Clean room , clean bed sheet and new building. But no own generator when the electricity is down. It can not generate any own electric power. I stayed at the 3 the floor. No light no air conditioning no fan. But 2nd fl.and 1st. Fl has no problem. So do the water pumping is doing well. It seems like they are different electric line. The problem has been started since 07:00 till after 9:00 a.m.
