Nice place for shopping in KL, not too atas. Plenty of nice restaurants here as well.

Always like this mall and enjoy what is available here. Have been spending my 30 years with this mall and they never failed me toward their quality and improvement. Well done to 1Utama management team and keep it up.By the way, your green field or recycle concept is doing well, I will support for sure. However, you need to make the recycle collection plan to be more clear. But I believe the program is just launch and there is more spaces to growth

Huge mall. Lots of recreational activities in addition to eating and shopping. Must visit the rainforest area that is relaxing. Well connected to the MRT. The downside is that the mall is huge and lacks directions on where to go.

A colossal shopping mall. You can find many stuffs here, if youre patient. Spacious but congested. Theres not enough customer service areas, which is a pity as at times you can feel lost. There are many good restaurants in the mall. As for parking, it can get pretty chaotic at times.Update 23 September 2022: things have improved when it comes to choices of restaurants and eateries. I also like that there are many coffee shops around.

Decided to go for window shopping and release some stress. So take the MRT to 1 Utama.Very convenient, good to beat the jam.

Best shopping in my list. Comfortable easy way for shop and cinema available.

So many new things since last I was here... But really crowded when I was there during a public holiday... Maybe visit on weekdays better than on weekends and public holidays... Nice place to hang out with friends and shopping...

Great shopping experience, with everything in one place, every conceivable variety of food, from sandwiches, Thai, local, western, Japanese, Korean. Looking for shoes? This is the place, fancy a particular tshirt? You might just find it here. Need to settle your utilities? Just pop in. Looking for some thrill sports? Look no further, theres rock climbing, indoor skydiving, board surfing. Not forgetting the cinemas here. Just pop in and prepare to spend the whole day here.

Parking rate is the best in town. Good place for Chinese New Year shoppings. With onecard, you can earn points to be used for parking and shopping. This month of August, senior citizens get free parking for 4 hours. Nice decorations for the coming Moon cakes festival.

Very big mall. Variety of shops available. There are some stools available to rest if you are tired of walking. Greenery over the outside mall area too. Parking slightly difficult over weekend. Parking cheap compared to other mall.

Catch the new Cycle & Carriage Neu Concept Store at One Utama! Mercedes Benz on display and merchandises too. There are also some pop ups there. Very unique and disruptive concept.

Came here with friends. Dont actually go on my own as it is indeed higher class than other shopping mall. I had tried eating at their food court. I missed the thai cuisine. The egg with rice. It was so good, until I wanted to go back and have it by myself. Comfy area to shop. Especially with families and friends.

Huge shopping centre with wide varieties of stores. Parking and accessibility is easy. MRT (Bandar utama station is next to building. There are also many good food store on basement, example porridge (photo attached), noodle etc. I enjoy the porridge at this store.

1 U (thats how we call itis a large shopping mall providing one-stop shopping for anything you want. Yes, basically, anything that you may think of like retail, dining and amusements.There are so many retail shops, food outlets and several entertainment attractions such as TGV and GSC cinemas located at New wing and Old Wing.This place require face mask for customers.Cleanliness: 4 starsParking: Parked at level 4. RM8 for 3 hours. Know where you are going, either new or old wing, so you may park nearer to the mall.

Great family mall with lots of retail, food and activity selection. The recent face-lift exercise is a little weird, it feels like theres 5 different designers for the center piece, the tiang, the ceiling, the flooring and that exterior paint. And it doesnt jive with the new new wing. The car park is best so far, clean and nice touch up. Anyways, can still close one eye since youre just shopping etc 😁

One of the best mall I have ever visited. There is a lot of shops there with many selections like luxury staffs & also cheap staffs selling there. For a shopping mall, it is also quite big and can shopping for all day. 1 Utama shopping centre has divided into NEW WING & OLD WING. There is also have many food, apparel, entertainment ... shops selection. You can walk there for all day from the morning to the night.Every event over-there is decorated well and a good place for your OOTD photo. Dont miss out the current event over there! LETS GO!!!

They have upgrade BTS shop to Mercedes showroom.Amazing experience to visit 1U.

Biggest shopping mall in PJ. It needs lot of time to visit the mall. Lots of brands with reasonable prices. Lots of choices for food. A Must visit mall in KL.And dont forget to visit the secret garden. It is on the rooftop.

Best mall for family. Plenty of retail stores and F&B. Spacious and fun kids playground where the kids can play. Theres a rain forest garden where you can feed the kois and other fishes. Bring your own fish food. If you need to get away from it all, head to the Secret Garden. Cooler in the evening but expect more people at that time.

My favourite shopping mall in PJ. I spent few hours shopping last Sunday and didnt even have the chance to walk over to Aeon side. Its very large...almost like Midvalley in KL. Plenty of dining area and shops for everybody. Have to come early to park easily. There were some new stuff since my last visit 2 yrs ago. Very interesting... and the interior has some new features too.Last time i visited the beautiful Secret Garden at the rooftop and this time I noticed a veg farm on another rooftop. Not very big but it was not bad. You can buy some fresh veg...stalks for RM1. The basil was lovely. There were some fishes in tanks...not sure for sale or just for show. Another educational area for kids to explore.The Flowrider section looked so fun and inviting. Kids were enjoying at the shallow pool nearby while parents were dining. Brilliant setups.Definitely need another day to shop at the older wing.Sad thing Isetan had to close but looking forward to new openings.

Is a huge shopping complex. Only manage to cover part of it due to time constraints. Will definitely come back here again as there are transport access to this huge shopping complex. PJPOA is part of the complex as well.

Really a one-stop all-you-need in one roof. Two roofs actually - old and new wings. Can even donate blood at the blood donation suite at B2 Parking

As one of the biggest shopping malls in the world, there is a lot to see. Theres also a lot to do with all sorts of leisure facilities available. I took a star off because its so vast, it really needs to be easier to navigate. There arent enough maps and store directories available and those that do exist arent as helpful or easy to use as they should be.

It’s huge, have most of the things you’d need and at the same time not too confusing to navigate after spending some time there. The parking system however’s dominated by their own 1U member card without any option for the more widely used touch n’ go. Hope they will change this soon. Also you can’t find a proper parking easily during peak season.

I came here by mrt. U will see the 1utama signboard after disembark from mrt Bandar Utama. Is a indoor connected walkway.Takes about 6 minutes walk until u see Sport Direct. The Old wing infront of Sport Direct. And u need walk again to the new wing.after you pass by the lavender bakery..u need go to the right and take escalator 1 floor down..here you go the long journey to the new wing. I just hope they put signage to indicate old wing and new wing. I lost 2 times. But they put many security counter to help.

Love this mall. Connecting to a train station. It’s huge and have a lot of shops varieties. It’s so huge I sometimes get lost inside.

Love this magnificent shopping mall. You find all the stores you can think of. Its clean, its huge, with spiraling parking lot (where I wouldnt be able to navigate myself but my nephew who took me there had no problem). there are great eateries, and last but not the least nice benches here & there where shoppers can sit and rest if necessary. I didnt get to check out the ladies room facilities. But overall, I really liked the experience there.

Loving the newly interior design enhancement works of 1 utama, one of my childhood mall. Brightens the entire mall and shoppers mood as well.

If there is one mall you can only visit in PJ...this is it ...its huge and I dont think one day can finish .... book a hotel or go on nature walk. . Whatever you fancy .. they have it ...and rest assured the airis absolutely safe with the latest purifying air filtration system so you shop with confidence and assurance.

The Gresh Growcer on the 3rd floor was our intended destination 2day. The concept of fresh vegetables in a hydroponic setting and no pesticides is new in Malaysia. Shoppers just have to harvest their own vege and pay on exit. Even live talapia can be caught fresh from the very clean pond, cleaned and paid at exit.

Its a very big shopping mall as they added a new wing,so be prepared to do lots of walking. Lots of variety of shops & food outlets. Tried the fish & chips at Big Fish Small Fish, waited quite sometime b4 our food was served. Its Not Worth it as the fish was a very small portion even tho the price was Rm40+.

Wow my childhood mall, and now Im here almost everyday for work.There was once the old wing and new wing, then they renovated the old wing so it looked more like the new wing vs the new wing. Now theyre upgrading the new wing so I guess one u only has the new wing and the newer wing now 🧐

Hyper shopping mall. Absolutely huge area.I havent come here for about 7 years, too many new things inside.1 whole day for sure u cant covered the whole mall.Many choices of restaurant and food u can choose to dine.U can find anything and everything here. Just name the brand u wish too..Available free playground for kids.Valet parking available at new wing.Clean mall.Mark you entrance to void lost.

A huge one-stop mall that caters for most of your shopping needs ..... F&B, service, sports and leisure which is conveniently located just minutes walk from Bandar Utama MRT Station. Its well maintained, clean and always being upgraded and expanded ...... safe and secure.

Come to this mall if you absolutely have a lot of time to waste. Very inefficient. Parking ticket machine doesn’t work. Only one working for a 100 ppl at any time.. Long lines.. even to get out of the parking it’s very inefficient. Long line of cars waiting to just get out. Whoever designed this mall operations faked his degree.

My all time favorite mall! It’s all in one! Not only that OneCard is a must for subsidized parking & collect + redeem points. Many2 car roadshow I participated here since 2013. From Hyundai to Toyota. Ample parking!

One of largest shopping mall in Lembah Klang area, consists of old and new wing.Good place to shopping, watching movies, food hunting also have recreational park. The Food Republic food court has varities of delicious menu to choose from asian to western cuisine.Street food restaurants located on Lower Ground floor also available. Not so crowded during weekend due to large area.

The shopping mall is huge and have different color zones. If you are a forest-timer,you might get lost.There are a lot of shops,from fashions,beauty,electronics,entertainment and eateries.Eateries from budget to expensive.Mainly locates on the LG or G.There is a rainforest decoration from bottom to the top floor. You can sit at the outdoor area and have a view.Also there is a secret garden on the upper roof floor. Pay attention to the sign,it is easily miss.The server garden is small but have a good variety of plants and flowers. An instagram spot,always full of people in every corner.The best thing is the entertainment part,there are different activities you could do and couldn’t find in other places.Roller,indoor surfing,indoor skydiving,rock climbing experiences.Trying to get the grab but there are different entrance points,better to go to the grab pickup point or ehailing lounge as pickup point. The first grab driver couldn’t locate the pickup point and cancelled the booking.😅

Golden statue of the 12 Chinese Zodiac sign are being displayed at LG floor- the new wing of the mall.2022 is the year of Tiger.There are surrounded by stalls selling candies,cookies and CNY hampers as well as hsbc counter for gift redemption and sign up.Many shoppers like to go and snap picture with the tall zodiac sign statue.

One of my favourite shopping malls in PJ. It has everything under one roof. Parking can be difficult on weekends. Good selection of food, clothings, beauty products under one roof.A lot of kopitiams, bubble teas, ice creams shop, yogurt, japanese sweets, korean fries chicken.

my childhood mall. i was here since it was a jusco. every weekend my mom would bring us here and had the chicken rice or sizzling mee in the old food court location (which is now near Uniqlo). i had my first job here at "tribal spirit" a buddhist-crystal shop that was located in puzzle planet now. the isetan in front of it was a TGV exit. my first movie with my bestie was also here in tgv and the ticket was around rm 6 for below 12 years old kids. really great to see this mall is huge now! and very high volume of people coming in. every now and then my friends (who didnt grew up herewould argue which one is the old or new wing. the old wing is always the one with jusco! 1 Utama has always been my favourite shopping mall. Grew up in PJ area and this mall has definitely brings a lot of memories. Great place for friends and family gathering and especially their food directory, it has multiple variety in it. And it has a link bridge from a MRT station which provides easy access to the mall. The mall has variety of shops and entertainment such as cinema. You definitely much visit this mall.

This weekend I went shopping for 1 Utama,Its a bit crowded because its a holiday. New designs for baby clothes are also available. The price is reasonable.There are a few people in the fitting room because it is a holiday and People are buying and eating everywhere. There are a lot of people. Listed as the largest shopping mall in Malaysia, it will take you at least a day or two to really browse through all the shops. Theres the old wing, and then theres the new wing. Almost anything you can think of can be found here - ranging from fashion to restaurants to groceries. Walking from end to end will definitely keep you busy as you browse all the stores available here. Parking is reasonable - space is huge, but can get crowded during peak hours, weekends and holidays.

Pretty amazing shopping center. It’s got the old section which has the TGV movie theatre. Would not recommend going. They force you to download their app and buy tickets from their. Like bruh here’s cash can I just watch the movie?There is a MRT train station right inside which can take you to KLCC Bukit Bintang.The new section has the GSC theatre which is way nicer and friendlier. They got fancy shops like YSL and Aesop. It’s pretty much got a shop for everything and you can def spend all day here. They also have indoor skydiving.Plenty of American food options. KFC, Mcds, dunkin, Starbucks, etc.Need your money changed. They got that too.

One of my favorite shopping mall as it has everything for people of all ages. From brands, to food, to various entertainment and different sports, you name it, they have it. Its very convenient to get here. You can drive and park at various wings and levels or, come by cab as they have multiple taxi stands, or catch a Train. The train station is connected to the mall, with comfortable and brightly lid path. Its also connected to One World Hotel, if you choose to park at the hotel which is less crowded.

As many of you already know this is the largest shopping mall in Malaysia and the 7th largest in the world.We went there on a weekday, it was not very crowded and people were following SOP properly.You can find almost everything here let it be related to fashion, electronics, f&b etc.We found a parking place easily as it was not a busy day, however it should be upgraded with light detectors for finding a place easily on a crowded day.
