明隆春捲專賣店 in Taitung City

芥末蔬菜春捲料多口感豐富裡頭加了炸酥 吃起來脆脆的加上芥末嗆辣的味道吃的很滿足當歸湯好喝但湯料蠻有素料味如果換成豆輪 味道應該會比較協調不會互相衝突推薦吃素的人都可以來吃吃看👍

少見的好吃素食春捲，最愛蔬菜春捲-哇沙米口味，餐廳幾乎是越籍新住民，包春捲速度快，客人多多多，卻不必久候！我的朋友阿貴，回台南搭火車前，必買3個春捲車上享用！

菜單上還有很多想嘗試的餐點，但此行只為了春捲而來，很大一卷菜量算很足，會想嘗試其他東西。

對面有停車格，現場點餐無畫單，所以有時有點亂掉，但態度很親切，蔬菜跟蔬果的都好吃。

素燥飯上面居然有附素鬆，搭配起來很好吃，小孩很喜歡，我很推薦他的紫米卷，裡面又有蔬菜，又有飯，有點像包了潤餅皮的飯糰，用料十分豐富。

一直很想吃春捲，還好第一次買沒有踩雷就是一直想吃的那種感覺買了好幾次覺得配料好像都有一點小變化，第一次吃的配料最好吃裡面脆脆的那個更是美味還可以客製化真的是讚讚讚以後一定會常去光顧的

全麥蔬菜春捲加入麻醬還不錯吃，只是有點小捲；當歸排骨湯吃起來素味還蠻重，但是當歸湯很香醇，是好喝的。

一開始買到蔬果春捲，卻發現不是自己要的，隔天再去買蔬菜春捲，加了芥末醬，很好吃，蔬果和菜都很新鮮

春捲的料很多，包的也很紮實，但是個人覺得紫米捲更加好吃（很驚豔）而且很特別！當歸鴨的素食做的真的很像🤣🤣,看了很久，湯頭是比較清淡一點，但是麵Q彈雖然沒有內用，但整體環境非常乾淨！

春捲裡有加類似油條還是餅乾的脆脆食材，口感很好，裡面的素鬆也很好吃，算是比較特別的春捲內餡，但吃到一半時突然吃到菜脯，覺得有點不搭

第一次來隨意點，點了蔬菜捲麻醬口味，口感裡面酥脆的東西，麻醬配蔬菜很香，這輩子吃過最好吃的春捲沒有之一。

新鮮好吃，很多種蔬菜👍👍👍春捲跟下面的蔬菜捲，感覺麵皮不太一樣。

好好吃喔 神秘的搭配有吃到菜脯、香菜、苜蓿芽、素鬆，還有店家自己炸的東西脆脆的，吃起來很清爽，棒棒

《全素無五辛》春捲是全素的！裡面有一個很特別的東西，吃起來像蛋酥，老闆說他們是使用麵粉下去炸的，非常酥脆又香，覺得很幸福也很開心全素不加奶蛋跟五辛也可以這麼好吃😋

點了冰淇淋，清爽不甜膩特地請老闆加香菜好吃

朋友推薦來品嚐看看，一吃成主顧，敢吃辣的推薦芥末口味！很適合當早餐或者買著上路吃。

The restaurant is situated nearby Taitung night market and in front of the elementary school. The restaurant is situated on the main roadside. The restaurant offers delicious traditional vegetarian Taiwanese foods at affordable prices. They have a menu in both languages and the staff can speak bilingually. The staff and clerk are professional. The restaurant has good space for sitting with comfortable seats. The restaurant has a restroom. The restaurant is clean and well managed. I will recommend noodles and pancake roll wraps.

Very delicious traditional Taiwan vegetarian food. Price is reasonable. Must visit. I visited 2 days continuously to eat vegetarian food.

料很多，店很乾淨，春捲非常好吃，比台北宜蘭花蓮基隆的春捲都好吃的的素食小店☺️

春捲口味很多，還有冰淇淋的，原以為跟花生捲冰淇淋一樣，但其實口感差很多，這個冰淇淋春捲沒有香菜，冰淇淋是瑞士巧克力的冰品，還有很脆的餡，口感很酥脆，就像吃餅乾，吃起來很特別！

當歸湯好喝！燙青菜的淋素肉燥不死鹹 很清爽紫米春捲調味很不錯有素鬆海苔牛蒡素肉燥等等 總之好吃喜歡~

台東朋友推薦，苜蓿芽和蔬果捲加麻醬，是必點菜色，吃起來清爽又吃得到蔬菜鮮脆，中午買當點心，多買一份當晚上的宵夜也不負擔，潤餅皮的Q度一樣保持的很好。2020

Best food we had in Taiwan by far. Also surprisingly english friendly and cheap.

Usually we like to try as many different vegan places as we can in a new city but this place was SO good we ate every meal here for 3 days. The food is just simply delicious. For breakfast we would get a wrap - theyre all delicious so you cant go wrong with any but oh my gosh the black sticky rice is incredible! We would then take away a couple of wraps for our lunch and then for dinner we were spoiled for choice! The sesame noodles are particularly good, as are the dumplings and wonton soup. We loved the big serving of braised veggies which we were told by a lady at our table were sweet potato leaves. The people that work here are just so lovely, especially the manager Sarah who speaks great English and is so bubbly and friendly. We were even able to have a giggle with the ladies who only spoke Chinese when we attempted to place our orders. There arent that many tables so often you will be sat with local people which is really nice. They also sell some of the ingredients that they cook with which is great if you want to attempt to cook some Taiwanese food back home. The price is amazing for the quantity and deliciousness and all-round lovely vibe you get from this place. Cant recommend it enough.

I came here with a recommend from the local. The spring roll just so nice and not that expensive. You can try their soup and noodles too. Its one of the good choice to having a meal here no matter you are vegetarian or not.

A decent veggie spot for a simple but filling meal. The spring rolls are their best sellers and it was fresh and tasty. We also got a bowl of their sesame noodles were pretty good too.

I love the springrolls with wasabi. Lots of yummy dishes here to try. Always visit that place when Im in Taitung. Reasonable price

So damn good! Staff speaks English too. You have to try it if youre into wraps/burritos. Took the cabbage one and it was delicious.

This place is in “lonely planet” book recommendations. For me, wrap with vegetables was very bad - too sweet, dry and the taste was not deliciuos at all. I would never go there again and would never recommend it to anyone. However, it is unusual food for Taiwan, so if you want to try something new, you can try it :D

Delicious vegetarian and vegan food. The dumplings were my favourite. There is an English menu but you might have to wander into the seating area and look for it yourself.
