her if they serve good pizza:s she assured me we than laughed about it came our meals number one it was cold, when i started cutting and serving the dough splited in two it was the first time seeing pizza separating like that.. the other pizza the crust was wet I was very hungry when I arrived but both pizzas were so cold and taste less I lost my appetite completely we than asked our waitress about it because my partner even thought they store their dough in a frezzer I than asked her to call a manager who also just took her time to come to the table even when she arrived she had no decency of greeting us and fi ding out from us what is the problem I mean thats what most managers do she than left the table went and called the chef so she called him he came and explained something we have never heard of making up some lame excuses not even Im sorry we will look into it your business has a beautiful set up and the environment is amazing but stuff lacks proper customer service you need to start training the manager to be able to deal with customers an being able to tackle complaints and keeping customers happy yes their are born complaining people but my family and I are loyal customers once we find good food and service we stayAnd the chef asked if it was our first time and we said yes and it is our last he nodded his head agreeing you see people with a very small space of growth who will never own their business do not put into consideration that a successful business needs every one foot it gets in we are never visiting your business ever again with such arrogant people serving us we didnt go to our usual place tried out a new place and got such a very disappointing service manager was worse I wouldt put my business in the hands of such an arrogant person Im sure there were people who came and got the same service decided not to go back your staff needs training and please change the format of your pizza or look in to it rather

Visited the place with my friends. Upon arrival I noticed that the kitchen had no proper ventilation and was swarming with flies(total turn offhowever my friend insisted that their drinks and pizzas are amazing. I ordered a beer and a standard pizza (which turned out to be a disasterand in that pizza I found hair!. Immediately I alerted the manager whose first response was that she could not be sure if the hair was mine or her staffs :o. Long story short I only paid for my drinks and left. Overall this place is appalling, poor hygiene and terrible customer service.

Toppings are sparse, and the dough was not cooked completely, tasted a bit like a rough job and not much attention to detail, pity because it looked like a vibey place. We ordered 3 pizzas for take out, so it wasnt just a comment on one pizza we had.
