Service is horrible! Took forever to take order, then takes order and sais she will get fries right out, 15 minutes later the smallest damn amount of fries sent out. Chicken was uncooked and tasted like chemicals. No drink refill offer. Came at me saying my card was declined told them to run it again and it went through. Fooooook this place.

It was clear that they were either going through a rush or they were short staffed, but the service was still great as well as the food. I got the Guacamole Bacon burger, which had the guac spread thick on it to create a really delicious sandwhich. Even when the entire restaurant seemed stressed from whatever the source was, the waitresses were very friendly and welcoming. Overall a very good experience!

Hadn’t been to Red Robin since before Covid, went today and couldn’t have been more disappointed, the burger was not edible, dry and so salty. Will NOT be going back.

Had a wonderful experience here! We immediately sat down and got friendly service. The burgers were sooo good & the campfire sauce is phenomenal.

The burger was barely warm, the French Onion Soup had very few onions and was also barely warm. The wait was 15-20 minutes before the food arrived. The people in a nearby booth got their food in very short time and were able to leave before us even though they arrived after us. Lot of good places to go, but not here again.

The fries were cold every time they came out, and the wait staff only checked to see if we needed anything once so we ended up leaving thirsty. Not the worst place weve ever been but by far not the best.

First time going food was good. Hamburgs are huge so definetly get your monies worth and unlimited fries.

Got the $10 deal with a burger fries and drink. Very good, great service. It took a while to get a table but it was Sunday after church and we had 5 in our party.

Associates were not really pleasant as we came in for our dine in lunch. We do not have the technology to order from our phones so we requested a menu which we barely could read on the electronic pad. We felt rushed in our order and given our bill as we were still in the middle of eating our lunch. As we were leaving the table we spotted flies and dirt by window and on counter. If I had noticed that before hand we would not have dined at Red Robin at all. We have gone to other red Robins and had gotten better service. Though we tipped our waiter cash, the company of Red Robin should really get employees to really clean up especially in the dining area and bathrooms. Will not return to your restaurant again. So sorry about our review but dealing with food, restaurants should be cleaned and flies should not be around at all. Hope others have better review.

It was pretty good. The burger I had lacked flavor, but it wasnt horrible. The waitress was very friendly and we had prompt service. My daughter and I also enjoyed a brownie sundae and it was phenomenal!

This Red Robin has been in Grandville for quite a while and is still a great place to eat. Our server was friendly and did a great job. The food was good, but it seems like I used to get more fries with my burger. The building and furnishings are showing there age, but I would still recommend this place for gourmet burger and fries.

Always something different to try here. Chicken sandwich and their pub style burger have been my favorites so far. Try the garlic parm fries if you havent already and keep the basket for garlic juice at the bottom! Yum.

Good burgers, cod fillets, and chicken tenders. Fries were great and love the campfire sauce. Service was quick and friendly. Cant say that about every place these days.

Ordered the salmon and was $15 for an over cooked tiny piece, the only thing smaller was the amount of fries served with it. Yes I understand that we can ask for more but would have like to have it with the meal.

Excellent food with lots of choices, even for a vegetarian. Any burger can be done with a Veggie Burger if requested. Service was top notch as well.

I really liked the style and decorations in the place, not only that, the burger I had was practically perfect!(I dont remember the exact name of the burger but Im pretty sure it was the red... Havent been to this location in a very long time. I decided to try something new and went with the bbq brisket chips. Menu pics and description looked and sound great delicious. When my order came it was all cold. Our server Katie apologized and quickly took it and said shed bring me a new one. Just moments later the manager brought it out. It still wasnt overly warm and there was hardly any brisket in it. It was very disappointing. Katie was gracious trying to make it right, but I ended up sharing my daughters meal. I asked her to please just take it off our bill. Never once did a manager come back to our table. Very poor management, in my opinion. Katie did all she could. It was disappointing to think standards of quality are not being upheld.

I feel like I havent had a service like this in a long time. So thank you Ally, fantastic job. My toddler and I came in for a couple of burgers. I am so pleased that I chosen to come here. Never been in this place before. But I will definitely return soon!

I always enjoy coming to this establishment. They are really quick to take care of my orders especially when they know Im on lunch and staff is friendly.

I love red Robin. Never had an issue with my meal before and everything comes out fresh and delicious. Even when they are busy Ive never felt like I had slow service. Waitstaff is always friendly too.

I have to say at almost 52 years old, theirs was the best burger Ive ever eaten. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I branched out and tried zucchini fries for the first time and they were delicious. Dont let the fact that its a vegetable scare you off. LOL My son loved his lunch as well

Delicious burgers with a lot of customizability. Their grilled chicken (instead of a burger pattyis a delicious, healthy alternative.They have a great happy hour if you can get there early enough.

Had a great experience with two hungry kids in the party. The server was friendly and quick to meet or modest requests. The food was delicious and hot. My older one enjoyed the bottomless mac and cheese, fries, and chocolate milk. I had my favorite, the Whisky River BBQ Burger, cooked to perfection as usual. My youngest opted for the gingerbread shake, which he sucked down, a sure sign it was delicious. Despite shortages, they were well staffed and all food items we wanted were available.

Awesome experience! My Bacon Cheeseburger was perfect. All of our meals were done just right. We had a bit of a wait to be seated but nothing significant. We received our food in a timely fashion and our waitress Madison was an absolute doll. She was friendly, smiling and checked up on us with perfect timing. Thanks Madison!

This was the new scorpion burger....so delicious, not as hot as I thought it was gonna be, but the flavors mashed very well. Had a side of their new cheese and bacon fondue, not to bad :One thing I did notice (and my wife pointed out), the food always comes out quick! Probably best so we dont fill up on fries 😉

First time patrons.Food was late...came out with appetizers. old food on "new" plates. asked for no tomatoes...got tomatoes. waitress kept hitting My feet with food she was swelling in My direction while we were eating.food was good...but, food was good.

The server was excellent - Joy was her name, the hostesses made sure everyone had masks on when walking around, and the food was fantastic! The steak fries were so good and I see why the burgers made them famous.

Service was great, they utilized social distancing and we were checked on often throughout the meal. I tried the wedgie burger this time... Dont know if it was because its a healthier burger but there was absolutely no seasoning or flavor on the burger itself. It was like eating a mouthful of flavorless substance with veggies. Salt and pepper packets made it a little more bearable, but I wouldnt have eaten the whole thing if I hadnt paid for it and wasnt hungry. Came with bottomless salad that was great & my fiance raved about the Mad Love burger but the fries were bland AF. They took the fry seasoning off the tables but they also forgot to put seasoning on it in the kitchen. Covid changed everything.

Overall take away: not paying attention to detail, treating consumers as an inconvenience, half-hearted corrections, and frustrated and annoyed consumer.Details: I ordered to pick up and once I arrived I did not have to wait long for my food to come out. The first issue I noticed right off the bat was the presence of a tomato on my burger when I had marked "no tomato" on my order. I ordered online and was given the option to mark what I did and didnt want on my burger. Why give the option to make this selection if your not going to pay any attention to it? I always order my burger s without tomatoes and often this gets overlooked. While this is frustrating, it is something I am used to. At this point I was going to give a 3 or 4 star review...but then it got worse... after the recipt was signed and we got our food the worker walked away and I realized that we were never given the drinks I ordered. In my confirmation email it said to call the restaurant directly with any questions. I called multiple times and each time it rang and then went straight to a busy tone; no hold or automated messages, just loud beeping of a busy tone. So at this point I am getting even more frustrated. I decided to go to the door to ask someone about my beverages. I was greated at the door by a very stressed out employee who definitely made me feel that I was an inconvenience to her. (I get that it was the busy time, but that is no excuseShe asked me what drinks I had ordered and told me that they would have them out in a couple minutes. So I stood outside the door and waited. I became increasingly frustrated the longer I waited. (And meanwhile, my food was sitting in the car getting coldWhen the drinks were brought out it was again as if my problem was a major inconvenience to the staff "helping" me. When I got to my car and went to drink my smoothie I couldnt because it was far from smooth. I was basically given pure fruit over ice. There were significant amounts of full ice cubes. Thankfully I had a blender at home to actually make my smoothie smooth, but really I should never have to blend my own smoothie! And the rootbeer float was like only 3/4 full in the cup and my husband who the float was for said it didnt have very much rootbeer in it either. It felt like because they forgot the drinks I paid for I was too much of an inconvenience to properly complete my order, thus a half blended smoothie. What started out as decently good service turned out pretty terrible.

1st time here I enjoyed a drink and my friend some TV .. its very family function style mixed with Kate night business people its a comfortable mix of everyone out and about. I love the onion rings sauce !!! We will be back
