米巴奈山地美食坊 - Restaurant in Taitung City, Taiwan
多年前拜訪台東,只見店內人山人海,遺憾沒有預先訂位撲了個空。多年後,2022年9月,一家人舊地重遊,提前一個月預約了米巴奈。【硬體環境】店內都是大圓桌為主,我們一家四口用餐也是坐圓桌,顯得非常寬敞。到了用餐時段就會發現團客居多,一群人蜂擁而至,音量上難免會大了些。【推薦餐點】1.烤春筍。建議可一人一支,是豬肉包裹著玉米筍的烤物,其他地方沒見過。2.米飯。一定會配鹹魚,個人不太喜歡鹹魚XD 不過就是中規中矩的口味。飯的表現非常出色,口感偏Q有咬勁,主體是糯米,吃多了會感覺肚子很飽,但又忍不住一直吃?平常不怎麼吃飯的我添了兩碗飯。3.洛神汁。搭餐非常爽口。4.飯後附贈的洛神花。鹹甜鹹甜的醃漬口感,冰涼脆口,同樣也是其他地方少見的。除了上述推薦餐點外,其他料理調味都偏鹹、重口,適合配飯一起享用。整體來講不如預期中厲害,服務人員也顯得較為疲憊,公事公辦的冰冷態度讓人有點失望。
朋友相約來台東第一次來,等了快一小時…..都是外來客、遊覽車。。。還好服務態度非常~好,上菜速度很快!大人小孩吃的津津有味🤣全部清盤!等的很值得~其中的紅麴烤雞(推!酥嫩、特製沾醬好吃!烤竹筍(外層卷豬肉片、裡面包著玉米筍,非常合味好吃😋,檳榔花其實像細的筍絲,口感很好……飯後還送自製冰製洛神花蜜餞、新鮮幫助消化👍),其餘的就讓大家有機會自己去嚐鮮囉~~位在十字路口,雖然有停車場,但我們自己停的比較遠,吃飽散散步,看看這邊的房子跟中部的差別,一群好友、小孩天南地北的聊,時間就過去了。

真心覺得只有米飯好吃!其他很普通,沒什麼特別,只有檳榔花一定要評論一下,一小小搓要價250元,讓我覺得原住民餐=非常金貴的餐是我們在台東的第一餐,也是最最不推的一間。我們還點了湯、豆腐、烤豬肉,完全不想拍~~
這是第二次來拜訪了。店家自種的米飯非常好吃。帶點濃稠的口感且香氣十。特別介紹烤春筍,其實是把肉裹在春筍上烤,非常好吃,一定不能錯過。(我們共點了二次)店家自製的洛神花蜜餞更有一絕,冰冰涼涼,酸酸甜甜的口感很適合飯後吃。來台東的外地遊客,一定要來這嚐試一下道地的美食。
來後山就是要吃一下山地飯菜色選擇雖然不是非常多但大多都不是一般常見到菜色每樣都想點來吃吃看如果說要說缺點…大概就是人數不多無法多點幾樣來吃但我們兩大一小也點了兩菜一肉一飯也可以飽餐一頓米飯可以單點50$招待的洛神花蜜餞很好吃
來到這裡的感覺非常開心,原住民的文化超級棒~享受原住民的料理以及豐富的餐點經驗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️來台東玩記得來品嚐
來到台東遊玩 因為人生地不熟在網路上找到這間網路部落客推薦的餐廳前來用餐時就能立即感受到服務人員的親切因為在網路上有看到可以針對人數份量或預算調整的菜單 於是就到櫃檯詢問服務小姐細心的詢問我們的預算 跟有沒有不吃的東西我們也提出想吃山豬肉與檳榔花的需求搭配完成後 也非常仔細的提供菜單與價格供我確認菜餚除了美味好吃份量更是搭配的剛剛好吃完剛好飽又不會太撐感謝服務小姐讓我們的台東之旅能在有限的預算內品嘗到美味多樣又有特色的好料理有機會一定帶更多家人一起來品嚐!
市區原住民餐廳,鹹度重了點,菜色也一般般
他的合菜已經涵括了所有招牌菜,只可惜我們人數不多,請服務生介紹招牌菜,點了蛋肉湯,烤春筍等等招牌菜,白飯是糯米飯,超Q 超好吃,烤春筍是玉米筍捲肉烤的,玉米筍很甜,野菜是枸杞葉,聽清爽的,飯後還送蜜洛神花這些美食在西岸的我們吃不太到,所以算嚐鮮
大推這邊的米!可以無限續又超級好吃的我還特地去他們粉絲專頁找這啥米🤤叫我媽煮10號圓糯米與9號梗米,加上台57號號地瓜,再用梧桐木蒸出米香,這就是戀愛的感覺🌝其他的菜色都很特別,有野菜也有山珍海味都是很好吃的原住民料理!還有洛神花茶的飲料也是有夠好喝的!

非常推薦來台東一定要來品嚐一踏入店服務員就非常親切帶位送餐的速度也非常快而且每道餐點都感受到店家的用心烤春筍-外面包裹的豬肉片非常香搭配裡面的玉米筍👍手抓飯+醃魚-因為店內沒有提供主食所以特別幫我們做小份,原本不抱期待但醃鯖魚非常好吃一點都不死鹹,手抓飯是糯米+地瓜,口感Q山豬肉-加了韭菜一起炒,韭菜非常香甜跟帶皮豬肉一起吃👍蛋蛋筍-綠竹筍跟鹹蛋黃、皮蛋一起炒,皮蛋還是炸過再下去炒,口感很棒,筍的部分切的大塊口感👍炸蛋肉片湯-個人非常喜歡,但我本來就是喜歡清淡口味湯的人,裡面的大白菜、南瓜、木耳、肉片、豆腐非常新鮮,炸蛋酥就是畫龍點睛,第一碗覺得偏淡,但不知道為何越煮鹹味會慢慢跑出來,很好喝👍

店外路邊滿好停車的,店員很親切,上菜速度超級快,烤春筍裡面是玉米筍外面包五花肉,稍微有點鹹,炒山羌肉的筍子好吃,山羌吃起來像豬肉又稍微有嚼勁一點,不會腥,炒甘蔗心也滿推的,吃起來像竹筍一樣,炸鬼頭刀就遜色了一些,粉有點太厚了,就像簡單的炸魚塊而已,但整體而言都還算不錯,可以體驗一下不一樣的料理

第一次來吃這一家風味餐生魚片的創意吃法好爽口烤春筍五花肉烤的油香脆玉米筍鮮甜俺之前也做過烤大彎腳有點像德國豬腳搭配糖漬桑椹開胃又解膩薑絲甘蔗芯口感脆嫩似筍紅麴烤土雞味道不錯稍柴鬼頭刀魚排建議要熱熱吃三色鴕鳥肉彩椒脆肉軟嫩南瓜燴海鮮湯汁濃醇香甜蒜香米菜、沙拉過貓很嫩洛神花蜜餞脆脆酸酸甜甜醃魚山地飯魚很像烤鯖魚南瓜糯米飯好吃到俺打包菜單珊瑚菇變成沙拉過貓炸彈肉片湯類似蛋酥火鍋糟糕的是五花肉片有腥味若能改善就沒啥可挑剔了一樣是十三道菜5000元個人覺得有尬意~會再訪米巴奈山地美食坊預約電話089-220336台東市傳廣路470號11:30~14:00/17:00~21:00

1、翻桌率很高,上菜速度快。服務人員穿著原住民服飾很有活力。2、點了4000元套餐,約9個人吃。份量令人超滿足,但餐點都是制式的,沒讓人驚艷。一、炸鬼頭刀魚的炸粉有點多.有些硬。二、大黃瓜涼拌香菜.花生粉,口感不脆較濕潤,口味較不傾向大眾口味,但愛香菜的風味的應是神菜三、大彎腳(應該是德國豬腳),烤的有點乾。四、米飯🍚是糯米口感偏甜。大部分餐點都是偏鹹,口味較重。
在地的原住民料理,好喜歡他的蛋蛋嫩筍,還有那個青菜不知道是什麼好好吃服務態度非常好且店內非常乾淨非常整齊,每個餐桌都還用桌巾,碗筷也都一個人一副碗筷擺的很整齊,工員都訓練很好,值得讚賞
Mibanai is excellent. Try the crushed peanut with cucumber as a starter.
Decent local food, good for a quick bite.
The bacon wrap corn is heaven! And the steam rice is so chewy. But somewhat I feel this is not too authentic, a little too popularized.
Food is good. Expensive though. Worth a try if you never had aboriginal food. I’ve been to places that are better though.
The food was actually good. Our server was very helpful. But was extremely disappointed to find a huge piece of plastic in my cabbage. I actually had that piece in my mouth too. Thats a huge no no. Someone in the kitchen screwed up. And we were comped that dish and a bottle of juice only. Its a bus tour group stop, so its a very busy spot. Would probably give it a higher review if it werent for the finding random object in food part, because honestly that grilled fish was very delicious. But after the incident, I was put off. I hope they are more careful in the future.

Simple food, simply cooked with extremely glutinous rice.
The restaurant owner wasn’t polite to us. Food are not good as we expected.

Feels a bit like a tourist trap. The food was okay, but slight overpriced. Nothing close to the quality of other aboriginal restaurants I have tried.
The food was ok, but extremely salty. The winter melon tea was too sweet. The price is quite high and likely adjusted for tourists. They add a 10% service charge, which I have only seen in high end restaurants in big cities.

Unique and wonderful local food!
Their fried pork is top-notch! Crispy pork with mulberry is the best combo ever! Not only that that, other food are also taste yummy as well!

didnt actually eat the food, so cant comment on that. We left because the waiter kept pressuring us into ordering more food from a menu with no prices. This place seems to only be able to accommodate large groups, as the dishes are group portions and group prices. Dont go as a couple unless you want to pay a ton and fill up on a mountain of rice.

Two weeks ago. Lauban very personable and really cares about you having great eating experience there. Best Aborigine menu in town.
