Lovely place with reconstructed old siberian buildings. Many shops, restaraunts and bars. Place to spend hours for pleasant walking

Скажу так, это место в Иркутске, по моему мнению, стоит посетить в первую очередь. Исторический деревянный ансамбль недалеко от центра города. Нет конечно полного ощущения истинной «историческости» т. к. здесь в основном новодел с воспроизведением исторической застройки Иркутска. Но тем не менее. Приятно прогуляться туда-сюда-обратно, зайти в парочку бутиков или ресторанов, которые расположены прямо в этих самых восстановленных деревянных зданиях. Популярное место тусовки местной молодежи. Совсем рядом, здесь же большой торговый центр и театр.

Задумка хорошая была, реализация никакая. Атмосферы нет, всё новое, окрашенно не так давно, есть улицы где прям чувствуется вся эпоха, и почти в первозданном виде. А так торговый центр в старых зданиях, и никакой смысловой нагрузки. Не захватывает. Эмоции нулевые. Вид тоже средненький.

Хочется чобы дома остались навсегда. Сами дома сделаны на долгие годы жизни многих поколений одной семьи, а какая фасадная отделка. Такую красату можно долго рассматривать. Сейчас дома так ни кто не украшает. Это один дом, но есть и другие.

Nice place

Its a mess in the evening. Real undermangement. They deny except you because the kitchen be closed in 50 minutes, they dont need your money....lazy hostess and waiters, sluggish place.

Lovely walking street with pubs and restaurants. Must visit if you want to see the nightlife in Irkutsk.

Очень интересное, стилизованное под сибирскую деревню, место. Начинается квартал со скульптуры символа города Иркутска бабра. А затем предлагается загадать желание и пройти квартал по кругу. Много романтических мест типа моста влюбленных. Есть сувинирные лавочки и кафешки с интересными названиями. Рекомендую к посещению.

Beautiful

It’s scorchingly hot in the summer and only slightly less in the winter. It’s an amazing place, but plan to go in January wearing a t shirt for maximum comfort. There’s no need for jackets at all.

Peaceful, beautiful and supper cold!! One of my favourite places in the world, despite the fact I was literally freezing to death. Worth every minute

Looks bit artificial, but anyway it is worth to have a walk here. Good place for coffee or some food.

Good place to find something to eat or drink.. very good restoration of the building but if you walk around the city you can find better places with the same quality and lower prices.

Very beautiful building.. but we didnt go in since it was close to -30c with the wind chill and it was way too cold for us..

Хорошо что не забывают традиционную архитектуру руси, но на мой взгляд, современная архитектура плохо сочетается с избами и получается хаотичное смешение стилей. В городе очень много полу разрушенных деревянных домов, можно их тоже отреставрировать...

A very beautiful and attractive

Воспроизведенная часть старого Иркутска. Красиво, интересно. Для пешей прогулки подходит идеально. Можно сделать много интересных фотографий. Большое количество кафе, ресторанчиков и магазинов. Расположен в самом центре города с несколькими парковками. Место обязательно к посещению!

Tourist place which lead to a big big shopping mall .. just a street with plenty of restaurant and souvenirs shop .. nothing much fancy.

The best place to get acquainted with traditional Siberian wood architecture. Great variety of different restaurants - from Italian to Japanese.

Trendy, interesting, arty, very touristy. The entire area is built in a historical style, though almost none of the buildings are anything but restaurants, hotels or shops.

Love this places

Definitely the restaurant street, some of the best restaurants are all located on or next to this street. The street has a shopping mall at the opposite end to the entry statue entrance.We found it a nice experience walking and then eating along this street.

Its a good place for shopping, or visiting restaurants and coffee shops.

Vety pleasant place to spend some time in shopping and after that eating in few very good resturants. Very lively.

Great place for rest

Many restaurants, shops and entertainments for all family and friends. Part of Europe in Siberias capital.

Its a pretty good area for night-live and shopping with quite a few pubs and restaurants serving different types of food (including traditional cuisine). There is a also a good shopping mall there - Modniy Kvartal. Overall, its probably one of the very few places in the actual city which I would recommend tourists to visit. So, if you have few days in Irkutsk, give 130 Kvartal a chance - pick a place for dinner and take a walk around the area.

Nice walk and shops

I didnt see much interesting on the street. Theres a series of restaurants and stores that stretch maybe two blocks. The statue of the mythical beaver-tiger at the north end is probably the most interesting part.

Pedestrianised Area with selection of restaurants and bars and run of the mill souvenir shops. They tout it as having examples of the original style of wooden architecture of the area but if you stroll atound the town along the "green line" youll see plenty of the real houses. There is a modern shopping centre at the end of the strip.I only strolled through it during a quiet day in April, apart from the cool statue of Irkutsks "mascot" at the beginning of the strip i cant recommend much else. Theres probably more of a buzz about this place on weekend nights or during tourist high season. When the bars etc. are busy.
