It was a great experience with 76 Miles Travels and Tour during Sikkim trip (south n East part). Our associate driver partner @Kewal, is very good and have a good knowledge on the area and history. The service is EXCELLENT.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant trip to Darjeeling. We booked 2nos of vehicles for total 4nos of Family for 4days. During our sightseeing, one vehicle got some problem but they manage and change the vehicle within 1/2 an hour. Very responsibile Agency. Thank you. Will visit again.

It was the worst experience with 76 Miles.Do not pay the money in advance.Once they got the money they dont even attend your call.Because of 76 Miless mistake, we were forced to extend our stay on same hotel and lost our money booked in another hotel.We were simply waiting for the taxi for whole day in our hotel room because they dont have reserved drivers and vehicles.We were booked for a 5 days trip to Gangtok and Darjiling.Only from airport to hotel drop was ok.Remaining days they didnt send the taxi on-time (delayed for whole dayand sent us in-experienced drivers for site seeing which were stopped on the way without fuel.you replied me thinking as another client with whom you had messed them with.I didnt take the service to the places that you have mentioned in your reply.

Very bad and poor experience I have ever had during my life as a traveler and explorer. Based on the good reviews that I have seen on Google regarding 76 Miles, I opted for this particular tour and travel service company to customise and provide me the car rental package. However, their service for us (me and my family including my elderly parentswas extremely bad and poor. They confirmed us all services including all the places we wanted to visit in Darjeeling and they did not go for it at all.. They are scammers who will take all the package money and would not provide the service. For not facing any issues and hazards for my parents during my stay and exploring Darjeeling I opted this one, However, they hackaled us by delaying 2 to 3 hours, not covering the places we wanted.. It would have been better if we did not opt for this companys service.

They are cheats and frauds who will quote one price and constantly keep jacking up the price saying that your hotel is far from the city centre. Mind you this is done at the last moment so that the tourists can be blackmailed. We took a 5 day package from Darjeeling to Gangtok to Pelling and back to Darjeeling for 53k for 2 sedans.On day one the cab was late 2 hours and my elder parents were stranded in the railway station. This was just the start. Day 2 again the second car was late by 1 hour. End of day 1, they started claiming that our hotel (Vivantawas far away from Gangtok and we have to pay 6k extra. Also the drivers didnot stay with us and in case we wanted to shop/dine in the city centre - we would have to rent a cab back(which we did on day 2). We also agreed to pay the 6k extra. The ordeal continues- on the last again just before leaving the drivers demand 5k extra to drop to Taj Chia Kutir saying that this is again outside the city in Darjeeling. Doma washed hands saying that if you can afford to stay in an expensive hotel - you can afford to spend extra on the cab. This was even though we had informed her of our hotel in advance. Avoid paying anything in advance and avoid all together if you want to avoid mental torture - the drivers and travel agents keep passing the buck

We booked our Pelling+Darjeeling trip with 76 Miles travels & tours. Doma helped us patiently and got us the best rate even during peak season and long weekend when all other travels were either refusing (due to car shortageor charging high premium. She is a very lovely person and helped us get multiple quotes for our upcoming Sikkim trip as well. We got a very comfortable car and experienced driver for the Pelling-Darjeeling trip. He came for timely pick-up and his driving skills made us enjoy the long uphill journey at ease :Thanks again Doma and 76 Miles for the awesome travel experience! :)

We went for Darjeeling trip by "76 Miles Travels & Tours" . We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The conveyance were well managed. I think we covered almost everything. We also entered in Nepal from Pashupati market. I had a wonderful travel experience with 76 miles to Rangbhang ( Darjeeling Dist& Kanyam ( Ilam Dist of Nepal.We had stayed in two places I,e Rangbhang Home Stay ( 3 nightsanother one which is in between Kanyam and Pashupati Nagar ( 2 nights . For somebody who wants to spend time in nature Rangbhang would be a suitable place. We travelled to Miric Lake, Boker Monestry , Jor Pokhri, Lepcha Jagat from Rangbhang. However we enjoyed most during our homestay which is near Kanyam. This homestay belongs to Mr Binod and Mrs Ganga Yonjan. They arranged such a happy stay for us that we would remember for rest of our life. The place, ambience , food were too good . From there we travelled to Kanyam ( one can enjoy the most beautiful scenic beauty and picturesque view of the entire hills and tea gardens .Also we went to Sri Antu ( View Tower , lake are thereand Ilam bazaar ( its a district town at high altitude. Keeping this beautiful homestay as the centre one can also travel to Darjeeling and Kurseong. While returning back to Silliguri we did marketing at Dhulabari and travelled to a village in Sukna Forest area where a part of Barfi movie had been shooted. Special thanks to Mr Puru Bharti who is an industrialist, however his hobby is to drive on behalf of 76 miles. Trip is fine.but in hilly terrains drivers has to check the spare tyre before starting.we feel slightly uncomfortable when the tyre got punctured in Nepal and the spare tyre is not having air.this type of condition is not gud for any tourist.apart from above the travel is fine

Mr. Bikash giri is nice person. I have did lots of enjoy at mirik. Monu (Guide is nice person but other guide not better then monu. I always prefer monu and Mr Bikash giri sir.

Myself alongwith my wife travelled in Darjeeling, Lataguri(Gorumara), Kalimpong for 4N/5D in the third week of December, 2018. We pre-hired a vehicle for all 5 days for transit between places including sightseeing at respective places. We hired the vehicle from 76 miles. The owner Mr. Bikash Giri is a nice gentleman and very transparent person. They provided a very good Maruti Dzire sedan. The driver, Yuvraj Sharma is a very freindly, cordial fellow and very competent driver. Yuvraj helped us to view all the important places we wanted to visit and see in spite of tight schedule. He is very punctual and professional. Took us to Tiger hill at 03:30 AM in the chill of hills in December, as decided and right on time. He also took us to Gorumara Jungle road on a sudden news of a group of elephants crossing the road. He stopped at the best places all over the hills for sightseeing and photo-shoots. We had a wonderful day trip to Bindu, Jhalong, Samsing, Paren, Murty and thanks to Yuvraj. The management of 76 miles is also very warm and cordial. We have thoroughly enjoyed. We shall definitely hire services from 76 miles for our next trips, may be to Sikkim.
