I came here with a friend and we were greeted by a lovely waitress called Callie. She was very friendly and we really enjoyed our experience. The customer service was excellent and we really enjoyed the food. I would highly recommend anyone to try this place out! Thank you Callie!

First time here, food was delicious. Although theyre small plates, theyre reasonably substantial and filling. Drinks were well priced too. Service was excellent from Jade. Looking forward to visiting again.

Definitely the best breakfast in Liverpool. Yet to try their evening menu, but weve had breakfast there multiple times now, and the quality of ingredients is second to none.

2nd time here and really enjoyed it. Lots of love, thought and attention packed onto a small dish. We especially liked the Wild mushroom gnocchi and spicy Oriciette. Each mouthful was a wonderful flavour journey. Great service from Jade too!

Fantastic food, the flavours where amazing. Washed down with a fabulous bottle of passemento. Too full for desert.. decided on a glass of delicious cherry primativo for my OH. And a raspberry fizz for me made with locally made lemoncello ❤️. Service was impeccable and unobtrusive. Tuesday night.. early on from 6pm, not a table to be had, speaks volumes about the food, service and ambience. Would highly recommend. When I asked about homemade lemoncello, I was offered a taste.. delicious, smooth and refreshing, to then be told it’s made locally! Even better.

Goats cheese 🧀 was great so were the prawns and the salmon good location great food

Excellent food and service. However, the board outside says 2 for £12 on small plates and cocktails. I did not see this till we sat outside after our meal.I asked our lovely waitress, who had no knowledge of the offer.She asked inside, and apparently the owner has told the staff not to mention the offer unless the customer asks!!If the owner is not prepared to offer a reduced menu, then it should not be displayed outside. Shame!!

Absolutely spot on! First time visit today and it blew me away. The food is absolutely unbelievable every dish I got the variety of flavours in them were perfect. Staff were lovely and the restaurant looks really good. Thank you Luca! We’ll be back!

Beautiful little establishment offering a wide variety of drinks accompanied by little Italian small plates. Recommend 2-3 dishes per person. Food was beautiful and service was excellent.

Surprised at some reviews, but my experience dining at Luca was very good. Delicious food and great service from Jade and co. Will visit again soon, but in the meantime please help the poor yucca plant languishing in the loo to a spot with natural light 🪴🌞💚

Welcome addition to allerton road. Our favourites were the goats cheese salad, Bianco pizzette and the orchiette. Wine list is extensive with a great choice of drinks by the glass and all at a reasonable price. Menu is lovely and all at fair prices. Excellent service.

Went for lunch with colleagues middle of the week and the place was buzzing. Luca had a relaxed atmosphere perfect for catching up with friends. We were offered the choice of main or 2 for £12 lunch menu with plenty of options to mix and match from their small plates menu.Caitlin and Orla were on hand to provide great advice on food choices as well as unobtrusive service. Great recommendation on coffees too to pep us up.Dishes arrived when ready and all were a great portion size for lunch, pasta and pizzas were super fresh and everything delightfully presented.Child friendly too if bringing the family but be sure to make a reservation!

Luca, first time here, excellent service by Aisy, relaxed ambience, food -quality ingredients, well presented at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Visited last night for my birthday meal and had such a lovely time! Food was just delicious and service was really fast and friendly. We were served by Elliot who was so attentive and welcoming. We will be definitely back!

My wife heard about this place as it was trending on Trip Advisor. We went for lunch and coffee and really enjoyed it. Great choice of vegetarian options. The mushroom risotto was the highlight but everything we had was great. Very friendly service too, well definitely go back.

I owe this place at least 4 five star reviews so far already! First time we visited we only popped in for drinks and were immediately captured by the tasty smells and friendly service. Rapidly booked lunch not long after and the food did not disappoint! I am recommending the arancini as I have had them at every visit ever since! We then managed to get an impromptu night without the children and as I really wanted to eat here again, I messaged them via Instagram for availability. They were fully booked at this point (not surprisedbut their quick and friendly responses were greatly appreciated.... Luckily for me they had a cancellation a few hours later and they immediately got in contact to see if I was interested. Big thumbs up from me! We had an amazing dinner, drinks and dessert and they even brought us some complimentary limoncello to cheers an evening without the kids!We recently visited again to celebrate my FILs birthday and even my little rascals cleared their plates. Great food and great service again! Even down to singing happy birthday over a candlelit gin & tonic as we were too full for dessert!I will definitely be back!

Weve visited Luca twice now, once for Sunday lunch and once for food from the main menu. Both times the food was fantastic, good sized portions and really tasty. The service is attentive without being intrusive. Both of our servers were excellent, unfortunately I dont know the name of our first server but our second was Caitlin. Well be back soon!

Extremely disappointing. Very expensive for the small portions you get. Slow service, waited over 30 minutes to get dessert. Not gordal olives as described and foccacia was burnt. The smallest doughnuts ever that were £7! No bigger than a 2p each. But was nicely decorated inside.

Disappointing. Visited with a party of 6 and we were very warmly welcomed. Service was good. Food, however, was disappointing. Olives (Gordalwere not the enormous and juicy gordal olives we were used to but very small and not as tasty as had hoped for. Tomato tapenade with focaccia. Focaccia was charred on a griddle but just tasted burnt, not salty at all and quite dry. The zucchini tempura side dish was tasty and a good portion. Lamb tagliatelle (starter portionwas OK but a little dry. Cod Puttanesca with fennel and anchovy tempura was really disappointing, quite tasty but £9 for literally 3 bites of food. Advertises as small plates but pushed the boundaries. My wife ordered a dessert (Italian equivalent of churros, fried doughballs with lemon curdbut waited over 30 minutes and it was taken off the bill (we didnt have to ask), the dish was miniscule and the lemon curd seemed to us from a jar. There were more dishes and reviews from our party were mixed, some good, some bad but very hit and miss. Nice ambience and service but needs to improve a lot.

Just opened as an Italian small plates restaurant and I’ve eaten here today for the first time. This is an incredible hidden gem. I didn’t expect to find a place of this quality in a quieter corner of Liverpool. Try the cod and the chorizo, damn try everything.

Nice place, staff are lovely and the food had always been top notch! Would recommend coming here if youre in the area. The golden mylk drink was especially lovely.

Absolutely amazing restaurant and staff.We had my sisters 30th birthday celebrations here yesterday and couldnt of had a better time. The staff, especially the manager was so accommodating when planning the night - nothing was too much bother. We had bottomless brunch, and the was lots of options for food and for a brilliant price.The staff was so friendly, ensuring the night ran smoothly going above and beyond for everyone.The food was amazing, the staff was amazing, the restaurant was amazing.Thank you for making our night so special.

After trying here for brunch on the recommendation of family, we went back for dinner on Saturday & I must say it didnt disappoint! Food was outstanding, staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the food. Honestly couldnt fault a thing! Think this will take over as my new favourite place!

Came a few weeks ago and had a superfood bowl in the restaurant, which was excellent, service was good. So decided to pop in for a take away bowl. Apologies for the picture, it doesnt really show just how nice and full the bowl was. Take away service was great, as Id popped in, I had a cappuccino whilst I waited for my food, which arrived to go before id finished my coffee. Staff were really pleasant and chatted to me as I was there on my own, which was nice. Will definitely return to eat in and for takeaway.

Beautiful, healthy food, lovely feeling and very helpful & courteous staff. The superfood bowls were delicious and great that you get to choose your own combination of ingredients. Good prices, too.
