A small boutique lounge offering a variety of craft beers and you will sure be spoilt with choices. If you cant decide on which flavour of beer to choose, get a flight set. Their dishes on menu complimented well with the beers.

Good place to have some fun time hanging out in small groups. The place isnt very big but doesnt feel any bit of uncomfortable. The beer collections are good. If you are pretty much into beers, I would recommend Big Poppa Wee Heavy dark beer. The bartenders are young, still learning but are already good enough. Happy hours would be the best time for this bar.

nobody wants to listen to loud ballads while they drink craft beer, ok?staff didnt say a word to me in english or 中文 until i paid and left.the beer is excellent - good selection and well maintained, but the other issues made it SO hard to sit in there. sorry dudes.

Cozy place for a brewed beer, great variety of beer choices including IPA and some other flavors. You can choose different size and try different taste, not yet disappointed by any one. Some food choices here but not too much! The place is relatively small so it might fit better for a group of less than four. Nice place to go with friends for a drink after work!

Love this place! Great friendly staff. Funky nice crowd. Not too noisy but still happening. I only drank the beer (go during Happy Hour - it is a GREAT deal!but the food smelled good too. I will be returning to this local gem soon!

Quick mid week beer!Good service, small laidback place, we had chips and salsa with our beer.The beer selection is large enough and even thou most of the beers are from the same brewery (23they did had some guest beers which is a nice touch!Beware, they have peanuts, but they are BRAISED peanuts, that’s a NO from me.Accidentally ordered these chewy wet peanuts and nope.

Awesome, chill, not crowded, fair price, you can enjoy simply drinking and spend your time with dizzy mind. I should come this bar earlier and enjoy the time

Best craft beer in Taipei. Its no wonder that other bars and pubs even stock it themselves. Another plus- No bullsh!t zoomer music blasting like the inside of a World Gym. Also has bottle to-go!

（with English menuit’s a very small beer shops. They have lots of options for tap beers. If u like IPA, u may like here a lot. However, I think the snacks in here are just acceptable. It doesn’t worth the price we paid ( but beers does!)

Not bad. Food can be better. Love their happy hour plan, 150 per glass. If music was also better I would give them higher points.

The staff is friendly and nice , accommodate the customers wellIf someone come and bargain for a shot for NTD.50 which they sell one glass of whiskey for NTD.380, of course the staff didn’t accept the ridiculous price.Shame when him didn’t get what he want then came to leave a bad review.The bar and stuff is amazing.

Lovely staffs！And Mr. Slap Stand or I can call you Simon William Gaudreau.I was there as a customer when you and your friend bargain with the blonde guy.I don’t think there is any bar in Taiwan can offer you 50 Ntd for a shot.If there is, maybe just like what he said, you can just go there.Because he already told you the price.

Staff is a bit weird... we were a large group. We Tried to buy simple gin shots or whilsky, the blond guy did not know how much to charge, so I asked 10 shots for 500ntd.. he said he’ll do it for 100ntd, but he would go check what he can do. The blond staff came back later without shots, I asked him how about the shots and now he asked for 150 and said if I’m not happy to go elsewhere.... weird situation, since he made the whole situation complicated for no reason. First and LAST Time here 🥱

Nice little cozy spot for a few beers during Happy Hour. Great new manager and bartenders! Some of the best beer in the island. Try a sour, or the Brut IPA!

I really liked the "Hipsters dont drink" IPA. 12 beers on tap. Happy hour til 7 brings prices from 220NT to 150NT

Nice selection of 23’s own craft brews and collaborations with other local craft brands like Redpoint. Small place, chill atmosphere.

My go-to neighbourhood bar, wish they had a few cocktail selections...but need to be contended with their beers that are supposed to taste like cocktails. Good bar-snacks, amazingly friendly staff, would never make you feel bad for stepping in. Overall, a place you wouldn’t regret, if you know why you came here in the first place :-),

Beer flavors taste great. Place is cool. Bartenders are helpful. Just that the serving size is a bit small-ish. For that price they couldve served it in a pint.

Drinks and food are good. Went downstairs to listen to the stand up comedians, within five minutes I heard five homophobic jokes. This place is a great place if you’re straight!

Expensive beers, only give you half a pint plastic cups when they have full pint glasses. Gives lame excuse about 380 ml vs 420 ml difference. Visually its obviously 0.6 pint vs full pint. If Im getting half a pint I would like half my money back please

This place is super chill, had great beer choices(even for a cider lover), and really nice people working there. Im so glad that we made this a part of our travels.

I came here after a long day in the lab. It was a long week, in fact. Things werent going well, my results were showing up blank. My family kept questioning me about my graduation date. My personal life was a mess. And Yeah, my heart was broken more than a handful of times since I came to this island... Things were looking pretty grim.A colleague of mine called me up and asked me out for a drink. "Lets meet at 23 public!", He said. I had seen the place before on my daily commute and I had always wanted to check out the scene. There isnt much of a chilled bar scene here so I had always just grabbed a beverage from the nearest convenience store and went back to my room to unwind. This could be a good change for me. I walked through the glass doors and saw my friend at the bar. "Whats good?" I asked. Anything and everything looked like it belonged. A couple IPAs on the list caught my eye. I havent always liked IPAs but its been such a long time, I figured I give it a shot. "One 6 please" I said in Chinese. The bartender nodded and proceeded to carefully filled the glass from the tap. The first sip relaxed my nerves immediately. My friend and I chatted for a few hours, ranting about different red tape we saw in our respective departments. So much nonsense and inefficiencies in and around everything here. We quipped, at least the beer didnt take its time. Haha. Before we knew it, and three more glasses later, we were approaching closing time. We thanked the bartender and promised wed be back on another day. I went home, feeling a little less broken.

Went on a Tuesday night around 22:00 and it was pretty full. Nice selection of craft beers. You can sample before you buy which is great. I didnt order any food so I cant comment on that. Would love to go back again.

Happy hours from 15:30-19:00, no01-08(except no. 07every cup is NTD$150, bartender could speak English, very friendly and good service. The beer is really nice have many flavors. But only have one cider. Some snacks really good with beers. Nice place at all.

They beer here is good, but pricey. A 12 oz. (330 mLIPA costs 200-220 NT, which is more than I pay in Vancouver, Canada. However, it is better than the run of the mill beer you get everywhere else, so worth a visit!

Nice for beer tasting. Eat before you go as they are about beer not food. The food isnt great, frozen pizza and nacho with burnt cheese. The beer is decent but the servings seem to be half pint size.

Another good example highlighting that good beer is taking over the world.If you are a fan of American Hopps, then the local beers here are your bag.

Gotta love their beers. Forgot the name of the beer but #4 is very refreshing if youre looking for something light. I also like their ipa. There are a few food selections but I believe they are microwaved. Will definitely come back again

Really good craft beer. They make most of them.Not much on the food side, normal bar snacks. But those beans are damn good.Music was good for a relaxing atmosphere and can chat with friends easily

In a neighbourhood of the city i dont think a lot of people would go to, but its a really cool venue. Small & intimate, the staff is very friendly, the music is decent, & good variety of beers.

Great craft beers from some great guys! A selection list with at least 2 brews you will enjoy. The owners/brewers are fun and engaging conversationalists. The location is great for people watching as well. Have a few cold ones.

"23 public " is a brand of IPA craft beer made by a guy from the U.K. living in Taipei. This bar only sells their brand. It has a regular crowd of patrons a few of which still think smoking is a cool thing. 🙀The Highlight of this place is three Woody Allen books placed next to rest room. The beer is 200NT$ / glass - happy hour ends at 19:00 . Downers, a few little things can destroy the atmosphere of a bar, one is formica wood, the other is IKEA tables but for me it is poor C.I.R very bright LED lights 👩🏼‍⚕️ I dont care about beer but poor LED I do care.👨🏻‍🔬

Personally not a fan of the beer but how can I allow my personal taste allow to influence my judgment. The place has a great atmosphere, sweet staff and a solid location. IPA lovers will find no fault with it
