Very very nicely done suites of various sizes. Very helpful friendly operators. You would go a long way to find better for the price.

Awesome place, we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and well designed. The 53 on victoria were very accommodating with our booking and helpful with recommendations on places to eat etc. I would give it 6 stars if that was possible!

53 On Victoria is a rare gem, not just in its unexpected location of country Warwick, but among short-term accommodation in general.We booked a two night stay in the Executive Studio as part of a weekend getaway. I had discovered this business, through little more than good fortune and luck, when planning the escape many weeks earlier. New owner Kylie was friendly, accommodating and professional, complementing the whole experience.The motel is conveniently located at the entrance into Warwick (from Brisbaneand is also walking distance to the local river (great spot for picnics), shops, restaurants, pub and, our personal favourite, Warwick Gardens Galore (a nursery with an excellent cafe).The studio itself offers a taste of luxury. King sized bed, large shower, amazingly comfortable couch, TV, air con, kitchen and more, all stylishly presented in Asian-themed decor. I will add that the room is quite dark which, although initially daunting, actually provides a sense of intimacy and privacy. It also allows for a great nights sleep as the sunlight only makes an appearance when you allow it!Overall, 53 On Victoria is a winner is our eyes. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and, if ever deciding on another overnight adventure in peaceful and scenic Warwick, would definitely make this business our first port of call.

Best accommodation in Warwick. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the management were very friendly and welcoming. We wont stay anywhere else in Warwick anymore.

We stay at a lot of country motels and this was one of the best. The pillow top bed was excellent and the room and bathroom was modern and spacious. The managers were helpful and friendly, suggesting somewhere to eat for breakfast and dinner, that was walking distance from the motel. The food at both establishments was great, thanks for the advice and a comfortable stay.

This is the nicest cleanest motel with have stayed in while in Warwick .The decor is Modern and classy .The bed was extremely comfortable. We were very impressed and have already booked for the next Rodeo .Our room had so much space including a lounge and dining room with all essentials for cooking our dinner .Our Host was very pleasant and accommodating . Overall impressed.

Wow wow wow ...do yourself a favour ..do the scenic drive to Warwick. Hubby and I needed to do an overnight trip and found this Gem ....stay at 53 Oñ Victoria...rooms are of 6 star rating, they are devinely decorated and spotless clean with all new mod cons with all the trimmings.Hosts were AMAZING and made you feel very welcome. Definitely be back loved it🥰

53 on Victoria was the highlight of our southern downs Christmas holiday. We could see immediately upon entering the room how much Liz and Johns creativity and eye for detail has worked in creating the perfect Asian inspired tranquility for everyone to enjoy. We had the pleasure to see some before and after photos and what a transformation into a beautiful boutique accomodation. We would recommend 53 on Victoria highly for its ambience and absolute beauty. The banter with Liz on vacating had us in stitches. What a funny down to earth lady. It was a pleasure to stay for the night in what was your dream. It has created memories in ours xxx

Everything about our 1 night stay was perfect, from our top quality phone service from John, who went out of his way to answer various texts throughout the day from me regarding places to eat that night etc!!Then the room!! WOW, the details, the toilet roll and hair dryer covers, the Morgan and finch towels, and the bed was super comfortableDef coming back

Very clean, immaculately presented, decadent place to stay...a lovely surprise!

From opening the door to our massive room this place was impressive. Our room came with a complete well equipped kitchen & the lounge was amazing. As for the king sized bed, it very comfortable & we both had a excellent nights sleep. Absolutely loved the shower, plenty of hot water coming from the large shower rose. The attention to detail in our room was outstanding. The room was also quiet, 53 on Victoria is a hidden gem. The owners are genuinely nice people & I highly recommend this place. This is exceptional value for money & we will be staying here again.

Warm, friendly, clean and comfortable accomodation close to everything

Classy, comfy and affordable.After being booked in by my employer at a different "motel" nearby, which I honestly felt like I was going to be murdered in, I booked a room at 53 on Victoria, the manager was more than happy to accommodate us, the bed was ridiculously comfortable, the rooms are classy and detailed, the late check-out was an added bonus. Id highly recommend.

Ich war als Backpacker für ein Jahr in Australien unterwegs, leider hatte unser Wohnmobil nahe Warwick einen Motorschaden.Deshalb brauchten wir ein Hotelzimmer und kamen glücklicherweise zu Liz und John!Die wohl herzlichsten Menschen, die man sich vorstellen kann!Völlig selbstlos haben Sie alles getan um uns zu helfen und waren unglaublich gastfreundlich.Zu dieser Zeit wurde das 53 on Victoria eingerichtet, Liz und John haben keine Kosten und Mühen gespart, um die Zimmer mit den besten Materialien einzurichten. Wie man auf den Bildern sieht, hat Liz einen sehr guten Geschmack.Die beiden leben und lieben ihre Arbeit.Wer also nicht nur wunderschöne Zimmer sucht, sondern auch Wert auf Menschlichkeit legt, dem kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens Empfehlen.Für immer dankbar, den nettesten Menschen auf meiner Reise!!!Shoosh Carmen

5 stars do not do this establishment credit. We could not fault anything. It is more like a 5 star hotel. Beautiful room, lovely furniture, obviously no expense has been spared. If you can get a room, take it you will not regret it.

We loved our stay. Our hosts were wonderful and happily fixed booking errors made by our employer. Nothing was a hassle. Our apartment (#6was clean and comfortable and just what we needed to relax. Would definately recommend.

Quirky and comfortable, but cramped.A small motel, only 6 rooms. I stayed in one of the smaller rooms and found it over-decorated. While the furniture and art work looked great they over-powered the small space.Kitchen facilities were tiny, and there is no breakfast option (not even a basket option).Okay for a overnight stay, just.

We came out to Warrick to enjoy the new year.We liked the look of the place when we were surfing the net for accommodation. We liked what we saw and were not dissaThe rooms are amazingly decorated, homely and comfortable. Jon and Liz (the ownersare very lovely people and good for a chat if you want one. Big rooms, beautifully appointed decor and all the finishing touches you dont find in hotels for example quiet and private, fluffy towels, beautiful bedding, AND an amazing shower with water pressure YES so simple and they have got it right! well done and well be back.

You will be hard pressed to find a better place in Warwick. I have never come across a cleaner hotel, they shampoo their carpets after every stay.

Great place to stay with family. A quiet complex with very clean, large rooms. We had a 3 bedroom unit - myself and husband, 2 kids and my elderly parents. We were all very comfortable. Plenty of living space, well appointed kitchen, huge bathroom. We thought it was well set up, with plenty of extra bedding, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee. We felt very welcome.

I have worked all over Australia and this has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. John (the owneris so humble and kind. Originally there was no room for the three people I was staying with and he went out of his was to make room for us.Rooms are beautiful, clean, appliances are too of the range over all beautiful hotel. A++++++ Recommended.

Best accommodation in Warwick without a doubt! I booked a friend from Canberra into here and she was totally blown away. Even in all her travels around Australia, she said shed never stayed in a nicer room. Even going as far to say shed be more than happy to never leave, she loved it so much! (She did stay in the most expensive room, which was at the ridiculously cheap rate of $165. You would pay three times as much in Sydney and it wouldnt be nearly as nice.Great service too. Highly recommended for business travelers or holiday makers. (Free wi-fi also.)
