100 Wardour St, Soho, London W1F 0TN, Colombia
Swanky, multipurpose venue with a stylish, all-day lounge & eatery, plus a downstairs dance club.
Saturday dinner with a group of friends!Lovely place and fabulous food! Every dish was delicious 🤤The waiters were very helpful despite the delays we had getting our food. They even offered free beverage to our group.I would definitely come back, great place!
Great place for a night out whether for a dinner or getting drinks. Stylish bar, drinks with reasonable prices in central London and good vibes.Special thanks to David for helping us throughout the night
Beautiful place. Prices are fair. The venue is well air conditioned and very clean. Staff are very nice (thank you David). Sound system is solid, you don’t listen to a meaningless loud.
I really liked this place. Good value for money, it was a delicious 3 course meal with 2 glasses of prosecco for £40 inc service charge.I had the lamb for main and chocolate dessert . Atmosphere amazing, the live singers were Perfect.
I want to speak specifically on the security staff at 100 Wardour Street. All too often, security or "bouncers" get a bad name. However, I was incredibly impressed with the security at 100 Wardour Street, who provided outstanding support to me a few weeks back when I couldnt find my phone in the club. Several members of the security team were on hand to help find my phone, and each showed real concern for my issue - I truly felt they were doing everything they could to help. They were kind and considerate, and put me at ease almost immediately. I am so grateful to them. So thank you to the team!
Come for the music not the food. The weekend brunch is a great place for your birthday celebration, bachelorette party or a college reunion with the gals from your flat. The food was salty and average.
Amazing experienceWe was there yesterday evening, me, my friend and herItalian friendThe food was amazing, villi flower and paella really good, the band was really nice, I unfortunately we had been seating at one table behind the pillar and we couldn’t see properly, but it was fine. Our best experience with a lot of thanks was Mauro, he assist us during all evening! He took the order and he was so kind to explain to our Italian friend everything regarding menu and help her to chose the better dishes, course she don’t understand English.Thank you so much MauroWe promise you an extra feedback for you!Hope to see him as soon we will came back… even without Italian friends 😅!
Only went for drinks but the staff were friendly. Quite busy and not loads of seats but staff found us when there was one available which wa nice. Had The Instinct cocktail which was really nice! Bit pricey but nice vibe for a chill couple of drinks
100 Wardour Street has lost its charm. Our experience at the cocktail bar was more of a school disco than a classy bar in central London. It was grossly overpriced for overly-sweet and fluorescent drinks that you would pay not to drink. Further to this, they had charged me the £150 no-show fee despite arriving on time to confirm my single booking. They have since refunded this, after having to show photo proof of the receipts (which I luckily had kept).
Hector was an absolute saint; it was incredibly busy and he managed to get us a table despite the madness.100 Wardour is great for something impromptu but also a planned night.Thank you so much guys!
Went on a Saturday for a bottomless prosecco brunch. Atmosphere was electric and waiters were very helpful and attentive. The bar has a lot of dining space and plenty of females at the venue too.
Terrible experience here over the weekend due to the severe attitude problem of the front of house lady. Our table was for 1.5 hours and we were told to leave after despite there being lots of availability online for the time we were due to leave. We tried to explain this to her but it did appear inconceivable to her that we would dare question her on this and that we would want to stay longer through a separate booking. We went to multiple locations in soho that day Ziggy Green, Rupert St Bar, Barrio Soho all with great service unlike this place which proves that our little group of 3 was not the problem this venues staff was.We were not the only people to complain on this day as the group behind us were celebrating their 40th and complained that they were treated like poorly too.The front of house lady exuded complete arrogance boasting that she has been working in customer service since she was 18 years old and never had a complaint, this takes away from our own personal experience of how we were treated
Absolutely Awful. Do not come here. Bad first impression, lady on cloak room was blunt and rude because we got the desk for the cloak room and reception mixed up (they are next to eachother).Waiters absolutely bombard you non stop, They are not designated to tables so we had waiter after waiter pester us throughout the night asking the same questions, they clearly don’t communicate. Main course came when we were mid way through our starter… waiters loitered with our food till we were finished. Awful. Menu says two courses for £42 which is a lie, £12 extra for steak IN SMALL PRINT which is barely visible and didn’t notice till bill came… waiter said this is a common complaint. to make matters worse, we asked for medium steak and received rare. Furthermore was bland and tough, wouldn’t have paid over £10 for it. Ridiculously overpriced drinks. Could go on and on, only positive was the band, fantastic singers and good entertainment.
Great place. Awesome live music. Bands there are high level. Good food. The only weak points : prices very high and must leave table at 11pm to set room free for dancing hall... but you can stay to enjoy music and dance.
Extremely rude door staff. We came for a work night out. I have a Tourette’s tic, and the woman on the door with a god complex saw my tics and accused me (in front of my work colleaguesof being too drunk and possibly even on drugs. Never have I been so insulted and embarrassed in my life. Even after explaining my condition and telling her we were all sober and had all just come straight from our office she still refused our entry. This was a while back so I’m not sure if she still works there, but based on the recent reviews, management needs to have a serious conversation with their door staff on how they treat people.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We prepaid for our dinner for my friends birthday, arrived at the time of our booking and the bouncer refused our entry because we were too “drunk” we travelled 1.5 hours for this booking and had one drink in the taxi, they 100% overbooked our table and used being too drunk as an excuse. AVOID they’ve ruined my friends birthday and we’ve paid £1,200 for nothing!!!
Absolutely fantastic!Lovely food and excellent service from Mauro.Lovely music on a Friday night with really talented band!Massive thanks to Mauro for table service and Tami for lovely welcome 🤗We will be back!Alex&Kasia
Went here for brunch yesterday and had a really good time! The initial waiter (didnt get his name, unfortunatelywe had kept our bottomless prosecco topped up without us asking which is always great. The food was flavoursome but the mains took a while to come out - apparently because someone didnt let the kitchen know our starters were done, our waitress Hannah was super apologetic and was a really great person to have serving our table afterwards! Will definitely be going back.
We had the set menu on a Tuesday eve. Amazing value for money and delicious food. Georgia our waitress was lovely, very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back
Attending an immersive Cuban evening with Havana Club. The venue downstairs was really chic, great lighting and excellent service. The live band were OK, not quite Cuban but more generically Latin, and the food was OK. Would definitely visit the venue again for the ambience and for drinks.
A huge place located not too far from Oxford Circus. I visited with family as one of my daughters was performing on stage. The surroundings were plush and situated on two levels. The entrance was big and you were warmly greeted by staff. Entrance to the lower level was by what I would call a "grand runway staircase. Youre then in a vast space which hosts a large bar, performance stage, dance floor a dining area and what appeared to be a sectioned off VIP area with leather seating where performers could sit during their breaks with their guests. The crowd was a mixed age group. Some were out with friends and family for celebrations, others for a evening out to enjoy the food, stage show and a bit of dancing. Very nice!
Nice staff. Nice drinks but the decor is a bit plastic looking.Glitter balls probably the best bit of decor. It would be good for a hen party or a boozy brunch.I dont understand just under 50 for two aperol spritz though.
Came here for the Thursday evening virgin experience three course meal with jazz and it was incredible. Such good value for money, good was amazing with a big selection and the jazz... Wow! Enjoyed the music more than my recent visit to ronnie Scotts!!
Avoid this place at all cost! Overpriced bland food, drinks are average. Having dinner in a basement during one of the hottest summers on record with broken AC, speaking to a member of staff, management are fully aware, but refuse to fix the sweatbox.
Terrible place, never returning.Haven’t been since pre covid and seems to have had a tacky plastic facelift since then. Surrounded by teenage kids on first dates under neon lights.Drinks tasteless and syrup sweet costing £12+ and bright green. Were told if arrive before 10pm no cover but then got charged a secret £4 cover for ‘music’ ?!Had one drink and left. Worst part was finding out they’d charged a no show £150 fee taken straight off card and we’re still fighting to have it refunded. Unbelievable.Don’t go unless you’re into tacky and tasteless and like a high price let down.
Me and my cousin got invited to club downstairs. The customer service throughout the venue was 10/10. The host offered to take lovely photos of us, the bar tenders were friendly, the decor was great and the toilets were clean. Will definitely be back to eat
We went to 100 Wardour Street for my best friends Hen Do and it was disappointing to say the least. We were a group of 15 and opted for the bottomless brunch .. the food itself was actually okay but the service was not good at all. Our waitress was very unfriendly and verging on rude. At multiple times we were all waiting with empty glasses .. it definitely felt like we didn’t get what we paid for in terms of drink. Our starters came out and the food was actually really nice in my opinion but some of our party didn’t receive their starter until after the rest of us had eaten ours which caused a delay on mains. We then waited over 40 minutes for our desserts and this made us late to our next bar that we had booked into for the day. When our bill came we were charged completely wrong and we felt like they did this hoping we just wouldn’t notice because it was a big group. We were charged £150 for service which was completely ridiculous considering our service had been bad and then we were charged £64 for a ‘Music Fee’ which also seemed insane and definitely something that should just be included within the price you pay for brunch. My friends went outside to vape and were told by the security that they couldn’t vape in front of the venue and they had to cross over the street. This seemed stupid because it’s a public pathway outside the venue and there were other members of the public stood there vaping yet my friends were told to move.It definitely seems like the type of place that’s more worried about the way it looks and attracting the “right people” inside instead of looking after the people who are already inside and paying for good food and good service. It put us in a really awkward position having to question the bill and overall the experience was disappointing especially when so much thought and planning had gone into arranging my best friends Hen.We are always on the look out for new places to eat out in London but I can safely say we would never return here.
As a neighbour of your restaurant, I do not find it at all appropriate (or even remotely legalfor you to block of the entire footpath to install a temporary facade. As illustrated in this image - this has dangerously forced pedestrians (including elderly and children into the road and into the path of oncoming traffic.I appreciate that you did rectify this after I complained.... But in reality, should it have happened in the first place?
Food was cold, we had to keep asking the waiters to keep topping up our prosecco, considering it was an extra £25 on top of food to go bottomless, would have expected a better service, ended up paying £65 plus 15% service charge for this brunch, which just isn’t worth it.To top it off, the MC whatever he was next to the DJ was so RUDE, we asked for a birthday shout out, he said “NO what kind of place do you think this is” and then the DJ said to him “why did you say no?” And he just says “because I didn’t want to” what a joke!!We collectively spent over £700 there for this service?! Worst brunch ever.
Was out for my friends Brithday. Booked in staff were really nice but the DJ was so rude. Asked him to say happy bday to my friend and refused saying what type of place do you think we are playing at. To me a place where people have their birthdays
We went late on a Saturday evening for the dancefloor downstairs. The live band are really cool, they played feel-good songs and then when their set ended, the DJ came on. I personally didnt vibe with the playlist, just super generic with no satisfying drops or transitions and I couldnt get down to party. They also charged me £21 for a diet coke and a G&T which is horrendously extortionate. There are far better and cheaper nights out in Soho
Bang average meal. Nothing special, have been to much nicer restaurants. Food is just dressed up to look fancy. Service was okay, but they stared fighting between each other. If I knew I was paying for music I would have gone to a concert or a bar. Even if I was to go to a bar with live music, I would not have to pay for the band. Music was only okay as well. On the bright side the dessert sharing platter for 2 was nice.
A London friend of ours booked our 1st bottomless brunch on June 18th 2022. Amazing! Amazing experience. I highly recommend. The service was excellent and special thanks to Hannah & Teb. The salmon was spot on and great DJ & Trini host. The restaurant was classy and the the team well organised. I can go on & on but just go have your experience. Thanks from Trinidad 🇹🇹 we will be back!
Great prosecco brunch.Very attentive staff.Very generous with the prosecco
Didn’t get any food, but it’s a great casual cocktail lounge. low key atmosphere for being in SOHO. Solid cocktails, and not as expensive as I was expecting for the location.Enjoyed the “Spice up your life”
Absolutely AWFUL venue. Staff are incredibly rude and racist. The drinks are ridiculously overpriced. We were charged £10 for entry and £17 for a SINGLE spirit and mixer. The music was horrendous, like the kind of stuff you would hear at a children’s disco. We were then told to leave because our friend allegedly “kicked a glass” that was already on the floor. This did not happen. They refused to give us a refund for entry (we had only been there for 20 mins). I would literally never return here in a million years. I suggest you save your time and money and go somewhere else.
Nice place, good waiter service but a con. Paided for 3 course bottom less brunch, we only received 2 courses, paid for brunch only (one person not drinkingbut charged for 3 courses, charged for a pudding which was not ordered, but our fault for not checking the bill. This was for a party of 10 hens. Would not recommend this place !!
Booked this place for a birthday. While there were many positives unfortunately so many negatives too.Positives:- lovely staff, so helpful and so friendly. Special shout out to Deivid, pleasant and lively gentleman.- great band, The Fellas. Absolutely Loved the music.- atmosphere, really nice venue, nice atmosphere and clean!- desserts were tasty!Negatives:- food was not good. Starters were raw, mains lacked flavour. Staff was advised on the night but we already had all the veggie options so nothing to replace with. Set menu pre paid as well so no adjustments could be made.- music after the band was dire, felt like we were in a rave on a beach in Thailand. Not so much rnb as promoted prior to the evening.- couple staff had the urge to keep pushing us to buy bottles and/leave our table as they were making that area into VIP. Well we’d paid for the whole night including party so why would we leave? Ended up buying a bottle to appease them.So a mixture of pros and cons. Was it worth the £150 per person cost x 9, no. Definitely not and this was discussed on the night, I was told someone would reach out but not heard from anyone regarding this.
Fantastic place from start to finish! Had a brilliant weekday dinner, food was amazingly delicious, drinks top notch, great ambiance, and best of all, very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Will be coming back soon
Lovely decor, fast service but with lots of servers in and out. Unfortunately the food was pretty average & very bland. Overpriced for what we got. Loved the live music but the general background music beforehand was too loud to converse at the table. We were also charged £4 per head to listen to the music, this surprisingly was snuck into the bill in addition to the 15% service charge.
This place is quite fun. It’s got decent food and a nice and quick service. They’re bar is usually full but quite fun if you find a place. They’re downstairs is a small music venue that usually offers interesting entertainment. They’re food is decent and they have a small menu so they usually bring the orders out quickly.
Lovely Restaurant and bar, the whole experience was just brilliant! The Lovely waitress Charlotte was literally at our beck and call and was so polite, staff like her is the reason why we would keep coming back here.
We were seated in a booth, without full view of the main restaurant area, band or bar. There was a party beside us, which meant we were tacked on to an otherwise private dining area. The booth we sat in, had a speaker directly above it, which was far too loud making myself and my friends inaudible once the band came on to play. We asked for this to be turned down and it appears we received a discretionary charge on our bill for this service (either that or charged to listen to the band which we couldn’t see from our booth). All in all, the vibe, food & cocktails were good. Service, however, was slow. Plus, we brought in a cake with a balloon attached as part of a birthday celebration. This had to be signed for, on arrival, and the balloon was detached as it was against the restaurant policy 🙄
Nice food along with very nice drinks!Very friendly staff! True example of great customer service! And Ofcourse live music was amazing!
Visited for a friends birthday on a Saturday eve and had their 3 course set menu...it did NOT disappoint. Our waiter Antonio bought so much energy to the evening and there was never an empty glass. Photos are of the yellow fin tuna starter, steak main and pavlova dessert. The band played some great songs and after dinner we spent the whole night dancing! Dinner was reasonably priced at £50pp but the bar, after dinner, I needed to take a mortgage out for, 45 for 3 drinks that were simply alcohol and mixer but you kind of expect that in London.
Fun evening out.The set menu is very reasonably priced, and food is pretty good. £35 for a 3 course set menu and glass of fizz. Only downside is there are some hidden ‘discretionary’ charges that make their way onto the bill. Drinks are a little on the expensive side, but cocktails are nice. Great atmosphere with the live bandThe staff are very friendly and service is excellent, although it does feel they need a few more waiters as the few working had to run around to keep up with all the tables.Would recommend for a fun evening out with friends.
Great atmosphere, but really poor food. Paella was so dry as well as the prawns. Service was also poor. Everything took forever. On the positive, the location is great, the music is upbeat..but....
The atmosphere at 100 Wardour was phenomenal, the staff and the bouncers really made us feel welcome. The live music was a great touch (an extra charge is added to the bill which we were unaware of but was fine), the food to me was VERY mediocre and if I was to visit again would probably only be for drinks and not food.
Amazing bottomless Prosecco brunch. Food just amazing, came warm and fresh. Each course, really tasty and yum. Loved it. Staff were super friendly. DJ was fab. Social distancing measures effective. Loved every moment.
Ive been here twice, once on a weekday and once on the weekend. The venue is beautiful and both times we had amazing service from all of the staff. On weekdays, they have live music downstairs from 8pm to 10am and the performers are amazing. The bar downstairs is also nice and the bar tenders do tricks while pouring your drinks. On the weekend they remove all the tables and chairs around the stage downstairs around 10pm, and then the live performers continue all night. The food portions are huge and great for sharing. I loved the sides and starters too. You can get 1.2kg beef sharing platter for £70. Drinks are a little pricey. Great place for a night out, open late, and all of the guests came very well dressed.
