Tolles Hostel, super zentrale Lage!Unser 2.er Zimmer war mit einem Balkon ausgestattet und hatte eine ausreichende Größe.Auch das Frühstück am Morgen verlief unkompliziert und mit netten Kontakten.

Wenn man eine halbe Stunde vor Frühstücksende ankommt, bekommt man kein Frühstück mehr auch auf Nachfrage nicht.Einzelzimmern sind sauber, Gemeinschaftbad wird täglich sauber gemacht.Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche bekommt man wenns hoch kommt 1x in einer Woche aber nur wenn man ein Deal mit der Putzkraft aushandelt und das auch nur gegen Geld!Einzelzimmern sind im 3 Stock so das man seine schweren Sachen selbst tragen muss.Nur mal so zur Info:Keine Gleichberechtigung beim Personal!

Fiquei 3 noites e gostei. A localização é a melhor esta no centro de tudo. Tem pequeno almoço incluído mas nao tive oportunidade de tomar. A nível da limpeza o quarto estava bem limpo mas a casa de banho era necessário ser limpa mais vezes.

pro: Lage ist für touristische Unternehmungen gut, weil sehr zentral. Die Betreiber und ihre Angestellten sind freundlich, die Unterkunft ist sauber.Con: Im Januar hat leider die Heizung nicht funktioniert, morgens hatte es ca 14 Grad im Zimmer und beschlagene Fenster... Fenster auf Augenhöhe mit den Besuchern der Kirche auf der anderen Seite...

Cool Hostel, right in the centre, nice lil breakfast, clean bathroom, nice stuff

Personal muy desagradable, hostel muy justo en infraestructuras. Esta distribuido en varias plantas, la 5 (sin ascensores un piso pintado de blanco con unas camas destrozadas ( de los 4 que fuimos 3 acabamos en el suelono cuenta con calefaccion ni aire acondicionado. Enfrente hay una terraza chillout con la música a todo volumen toda la noche. Un infierno de hostel.

Pas top.. niveau sécurité pas top: 9 lits (3x3superposés dans une petite chambre, dont les escaliers étaient pas fixes et certains lits sans garde corps..niveau personnel pas top: ambiance froide, pas vraiment le sentiment dêtre bien venu, appart dune unique jeune fille! Pas de visite des lieux..niveau hygiène pas top: deux douches, mixtes et pas vraiment isolé du séjour. Deux WC pour tout le monde aussi..Divers: pas de moyens de paiement par carte après 22h30. Si vous arrivez après 22h30, obligations de payer en cash et directement. Pas moyens de payer avec la carte le lendemain matin.Porte entrée de limmeuble toujours ouverte et nimporte qui peut entre. ouverture de la porte via un bouton, sans voir par la fenêtre ou par une caméra.Vue la taille de la chambre, obligation douvrir les grandes valises dans le séjour, mais mal vu par le personnel.En générale, comme mentionné, pas top!

Excellent hostelVery helpful staff, comfortable bed and shower room.When i arrived first day, I got a hitted by guesthouse owner - City Guesthouse Alfama. 5 Sins Chiado Hostels staff very kind to me and told me what i could do. And then I went to the police station and asked for help. The hostels guy who working there waited me until I came back. I was so grateful.Thank you guys here again!

Perfect location!If you are a long time traverlor they help you out by finding work for you! Inside or outside the hostel.But thats the problem.. They didnt do their job well... Thats why the Bath is not that clean and you have to be careful at the toilet because its very instable..At the moment there is an construction side next to the hostel so you dont need any alarm in the morning ;)And someone stole my yogurt out of the fridge :(Also we booked a room with Balkone and got one without..

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, bonne ambiance. Il faut prévoir quil y a une salle de bain par étage et quon ne peut pas se doucher dès quon veut, et les chambres sont mal isolées, on entend les pas dans lescalier la nuit et les gens qui parlent. Très bon petit déjeuner, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jours passés à lauberge

Im so happy with this place. Its a smaller hostel, so its a bit more intimate and gives you a good community vibe. The staff are awesome, its in a great location, and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Great hostel, Just some things to get better

La ubicación es la ideal, muy muy céntrico. Lo mantienen bastante limpio, pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. La cama dentro de todo es cómoda. Pequeño baño y ducha. Tienen Desayuno incluido que está muy bien. Aparte hay un bar para tomar algo y una sala de estar amplia

Cest la meilleur auberge de jeunesse que jai faire durant mon séjour au Portugal.Super accueil, une bonne literie et du personnels très sympa.Le petit déjeuner est inclus dans le tarif, franchement à ce prix là avoir un petit dej aussi complet, et bon cest rarissime.Du pain frais, des fruits frais, de la bonne confirure, du jambon du fromage, boisson chaude etc .. Un régal vraiment! Et une super ambiance entre les voyageurs, super bien situé en plein cœur de Lisbonne.Jy retournerai sans problème lors dun prochain séjour.Merci pour tout.

Great location! The 9 bed female room I stayed in was was very cramped - 3 bed stacked on top of each other and not in a very big room either. The staff was super nice and friendly! Loved meeting and talking with them. The rest of the facility and the breakfast was great. Had a few drinks at the hostel, but they dont have recycling for bottles.

El hotel está muy bien situado y la atención y predisposición del personal son buenas. Sin embargo, nuestra habitación se encontraba en la 4ª. planta y la finca no dispone de ascensor. El baño era compartido y estaba bastante sucio. En verano, la falta de aire acondicionado nos obligó a abrir las ventanas, lo que supuso siente con mucho ruido exterior —pub cercano—. Desayuno en zona común correcto.

Worst hostel Ive ever been in (and Ive been in a lot). Slept with 9 people on 9 m2, the beds were very crappy and the ladder to get to the top bed came loose. The top bed didnt have a railing to prevent me from falling down 2,5 m. The mixed showers have transparent doors and no place to put your clothes and towel and keep them dry. Lots of these things could just easily be fixed by the staff. Breakfast and location are good though.

Simple, vieil immeuble transformé en auberge de jeunesse avec quelques chambres dhôtes. Charme de lancien et inconvénients de lancien chambre très males isolées beaucoup de bruits à létage impossible de rentrer la nuit sans faire de bruit.... Parquet qui grince verrou des portes qui claque. Si vous cherchez un endroit propre et pas trop cher allez-y. Si vous cherchez le calme pour dormir à éviter.

Great breakfast and comfy beds for a pretty decent price on a budget. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in our room, this wasnt a problem but I can imagine during peak summer this becomes quite hot. The shower was a bit broken too, which is why I cant give 5 stars. But still recommended as it has a great location

Hostel de excelente ubicación, con vistas al Convento do Carmo, justo al lado del Elevador de Santa Justa. La habitación que nos tocó era de 6 personas y demasiado pequeña, muy justos de espacios. Aún así, el personal es agradable y el ambiente es jovial y conoces gente. Es un edificio antiguo convertido en Hostel!! A los baños quizás les falte un poco más de limpieza, pero es lo normal con tanto tránsito de gente. Incluye el desayuno, que personalmente me gustó bastante lo que ofrecen.

Foi boa. O pessoal é atencioso, localização muito boa. Só não curti a música alta em alguns momentos do dia e no início da noite. Eles usam "triliche" (três níveis de camamas são confortáveis. Café da manhã é muito bom.

awesome people , great location

Cheap, friendly, comfortable and a spectacular location. Close to the metro and train station, so the rest of Portugal/Lisbon is at your fingertips. Staff was knowledgeable and outgoing (shout-out to Anna & Melissaand always knew where you should go next. I traveled here solo and it was a magical experience. Will be coming back

Amazing experience in this hostel at the city centre of Lisbon! Great rooms, great staff and lovely cakes and toast for breakfast. Its very close to all the attractions of the city and Metro (Baixa Chiado), or rail station. Strongly recommended!

Staff is great. Big room is actually small, with three level beds. Hostel itself is small, can get noisy, especially on 2nd floor. They have a small bar. Breakfasts are good. A bit overpriced, tho the location is great.

Its a very good hostel. Its calm but close to everything nice is Lisbon, as the Bairro Alto and the Pink Street - less than 10 minutes walking. The place is clean and the breakfast is good.
