I bought coupons on the shopping store and hoping to enjoy the dishes with my friend.Its not worth for me. The best view would be looking out from the ladys restroom.Waitresses are acting indifferent not even introduction the dishes when served.Meals were testing plane but nothing special.This is the first time I visit but would be also the last time.

Very good food and services. Food quality and delicacy is super! Expensive but definitely worth it!

Really not impressed by this restaurant. The Louis 14th style is really weird and the food is nothing exceptional.I would not recommend this place for a date. And the KTV rooms are quite average, they try to make it high class but its really not cozy.

Food is simply said, great.Portions are good and it tickled my taste buds.We went afterwards to bar 88, two floors up.Literally a different view of Taipei, and the drinks are great too.

Prix fixed menu has delectable dishes .

The restaurant has an incredible view from 85F and the service is great, this is really an amazing place to eat with ur friends and family

Food is very tasty and very well prepared. Service is top notch as well. The view by the window is spectacular although theres a premium for the window seats in the form of higher priced minimum order. Overall, my friend and I had a pleasant meal experience there.

Last time here was over 10 years ago. Since we have a family-friends- gathering today, wanted to pick a restaurant with good food and ambiance. Dingxian 101 is a great choice! We ordered the Lunch Set to have a taste of the best of famous Taiwanese foods. Every dish was great, nice presentation, and good service! Will definitely consider coming back again for family and friends gatherings.

Appetizer, main course and dessert are all prefect! They served you several menu with good portions. The soup is amazing. And their sashimi is very fresh and delicious. The plate, tea cup, utensils, etc. are good quality products from Japan. Moreover, if you tell your nationality while making the reservation, they will put a little flag of your nationality on your table. It’s a tiny thing but impressed you! I recommend you to see the weather forecast before you go because if it’s raining you cannot see anything for the night scenery. In conclusion, this restaurant will still be my all-time favorite restaurant in Taipei!

The service is excellent. The waitress is very friendly with a great sense of humor and tries to explain the food in English for a foreigner. She makes it very welcoming.

Didnt even bother to take a photo of the dishes, pretty mediocre.Mushrooms are even having a weird sour taste. Food quality, banquet gadgets and services are both below average or expected for a Taipei 101 dining place.

Great food, great view, great service and great atmosphere!

Purposely travelled from Malaysia for birthday celebration and dined in at DingXian because of the advertisement which was recommended by flight company, but the tastes of foods and level of services were making a total disappointment. Notes: restaurant should clearly state and explain to customers if were not allowed to choose our own seat, and waiters should be trained as I finished the whole course without getting feedback from waiters after asking a menu for twice.

Tasty authentic Taiwanese dishes but pretty small portion for the price. Did not enjoy the view from 86th floor due to cloudy weather.

Food was fine, but the banquet room next door was loud with karaoke music. Seriously affects the dining atmosphere. Not worth the price.

A place to have dinner with breathtaking view of Taipei cityscape at night. The dishes are very delicious. If there was one request, make it more muslim friendly

Good night view with good service, First time ever came here lucky some friends suggested.The waiter and waitress are working as a good team, is quite difficult to run down all different courses meal at the same time also need to care about what customer needs Im really impressed with the meal as well also the environment plus the decorations with the music playing at the background are really suitable for each other.Fantastic experience !! for sure will come back again.

Scenic restaurant on 86 floor. December wet weather cant see much & far as its rainy & cloudy.

Have no idea what happened?In this price charge, the table service and food should perform better. Probably the price charge include the night view from 86 floor, lol.Waiter should’ve done more training, and somehow there’s smell walking through the fish tank. Don’t even mention the food, I knew I was having staff’s set, staffs are also “customers”, at least you well seasoned then serve it.The 2 stars are for the night view👍🏻

The view was stunning but other than that it was a surprisingly mediocre experience. The food was ok but it was quality that youd expect in a local street vendor, not an upscale Michelin mentioned restaurant. Our server that day was also not very professional. He displayed visible signs of dismay when we added a few items to our order (because the portions were so damn smalland he constantly forgot obvious parts of our order, always serving 1 or 2 dishes less. I wouldnt recommend unless you have nowhere else to spend your money.

Unprofessional! Supposedly a high-end restaurant, afternoon tea at 800NT/ person was absolutely disappointing. We ordered iced coffee, it came with HOT milk on the side. Then we ordered hot coffee, but they gave us ICED coffee instead.Afternoon hours end at 4:30 PM, they started cleaning and moving tables/ chairs at 3:00 PM. Servers are polite but not well trained at all, in fact very clueless. I understand the prices are high because they’re selling the 101 observatory view, but the kind of service they demonstrated was absolutely unacceptable and absurd, especially for somewhere like Taipei 101. I expected much more from them. DISAPPOINTMENT!

Fresh, delicious, health conscious cuisine, view of Taipei city from 101 Tower was superb. Decor of the restaurant build is traditional and practical. Good for business dining and special friend gathering.

Muslim menu available, request and they will guide you along. It is a 8-course menu, and the freshness of the food is just amazing. Delicious!!! Reservation is needed, call them to book your seats to avoid disappointment. If youre celebrating your special occasion, request for window seat. Enjoy the food with beautiful view.

luxury restaurant/spectacular views/above averaged food.9 courses for 2000 dollar, not so expensive but considering small portion of each dish, you will suddenly realized that the cost for dinner in Taipei 101 really cost you a fortune. The view from the window definetely win back some scores and reasure the dollar you spent here.sum up, nice place for special events or wedding.

Chinese fine dining course meal.

Go the the shin yeh, not here ! Awful experience. Food was not that bad but for 80$/person it is not enough. Service is very amateur, they do not really speak English and run everywhere like naruto. The menu is different wether you have a window or not, a full meal will be around 100$/person at the window, which could be ok if it was really good. The ambiance is very bad, way too much (whitelight, no music and the room is almost empty. After the diner, I went to the shin yeh one floor lower to see how it was and it was awesome. Their restaurant looks way better, they have the good side for the view and the prices are in the same range. There is also a third restaurant/bar which is really nice and cheaper if you want on the 85th floor.

Excellent decoration and view! Food was fresh, lightly seasoned, but not exceptional. The service was too fast and not coordinated well. For the price, all of the details of service should have been the best.

I go there to enjoy a nice Fathers Day dinner with my 78 year old dad. I wanted to take him to a nice restaurant so I decided this one would do.Boy was I surprised when there was a private party in the next room doing a Lion dance. I bet the people next door had a blast. For us and all the other diners next door, it was like eating at the fish market. Ive never been so disappointed before and my poor old dad had a hard time enjoying the meal with the roar of the drums and the music next door. When we complained to the manager, she simply said theres nothing she could do.I understand if people want to celebrate, but the restaurant never told us this until we started our meal. A courtesy warning would have been more than welcome as we could have gone to another restaurant and had a meal in peace.Oh, and the food was okay. For the price, I could eat at a Michelin star restaurant.The view is subpar as well.

Celebrate here for our 12th anniversary,ordered $1980 n$ 2380 dinner, no single dish is special n the service is just ok,as u can see they submitted all dishes at once. Very disappointed!
