Great place with fresh dishes, nice service and central location.The atmosphere is very nice and you can actually imagine yourself in nice coffee-shop in Austria with all the decorations and background music.Prices a bit above average but still recommended to stop here for coffee, some desert or even nice breakfast.

I love this place. It belongs to Stella Maris Monastery and yor can sit outside and overlook the sea.

Pretty location at the western tip of the Carmel Mountain. Good coffee, and good service. Large parking lot makes it convenient and a popular meeting spot.

Great food, but the waiting times (especially for the checkare a little long. Then again, i’m here at a pretty busy time of day, so it will vary. Our check took about 15 minutes to arrive and the food took between 10-20 minutes depending on the dish.

The food is very good but expensive and the service is slow. No tap beers. Great location and outdoor sitting.

A very nice place excellent food. Prices are ok. Coffee is unique. Actually the best coffee in Haifa. Location is great. You can use the cable car to visit the beach ( bat Galim .

Next to the Carmelite monastery, a great place for breakfast/brunch. Lots of parking. A favorite stop for tour busses.

For me, Santa Maria serves the best coffee in Haifa. And - it comes with a smile.

It feels as if youre in somewhere in Austria, although youre actually in Haifa. Excellent choice of food: delicious sausages, salads, sandwiches, pasta and pizza. Delicious deserts and drinks. Calm and peaceful atmosphere, helpful waiters. Highly recommended if youre looking for a European place.

A very pleasant restaurant but what spoilt my evening were the waitresses.So very slow!Between courses we were forever looking for a waitressIf we didnt actually get up and look for a waitress we could have sat unnoticed for a long time.The food was fineA big shame that the staff were very slow.Especially as there were just a couple of tables with customers.We didnt leave a tip.

Sitting is nice and plentiful. Located in a beautiful part of town, but overlooking the (busyroad and not the city. Breakfast menu was good and the food was ok. Service was friendly but a little slow. Prices were reasonable. Lots of parking available which was great.

I agree with the previous comments, excellent location and coffee but the rest is disappointing.

Disappointing... great location, excellent coffee, all the rest just disappointing. The omelette based dishes are poor, small and were not made right. The food tasted as if was warmed and not fresh made. There are much better places for breakfast...

Best apple strudel apart from my mothers! Very spacious. Parking no problem.

Pricey, mainly for tourists, but great outdoor seating, breezy if you are lucky. Lots of outlets available outside. Wifi super choppy outside though. Nice view but also right on the road. Easy parking.

This is the worst customer service in Israel. After getting a $4 small cappuccino I was asked to go out of the restaurant since I didn’t want anything else to drink or eat. Exceptionally rude and below standards by all means.

Excellent Bavarian and Tirol inspired food, (Lermoos Mushrooms, the House Toast Sandwich, and any combination of sausages are a particular highlight)... A calm and serene atmosphere next the church.And of course, fantastic coffee...Plenty of parking in the area.

In despite great location, from the outside it looks pretty basic place.In inside, old European ambiance is taking you.Design is simple but very nice.Service is quick, kind and professional.The apple strudel is AMAZING! Cost 38 NIS and is delicious.I came especially for this :)

The view and the location itself are gorgeos. But only if you are able to wait for your order for one and a half hour.It was saterday morning, not a rush hour. We couldnt find a reason why it took them so long to make some coffe and eggs...

Great view and tremendous atmosphere!The menu is with good taste, and service is very kind!If youre around, you will enjoy a good cup of coffee, a cake, and if youre really hungry, you will have great meals to choose from.

The worst experience ever. The place is very dirty! the table was super disgusting and sticky. The plates were full of stains, and smelly. The peak was when I ordered my coffee in a to go cup while Im still sitting and the waitress refused to get me that!!!! I caved and got my coffee in a mug, the mug was awful full of brown stains!!! i could see the line of the previous coffee that was in the mug. My advise: KEEP AWAY!!! TERRIBLE and VERY VERY dirty place.

Very odd service. My food arrived first. There was no table setting so my plate was removed to set my side of the table.Then I waited and waited until my companions meal arrived.After his meal arrived it also had to be removed so his place could be set. So eventually we both had cutlery!!!!About midway through the meal, the drinks eventually arrived. Literally, at last!We did not stay for desert.Imagine the wait needed for a spoon!

Lovely location, beautiful interior. Plentiful parking space - a rare thing in Haifa. A great place to stop for coffee and desserts (they are a a bit expensive by local standards, but really tasty). A variety of light lunches and snacks is also served here.

A beautiful restaurant with a surprising non-israeli breakfasts! Located on the very top of Haifas Carmel mountain with a breathtaking view.

Their apple strudel is devine, the chocolate cake is great as well.Its a lovely place to sit and relax while traveling in Haifa.Edit (08.2017):Really good service, delicious cakes. Good sandwich. Had a great time during 2 separate visits.
