Not authentic pho, but still pretty good in a pinch. There are several better spots for pho in the city, like Buckeye Pho or House of Pho, and those aren’t too far away.

Apologies I didnt think to take a picture had to dive right in lol. The food was excellent I ordered the Soup Bowl with noodles had the beef broth half steak and chicken . The broth was umm umm good a Blessing to your taste Buds lol overall you get more than enough food in one huge bowl 🥣 The price was well worth it . It wasnt too crowded at my visit at 1:00pm definitely worth a try and for me a second or third visit Pho Sure 💯

Best veggie pho I have found, good place to try as we enter soup season.I highly recommend the marinated tofu.Also the spring rolls are fantastic.

Amazing pork banh mi! The veggie pho broth wasn’t my favorite unfortunately. It almost tasted sweet and I wouldn’t get it again. The nice thing is you can customize it to your tastes, so I’d try the beef one next!

The pho is a chipotle-build-your-own-bowl style. Its not bad but definitely not the best 🍜 in town. Where I normally go has a lot more things that go inside the bowl (raw beef, meatballs, tripe, beef tendons+ the normal basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapenos. 6-1-pho gives you all the veggies but only have 3 meat choices and you can only choose 1.The broth also has seemed to give me a little heartburn where I dont usually experience that after eating pho.Overall, its ok. But not my top pick for next time.

5 stars for having good vegan options. Its not authentic but authentic doesnt have vegan options. The food and sauces taste good, they give you a generous amount of protein in the pho, and its filling. I always have leftovers and get 2 meals out of it.

Very yummy but slightly expensive… It would be nice if they had some sort of explanation for why they’re gonna be closed for like 7 days because it’s pretty annoying. Also when you look up the hours just from the search bar it says it’s open…

This is not only our favorite Vietnamese or vegan friendly restaurant in Columbus but our favorite restaurant period. Counter service makes everything customizable. The Pho is my favorite thing to get. The veggie egg roles were recently made vegan and they are the best egg roles Ive ever had.

I dropped my to go pho down the stairs and everything was still in tact. 10/10 packagingFood is always great as well

Really great tasting phô that’s very customizable. The portions are very large and is reasonably priced! The staff was very friendly and helpful for first time phô eaters. I’m definitely going to be going back!

I absolutely love this place and I’m not big on noodles and or oriental dishes but I come here at least once a week. The staff is very friendly and I’ve yet to have a bad meal or experience.

First off, staff was very kind.If you are from out of state and know what authentic pho taste like. You may want to pass this fast food style pho.Noodles were very tough. Broth had very little flavor and was luke warm.Pickled vegetables tasted like they were just in the same room as pickles.As a person of Vietnamese culture, I was quite displeased.

6-1-Pho. Gotta love the name. It essentially is like chipotle where you can pick out what you want and all your toppings. It wasn’t the best pho I ever had, but it was still pretty good. The egg rolls were mid, not the best, but not bad at all. The space was smaller than I was expecting, but it was clean and nicely decorated. Overall, my experience here was good.

I hate to give poor reviews, but I did not like the Chicken Pho, it lacked flavor, the noodles were extremely hard and the chicken was tough. Had better else where.

Pho and rice bowls are decently priced and very good! The sauces they have taste just like the sauce my mom made me when I was growing up. Highly recommended! Would’ve taken a pic of my food but it was gone in a few seconds.

6–1-Pho is my new favorite for pho! I mean the broth itself it’s soooo delicious! I always get the thin beef that cooks in the broth. So yummy! Add some hot sauce and I’m good to go.Side note, I saw the review below about the workers being white? I have no idea how that serves any relevance 🤣 they aren’t cooking anything, just plating your food silly man!!

Nice looking restaurant. Parking in the back, next to a bank.Self-service restaurant. Order first and then clean up after yourself. Good service. Good staff.My family and I had Pho. It was surprisingly not bad. Good amount of greens and meat. You can do half-half meat. Broth and noodle was okay.

I ate there twice and it was awesome. So I went back with my 5 year old niece. All she wanted was a bowl of white rice with some butter. I asked and the girl looked at me like, huh? Its not on the menu, she said. So I asked, maybe you could get some butter from the kitchen? She said no...I cant do that. She said, we have chicken? But my niece is a vegetarian, so we taste-tested the tofu and it was disgusting, so we left. Personally, I would have tried to get a pat of butter from the kitchen, but I was not a Karen about it. Didnt ask to speak to the manager or anything. We just left and havent been back. There are too many other restaurants out there to give my money to. So..its good but they dont really have a kids menu, especially not a picky vegetarian kids menu.

I only gave them a two because its not my cup of soup I was just trying something new and different turns out I dont like it but plenty of people do but it took me a day to get the taste of cilantro out my mouth

Pho is so great! Seriously, I’ve been under the weather and feeling horrible. I had some chicken pho delivered to the house and it just made me feel better.And thank you guys for being gluten free!!! I will definitely be ordering again.

Update: this place is still amazing and their staff are all amazing as well. I still go here as often as I can!They have the most authentic pho Ive had since moving here from California!! It is definitely our new go to place for pho, banh mi, vietnamese coffee!!!

My mom and I drove 30 minutes to eat here. She raved about this place and we pre-planned to eat here on our Friday day out. When we arrived, it’s the same set up as Chipotle and Bibibop for a close example. They had dine in seating booths and bar seats which I appreciated because our intent was originally to dine in. I ordered the chicken pho and my mom ordered the beef. We got the traditional large bowls and a heaping serving with all the fixings that come in it. It was worth every single penny!!!!!! And you can bet every bit was eaten. Oh my goodness! The broth was not oily, the flavor was immaculate, and the serving size was what I wish all other food places understood. My pregnancy cravings and our long loved obsession with pho was satisfied. Great atmosphere and location too. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you!!!

Best name of any Pho place around, but pretty basic everything else. 61Pho is to Vietnamese food as Local Cantina is to Mexican food..... pedestrian and white. There are about 52 of these places all next to each other on bethel road by microcenter that I would consider more authentic with a far more extensive menu. If you want your diarrhea to be a true Vietnamese experience then stick to a place on bethel.

We’ve tried the pho and sandwiches on several occasions and it’s always outstanding. I’ve also placed large orders (for multiple familiesand everything was labeled, bagged separately, and a very sweet employee helped walk it out to my car. Great, now I’m craving pho and it’s not even 8 a.m.!

Service was good. Friendly staff. But the Pho was sub-par. And pretty bland

Only downfall not open on Monday open every other week day including weekend. If you want the top-of-the-line authentic Vietnamese traditional dish of noodles and your choice of garnishes and protein I highly recommend this restaurant for it is family-owned and definitely the best of the four Vietnamese restaurant options in Columbus. Definitely five stars just a bit on the pricey side but worth every second and every minute of every bite.

I tried 61pho while visiting town (my hometownand so glad that Columbus finally got some great Vietnamese food. The decor is really cool and and trendy and it’s super clean. The staff and owner and super friendly and you can tell they are a small business that cares about their clientele and their product. I had the marinated tofu pho and it was amazing. The tofu and the broth were super flavorful and they have really healthy options for vegans, vegetarians. My 10 year old daughter loved it too down to the cute little cookies they have. I will definitely come back when I visit and would really recommend this restaurant.

Pho-nominal! We drive 45 minutes one way to get our pho from this specific place! Trust me, we would love a shorter drive but no other place can quite get it like 6-1-pho! We love the chicken pho and spring veggie rolls! Our toddler loves the marinade chicken rice bowl. We will always be loyal customers!

First time in this place and OMG it did not disappoint me.Lets say that first is clean. The staff is really nice and friendly. I got a chicken Pho and it was perfect... The flavor. The amount of food. Everything was fresh.I can Only say I will go back

Worst pho I ever had. Reason being, once youve had good pho, you have a standard to what good is.....im not bashing 61 Pho at all.. its just my opinion that Ive had much better somewhere else..Sorry.Also price gauging on drinks? Why?Also heres a tip, if you like quality food, make sure the cooks are people of THAT heritage, no offense but white kids should not be making Pho. Nor should they be making tacos. Always consider who the cooks are. White kids can make a good baloney sandwich, (bread, cheese, baloneybut have no business cooking foreign food. Sorry

This restaurant is to Vietnamese food what Chipotle is to Mexican or Bibibop is to Korean. Same service style. The food was very fresh and delicious, although the egg rolls were surprisingly generic. Plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. We ate outside on their lovely gated patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not have a wide enough variety of sauces for my taste. They also sell Chinese sodas in plastic cans with aluminum lids (see photo), which makes recycling difficult if not impossible. The green apple soda was delicious. At $3.50 for a 12-ounce can, it had better be!

Hubby and I decided to try Pho for the first time. We both ordered the veg pho with veggie broth and it was a surprisingly tasty meal with great flavor. He ordered the veg spring rolls to go with his and he is in love. The customer service was great as well. We will definitely be back!

I don’t pass an opportunity to try a banh mi sandwich, especially if I see such high rating. Price is a bit too much, but seeing the size, I understand. Typically the banh mi are half that size and half that price. The banh mi is below, here’s why, 1the bread, it’s not the crunchy French bakery bread, this bread is most reminiscent of Burger King with the yellow and white speckles, the bread felt heavy and dense, soft to the bite. 2the innards lacked the umami flavor from the pate, and too much pickled radish over powered the other flavors like the Sriracha mayo and the meat, nice pickling though. And lastly the size and cuts, I think it’ll be more complimentary to have the jalapeños and cucumbers to be cut at an angle so it would have a longer form than cutting straight down. This allows an even bite since the sandwich is long. Also perhaps more profitable to sell a smaller sandwich for a cheaper price and focus on managing the innard portions. And alas, The saving grace is the eggrolls, the pork and mushroom eggrolls. These were delightful and I understand why the lady behind me wanted to buy all of them, luckily I was ahead of her. The insides were really juicy and flavorful and fried to the perfect doneness. Seven bucks for three of these is worth every penny.

I had never had Pho before. A friend said she loved it and I said lets go. I have been missing out!!! This was so delicious. I got the brisket with beef broth and 3 pork egg rolls. The amount of food and sauces they give mind blowing!!! I will be returning here. The staff was super nice very helpful and had all around great attitudes.

This is in my strong and experienced opinion the overall best Pho in Columbus and beyond really. The add ins are slightly varying from other places I have been, the broth is more complex and rich, it’s a bit more aromatic than other places. I like that they have tomatoes and cucumber as a side, their daikon is finely shaved and mixed with carrot which is also finely shaved and so it adds this rich perfect texture contrast to the lightness of the tomato and fresh thin sliced cucumber, the noodle here is also particularly perfect. I’m sure every place has its bad days but I’ve eaten here every single week for over a year now and never had anything less than fantastic. I do believe that sriracha and hoisin sauce are kind of imperative elements to the soup because it adds a sweet and spicy to enhance everything, don’t be afraid to pack on the hoisin! It’s a lovely meal and it’s not going to get much better than this. It’s a bit of a traditional contemporary spin so it fits well into modern flavors... I will say that some days the ingredients are a bit better than others, be it the protein or produce. So I can see where someone else may come for the first time and not have the optimal experience, MAYBE...If you read this far I have a suggestion, before they pour broth into your bowl they rinse the ingredients in hot water and strain to warm the cool produce so it doesn’t cool the broth but I think it’s a mistake, because first for why is American cuisine so obsessed with scalding hot food? When it’s so hot it actually overcooks the noodles, but without the straining we get a more al dente texture and slightly less hot much more edible brother which makes the flavors far more easier to discover and enjoy. PERIOD!

Must visit when in Columbus, the food is fantastic! Great vegan and vegetarian options and beautiful presentation. Pho is very filling and marinated tofu is just out of this world! Can’t recommend this place enough.

It was okay. Ive been here twice. I think maybe the last time may have been better. The ingredients are super fresh, but this visit was WAY too heavy on noodles and hardly any veggies. My daughter had so many noodles that they expanded to the point of not being able to fit them in a carryout container. This robs the flavor from the broth in my opinion. Also I ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls. I expected something much better for $6.50. Instead, I got 3 very small egg rolls that really were not worth that price. Not sure Ill be back.

I finally got to try 6-1-PHO and can I say I love the name with the play on words for our area code great way to get me to love this company...now let me start off by saying this is a Chipotle style PHO place meaning you get to pick all your ingredients and these pick your own style is becoming more and more popular because you get a great product that your able to completely customize to your liking...when you walk in its very modern with the chalk wall that they write messages and specials on very clean when we walked in,when we walked to the counter we were greeted by smiling faces and when we told them this was our first time they walked us thru everything and what we could get..I got the PHO bowl with bean sprouts and onions and for my protein I got the shreaded chicken and steak with beef broth my fiance got the PHO bowl with bean sprouts and cilantro with beef broth.I thoroughly enjoyed my meal they had Sriracha bottles close by and was able to put Sriracha on individual bites as not to mess with the beef broth my fiance enjoyed her Pho as well on one note that they put a little bit too much cilantro in and it kind of overpowered the broth little bit with a really robust cilantro flavor.they use the leaves attached to the stem with gives a big flavor so my only note would be if you want cilantro just ask for a little bit.Other then that we loved our time at 6-1-PHO and will definitely be back for some more!!

This is a great place for vegetarian food! I got the noodle salad bowl with tofu. Everything was a fresh and delicious. The try was cooked to perfection. I would definitely go here again. The bowls look expensive but they are huge servings and fill you up.

By far the best Pho place I have been to. I can only speak to Veggie pho. Unlike other places they have veggi broth based pho. Although less veggies to choose, they beat the competition in taste. Menu include few other options for those you want to go beyond pho. Good quantity as well. Place has neat little patio to enjoy food!FYI - parking is in the back!

Their food is consistently on point. I have been to every other well known establishment that offers pho in the city and this is by far my favorite. The broth is amazing and they even do a amazing job of you need to pick some up on the run. Eta: I have had pho from a plethora of places and this is the only one consist and great.

Not authentic but not a problem. Chic for a quick serve place. Beef was good and well portioned. Pho broth was salty and had no authentic "herbal" flavor. Iced coffee tasted funny like water from a dirty old water fountain. Maybe the ice or water used was not good or the pre-brewed coffee was left out too long. The menu picture showed fresh drip coffee but was not used to order like most authentic places.

Pho served Chipotle-style. Interesting concept, seems to work pretty well. The broth, clearly the most important ingredient in Pho, was more clear than I am used to, but it was flavorful.My only major complaint was the lack of a traditional Asian soup spoon. The small plastic spoons they provide absolutely do not work!In conclusion, 6-1-Pho was mostly a hit, but I wouldnt recommend it for a true Pho addict, like me.
