Excellent food and staff was able to tone down the spice levels. Lot of vegetarian choices. Good ambience. We had a team lunch and it was setup well for it. My favorite part was kulfi (dessertat the end.

Every dish is eye catching. Quite large portions compared to other Indian food restaurants.

I can’t seem get over how amazing the gaulati kebab was. It still brings water to my mouth, it’s absolutely a dish you can’t miss. The ambiance is to rave about as the decor is just beautiful. It takes you back to royal india where everything is just perfect. The owner is so humble and gives great recommendations according to your tastebuds. I will definitely be coming again and please keep up the great work as it is definitely the best indian restaurant in Taipei.

This is by far the best Indian food I’ve had in Taipei. The waiters are attentive and helpful. The main courses came out after quite a long wait, but everything tasted amazing and comforting, completely satiating my craving for Indian cuisine.A definite revisit is near at hand.

Wow! Our dinner at Moksha last night was excellent! It was our first visit there, so we just went with curry, biryani, and some kulcha. The flavors were exquisite, the lamb chunks tender and flavorful, and the rice was some of the best I have ever tasted. Plus, the service was personal and thoughtful. Definitely the best Indian food we have had in Taipei, and we look forward to going back again.

Had a great time dining at this restaurant on a Tuesday night. We found the place on Instagram so decided to give it a try.Poppadoms and drinks were complimentary which was a nice touch. Chicken tikka starter was delicious.We chose a spicy lamb curry and mild chicken tikka masala as mains with rice and naan. All the food was authentic Indian cuisine and we loved all of it. The food leaves you feeling very full too.The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a really nice feel to it when dining in. The owner was very welcoming and gave excellent service throughout the meal. He said all the decor was imported from India. He was also very honest and explained some difficulties his business had encountered due to the pandemic.I recommend anyone to come here and support the business dining in.

Spontaneously explored my new neighborhood for food, and was delighted to be greeted by the owner of Moksha, he is extremely professional and humble when talking.I ordered some butter chicken and samosas, to my splendor this was by far the best indian butter chicken Ive had in a long long time. The butter curry was balanced in flavor with a delicious level of spice, not to mention the perfectly cooked tender chicken inside.Will definitely recommend to anyone and will visit again soon.

The ambiance was really nice. I really liked the environment in the restaurant. About food, I didn’t try many things but yeah the dosa they served was really crunchy (nice one). Sambhar was little sweet (Many people don’t like it that way, maybe you can ask them not to make it sweet, if you don’t like sweet). I also tried mushroom (fried roasted something....was nice in taste but was containing lot of food color. The last thing I tried was faluda ice-cream which was a chef twisted form of faluda, not the usual slurpy faluda we get in India.

What an excellent place! Came here for a birthday last year and the owner was exceedingly gracious, offering us free appetizers, dessert, and drinks!! I went with friends there at dinner time. One of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been. I been to many restaurants in Taiwan but,this restaurant is now in my favorite list . Food is reasonable, service is excellent, ambiance is top notch . We will be back soon . Some dishes I would like to highlight jalebi chaat , tandoori khumb , garlic naan was very soft , not to be miss paan falooda .

We never ever heard of such food items before we had it here. Praise worthy innovation and presentation skills. Friendly staff. The jalebi chat and Tandoori Khumb were one of a kind. Harabhara kebab was very different from other places and pan falooda was an amazing desert. The best Indian restaurant in terms of variety, taste, innovation, service and presentation. 😍😍

Given the reviews, I expected to have a great experience and I was not disappointed. All four of us absolutely enjoyed the entire evening. The food was delicious!! Food was fantastic and the service was impeccable.Must go to place & enjoy Indian delicacy. Sure you won’t be disappoint.

The Dosa is just OMG. Amazing food. Highly recommending the starters and main courses and desserts, basically everything; you won’t regret. I’m coming here again.

Fancy plating and decor. However some food is better at a simple way, such as masala papadon. Food is ok but not wow.

Delicious indian curry. Though it was my first experience here and i was not aware that one has to order the entire meal up front. We ordered our bread in two orders that took a while of wait. But the owner and staff were very friendly and courteous. They also served us hit indian masala tea free of cost. Thanks Mohan

Very high-end decor compared to most Indian restaurants in Taipei, with a much fancier way of serving the food as well. Sadly doing upmarket Indian food didnt quite work here, as although the food in general wasnt bad, it was not standing out either. If you fancy something a bit different when it comes to Indian food in Taiwan its worth a visit, but I cant say its my favourite Indian place.

Delicious food, slow service, and pricey small portioned food.1. Service: The restaurant was not even full and I totally understand that they cooked everything fresh, but we literally sat there for more than one hour waiting for our food. There wasnt even a side dish or snack we could eat during that one hour.2. Food/ Price: The food were very flavorful. I would suggest to just purchase the regular plain naan even though the staff recommended some other forms of naan, I thought the plain naan was still superior and also less expensive!! The other style naan were not very good, in fact they were hard and tasteless.On the contrary, I enjoyed the curry and it had a distinct and strong taste, which was what I liked about it; however, it was all too expensive for the small portions served (especially the naan portions..)3. Environment: The sofa seats were a little bit dusty and the place is quite packed with decorations, but the environment didnt feel THAT stuffy, which was nice. It was more clean than dirty.

This restaurant is one of the finest and best Indian restaurants, which will be add on my favorite restaurant list. From ambiance to food then service. Everything is 5 star. This restaurant remind me my fine indian restaurant experience in 5 star hotels in India.i highly recommend recommend there mushrooms bbq, garlic naan , jalebi chaat, Indian Chicken tikka,Indian Chile.lal mass.they also got good beverages selections. Cant wait to visit this restaurant again. Highly recommend those who looking for authentic indian food lovers.

The variety of dishes n their flavors made the food tastes really good & authentic. Tried their food a couple of times with Thai friends, everyone loved it. Would recommend to all looking for diverse flavors of Indian veg and non veg dishes.

I went to the restaurant twice. Some dishes are very good like moksha special daal. Good place if you want to sit for long but if you are hungry then you might become angry since food serving takes a lot of time. It will usually take more than 2 hrs to finish meal. Also this restaurant chef keep experimenting with the food. Which I feel unnecessary and ruin the original speciality. Like jeera rice with dried onions is a complete no no. Its sweet and salt. Or the 🍨 fusion.

Delicious Indian curry restaurant. I ordered a curry with lychees on the top with a nan, and I found it very unique and sweet yummy. The appetizer decoration was looking pretty too. The staff were very nice and swift. 真好吃。推薦;).

This is definitely the best Indian restaurant in Taipei. Ive tried many traditional Indian food in other countries cooked by real Indian and Moksha is one of the best among all of them. From starters to main dishes, all of them were well presented with awesome taste. Must come if you are a fan for Indian food!

I dont know where to begin.Right when you enter I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Ambiance is very good. Being at the DAAN area it is very convenient for people to reach here.Coming to the food, it (the foodactivates every taste bud of yours. It is very much like you are eating in India itself. The boss also comes and checks with you if the food is good or not. I would highly recommend to come over here and give a try and I am sure it wont be your last.Cheers to team Moksha. Best indian restaurant in Taipei! My husband and I visited both branches of Moksha few times about 2 weeks back. We absolutely loved the quality of food. Having dined at several other indian restaurants and being disappointed with the food colors, low quality and tasteless food, Moksha was a welcome change we needed.The owner Mohan ji was very friendly and chatted with us about his journey as a chef and his desire for creativity in food. He made us try his signature dish Lychee paneer which was mouthwatering!! Every dish we tasted in both their hotels have been delicious and made to perfection. Definitely going back here!A fine dining place with unique serving dishes and recipes and great service - they are doing everything right!

Great food, good experience! Its a nice place to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. Naan has different flavors and they are yummy. Love their spinach curry lamb and chicken curry, rich flavor. Their appetizer the fried balls, It tastes like party going on in my mouth. The Lamb rice full of spices and tastes good, love the side dip sour yogart with the rice.

Perfect place to come and enjoy the Indian experience in Taipei, Taiwan. Very friend staff with the best personalised service ever. My best appetiser is the yummy Amristsari macchi fry followed by the mouth watering Galouti kebab. You can also enjoy a variety of dishes among the delicious Indian desserts in their menu.
